Justin Bieber and Ellen DeGeneres are basically lesbian BFFs and this point, and the Biebs appears on Ellen's show every time there's a major turning point in his life (new album, puberty, etc.). So of course, JB marked the occasion of his high school graduation with an official commencement ceremony hosted by the new queen of daytime.

"We're here to honor the accomplishments of the Biebs," said a cap-and-gowned Ellen. "A great American who just happens to have been born in Canada." Justin's mom and managers were on hand for the occasion and the Biebs was even equipped with a hovering mortarboard to preserve his perfectly coiffed hair.

For his part, Justin gifted Ellen with a monogrammed varsity jacket to match his own (seriously you two, just hook up already). The full segment airs today and the show promises a "big announcement" from Justin. We're guessing he's gonna pop the question. Not really, but how awesome would that be?

Oh, Justin Bieber. You crazy boy! The pop singer has announced via YouTube that, instead of attending the Billboard Awards with his longtime girlfriend, Selena Gomez, he said he'd bring a pair of twins. Wow, what a playa. He really is growing up right before our very eyes.

Cady Eimer had invited Justin to go to prom with her, but he couldn’t make it because of the Billboards. So he asked her if she--and her twin sister Holli!--wanted to join him there instead.

Wow, I can’t believe this celebrity ploy for attention actually worked. Kudos to you, Cady Eimer, for all you have accomplished in your young life! Crazy Beliebers try to get Justin to love them/Selena Gomez to die every day and now you get to go pretend to be her (or at least one half of her)? That’s magic.

Justin Bieber seemed slightly annoyed when he said that girlfriends can get on your nerves sometimes but you have to be patient. That was after Selena Gomez visited Justin on the set of his "Girlfriend" music video shoot and before Jelena killed on the kiss cam at the Lakers game. They've been together for years now, but Justin may have dumped his adorable girlfriend.

Biebus posted the message above on his Twitter last night before quickly deleting it.

I think Justin was just having a diva moment and his Tweet may not have been directed towards Selena. Regardless, Justin's 18, the Jelena breakup is inevitable.

Most Justin Bieber magazine profiles consist of fawning praise for the 18 year-old pop icon, but GQ ain't no Tiger Beat. The men's magazine recently ran a feature on Justin that was far less flattering than the Biebs is accustomed to. Some highlights:

When the interviewer discovers some penis graffiti: "I noticed that someone had drawn a bunch of dicks all over the grease board by the door. So I pointed at them and asked, “Hey, who drew all the dicks?” This is the new and mature Bieber. We can’t have dicks being drawn all over the place. People might get the wrong idea about filthy-rich 18-year-old pop stars.

On the Biebs idea of hard work: "I have been told repeatedly what a hard worker he is, but in two nights—Bieber only records at night—I’ve witnessed him work for a grand total of forty minutes. Soon he’s back to pinballing around the studio."

JB drops some f-bombs: "He has decided to pledge his loyalty to West Coast Customs forever and to decry its rival, Platinum Motorsport. “F*ck Platinum,” he says. “Platinum can suck a dick, man. West Coast all day.”

On Kim Kardashian: Bieber gets mildly indignant and sticks up for Kardashian. “You guys are so mean, bro…. People say she doesn’t do anything; she actually does do stuff…. She works hard.”

Physically, Vanessa Hudgens is basically a less famous version of Selena Gomez, but sources say Justin Bieber sees something in the High School Musical star that he doesn't see in his current boo.

The two starlets spent several weeks in Florida filming Spring Breakers over the winter and Justin was a frequent visitor on set. According to the National Enquirer, however, the Biebs was interested in more than just visiting his girlfriend. "He was there to see Selena, but he wound up falling hard for Vanessa," said a source who spoke to the tabloid. "He couldn't stop raving about how smart, sexy and talented she is. Plus, he loves the fact that Vanessa is like Selena, but minus the goody-two-shoes personality."

Doesn't sound like the Justin we know and love, but this is the Enquirer we're talking about, so take it with a grain of salt. Hard to believe JB would stray, but if the rumors are true, hey...ya gotta let a Bieber be.

Forbes magazine has released its annual list of the year's richest and most powerful celebrities and the rankings may surprise you.

Thanks to her lucrative endorsement deals and American Idol hosting gig, Jennifer Lopez is currently one of the highest-earning people in the entertainment biz, pulling in $52 million in the last 12 months alone. Remember a few years ago when J-Lo seemed hopelessly washed up? Yeah, those days are done. Looks like Casper Smart picked the right time to settle down with his sugar mama.

Nothing shocking about the number two spot, as Oprah Winfrey somehow managed to remain one of the world's richest and most influential celebs despite barely working. Number three on the list, however, may come as a surprise. At just 18, Justin Bieber has managed to become the world's most powerful male celebrity, raking in over $55 million last year. Not bad for a guy who's currently enjoying his first major radio hit. Never underestimate the spending power of the Beliebers.

The Biebs has blessed his Beliebers with a slew of new material in the past couple weeks, including the first single from his upcoming album and a video that can only be described as swag-tastic. Now Justin is taking time to show some appreciation for his biggest fan, his mother, Pattie Lynn Mallette.

Justin's new song, "Turn To You," drops on iTunes at midnight tonight. JB says it's a celebration of his mom, as well as of mothers everywhere, which it makes the download an incredibly easy, 99 cent last-minute Mother's Day gift. That's right, Justin wrote the song for his mom, but he's making it available now so that you can use his words to tell your mom how you feel. The Biebs is lookin' out for you. That's just how the Biebs rolls.

Thank God Justin Bieber never had to submit to the live audition rounds on The Voice - no one would turn their chair for this kid. Not only is dude supposedly beefing with judge Christina Aguilera, but his live vocals need some serious work.

Anyone who's worked with The Biebs will tell you he's a musical prodigy with crazy voice control, but there's a big difference between being a singer and a showman, and Justin illustrates it here, while struggling through a performance of "Boyfriend." He sounds like a nervous high school talent show competitor trying to impress his fellow sophomores with a Biebus jam.

Justin is obviously at his best in the studio, but at least he tries to get his live swag on. Oh, yeah...Jermaine Paul took home top prize for season two, for those who care.

Justin Bieber wasn't a big fan of school, but he says that he finished because his mom Pattie Lynn Mallette wanted him to. Celebrities like Beyonce, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan didn't finish school once their careers took off, but Biebus actually got it done.

Justin, who was recently mobbed in London, tells The Daily Telegraph: “I just finished high school. I passed my test — I’m free! It was hard doing school and work every day.”

His mom pushed him. “[Graduating] was something my mom really wanted me to do, so I had to do it for her."

Bieber rather experience life than go to school. "This kind of lifestyle has given me a different perspective on life. At school, usually you have to do a lot of writing and reading. I’m not really into that stuff. I like to be out there.”

You hear that? Justin rather hang out on a yacht than do tedious things like "writing and reading" because he's "not really into stuff like that." High school is for losers, making like $40 million a year is better. Dream big.

The first teaser for Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" music video suggested that he was about to film an orgy with like eight different chicks, but the actual official video is far from romantic or even sexy. Beiber takes it to the streets, dancing with other dancers and sitting on a car, strumming his guitar as he sings along. "Boyfriend" features a Selena Gomez look alike and the video officially begins with Bieber rolling up in a pimpmobile and some stunna shades. Is he allowed to drive? Has anyone seen his birth certificate? I think he's actually 14!

By the way, I love the video. I wasn't expecting Bieber to take such a romantic song and make it fun.
