Barack Obama said that Kanye West is a jackass. The President of the United States, yes, I typed out Barack's title for emphasis, was conducting an interview with ABC reporter Terry Moran when Moran tweeted:

"Pres. Obama just called Kanye West a "jackass" for his outburst at the VMAs when Taylor Swift won. Now THAT'S presidential."

The White House did not respond to the off-the-record leak from Terry, but his Tweet was immediately deleted. ABC issued a statement, saying:

"ABC News employees prematurely Tweeted a portion of those remarks that turned out to be from an off-the-record portion of the interview."

I love it! This story made my night last night when I heard about it on Twitter. I also love that "jackass" is a kinder way of saying "f*cking a*shole." I don't use it at all, but whenever I hear "jackass" being used, that's what I take it as.

Hey Kanye, George Bush doesn't care about black people and Barack Obama doesn't care about jackasses. Sucks to be you.

If there's anyone who's benefiting from the Kanye West and Taylor Swift VMA speech disruption, it's Jay Leno. The former Tonight Show host launched a new show yesterday and asked the controversial rapper questions that he knew would generate much buzz. A humiliated Yeezy opened up on his self reflection in the aftermath of his pro-Beyonce outburst.

Kanye didn't exactly bawl, but he got choked up and his responses kind of broke my heart. There really is no excuse for what he did and I think missing his mom does not replace common sense or the benefits of sobriety (he was drinking on the red carpet), but it must be very difficult to deal with your mistakes publicly. Backlash is no joke.

Kanye said, "It was just very rude, period."

"Obviously, I deal with hurt, and so many celebrities, they never take the time off, and I never took the time off, really. I've really never taken the time off. It's been music after music and tour after tour. And I'm just ashamed my hurt caused someone else hurt."

I'm all for Kanye taking time off if that time off includes some extensive therapy. The man needs help! His Napoleon complex has been raging outta control for years now and I truly believe that he would continue to act the fool if he didn't receive such negative responses on Sunday.

Kelly Clarkson ripped Kanye West a new one on her personal blog. Kelly is raging mad at Kanye for stealing Taylor Swift's microphone and proclaiming that Beyonce should have won.

What happened to you as a child?? Did you not get hugged enough?? I think we’re all just curious as to what would make a grown man go on national television and make a talented artist, let alone teenager, feel like s—. I mean, I’ve seen you do some pretty s—ty things, but you just keep amazing me with your tactless, asshole ways.

It's absolutely fascinating how much I don't like you. I like everyone. I even like my asshole ex that cheated on me over you... which is pretty odd since I don’t even personally know you.

The best part of this evening is that you weren’t even up for THIS award and yet you still have a problem with the outcome. Is winning a moon man that much of a life goal?? You can have mine if it will shut you up. Is it that important, really??

I was actually nominated in the same category that Taylor won and I was excited for her... so why can’t you be?? I’m not even mad at you for being an asshole... I just pity you because you’re a sad human being."

Kanye West reacts impulsively, like children do. Kanye impulsively rushed the stage and grabbed Taylor Swift's mic while she was accepting her MTV award for Best Female Video. Hours later he also impulsively posted an "apology" on his blog.

The only problem is that Kanye's apology SUCKS and sounds insincere. I almost feel like he'd look better if he didn't apologize at all since he came up with nonsensical, incoherent crap.

This man child sounds like an inarticulate headcase in his apology - he is embarrassing himself further.

What you did is not cute, Kanye, and we don't give a f*ck that you're watching the awards at your crib and telling us that Beyonce had the best video of the decade! Are we not allowed to form our own opinions? We all have different tastes but somehow Kanye thinks he's the authority and the end all be all of the music industry.

Taylor Swift, 19, won the MTV Award for Best Female Video when Kanye West bumrushed the stage, grabbed her microphone and proclaimed, "Yo, Taylor, I'm really happy for you, and I'm going to let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time, one of the best videos of all time!"

Beyonce was stuck in WTF mode, the crowd booed, Kanye was escorted out by security, and his performance was canceled.

Taylor is a gifted and gracious young talent. It took a lot of work for her to get as far as she did in the music business and attain the level of success that she has; then an angry little midget interrupts and embarrasses her. WHY?!

Why does Kanye West care that Beyonce has not won ANOTHER award? Beyonce has picked up dozens of trophies from Destiny's Child and her solo work. Did Kanye have to convey his opinion on live television? Why does he feel that his personal preferences should determine who deserves awards?

Kanye said that he wants to be a better person and do the things that his mother would want him to do, but he has not grown as a person. It's so disturbing to watch a grown man act like a misbehaving child. Sadly Kanye will never live this down. Fans of his music may become just that - fans of his music. The man behind the music does not deserve our respect.

New sources are coming out saying Kanye West may be involved in the Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush split.

Kanye had sent Kim some text messages referring to a night they hung out and how hot she was. Kimmy's old man, Reggie Bush, saw the text messages and got his panties in a bunch! 

Reggie saw text messages on Kim's phone from Kanye West and flipped out on her. The texts referenced a night they hung out, how much fun he had, how hot Kim was, and more racy things that got Reggie's imagination running."

When Reggie confronted Kim about it, the couple had a huge blow-up, and jealousy issues, which had been pretty much kept out of their relationship until this incident surfaced according to the insider.

"They realized there were trust issues on both sides, and couldn't go forward." says the source.

MTV reports that Kanye West and Lady Gaga are going on tour together!

Kanye West appeared on The View today where he announced the exciting news! Kanye didn't go into detail, but said that he's a Lady Gaga fan and that he reworked her hit "Poker Face" into "I Make Her Say," a collaboration with up-and-comer MC Kid Cudi.

Kanye said, 

"She's talented and so incredible that she's not an opening act," he said of the tour. "We're doing it together, with no opening act."
