Miley Cyrus celebrated her 19th birthday at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles where she got on stage to thank her guests. Kelly Osbourne reportedly threw the party for Miles. The former Disney star was presented with a Bob Marley birthday cake and Miley said: "You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed." Miley's confession is a contradiction to her claims that she was only smoking salvia on video.

Kelly Tweeted that Miley records, films, tours and works everyday so "how could she do all that if she was a stoner! #think."

I did think, and Miley's into gawd knows what. It's really none of our business. She's a grown woman with an amazing house in the hills, she's friends with Kelly Osbourne, and she loves Charlie Sheen. She's gotta be into weed and various controlled substances.

Fashion Police co-host and eternal potty mouth Kelly Osbourne was rushed to the hospital on Sunday after she got an open head wound while in Miami. Kelly was in Florida for a casting call for Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line, and somehow managed to inflict serious damage on her wise-cracking head. Sadly, it looks like it wasn’t because she head-butted Christina Aguilera.

Kelly tweeted, “Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out I have the all clear my mum came 2 get me.”

Get better, Kelly! Hopefully your head injury won’t affect your sh!t-talking, because that would be a serious loss. And a blogger’s worst nightmare. This girl always keeps things interesting, if not just really, really high school b!tchy.

Ah, karma. Remember the early 2000s when Christina Aguilera was the hottest thing going and Kelly Osbourne was just a chunky chick with a drugged-up dad? Well, it looks like Xtina's b!tchy comments from those days have come back to bite her in her gigantic @ss.

Kelly took some flak a couple months ago for calling Christina a "fat b!tch," but rather than back down from the comment, as celebs usually do these days, Kelly is sticking to her guns. "She called me fat for years," Kelly said recently. "I was never that fat." While it may be untrue that Kelly was never as big as Christina is now, it's still gratifying to see the mean girl get her just desserts. And since Kelly appears on the E! show Fashion Police, she's got none other than insult queen Joan Rivers in her corner. "Looks like Lady Marmalade got into the peanut butter," Joan quipped about Christina on a recent episode. Elderly burn!

It should be noted, too, that in addition to losing the extra pounds, Kelly also kicked her addiction to booze, something that Christina still seems to struggle with. Oh, and Kelly also seems to have some semblance of a personality. So, it seems safe to say at this point - advantage, Osbourne. Maybe they'll give her Christina's chair on The Voice next season. Dare to dream.

Madonna's mini-me daughter was photographed promoting her Material Girl line at Macy's with Kelly Osbourne. Kelly looked good, but check out the lovable Lourdes Leon. She's growing up so fast that some folks have speculated about whether or not she got breast implants (because a woman can't naturally have big boobs! God forbid!), but the chick is just a young girl growing into a gorgeous young woman.

Lourdes, 14, has had a uni-brow for years, but she got rid of it and she is looking stunning these days. Madonna-with-dark-hair is so poised; Madge did a great job with her. Madonna would totally whip the belt out if she morphed into a Lohan, so Lourdes will probably refrain from becoming tabloid fodder and she'll be successful at whatever she chooses.

The 2011 celebrity circus known as Kim Kardashian's wedding is just days away! Everyone is getting their manicures on point, making sure their hair's did, and fitting in those extreme juicing diets to lose those last couple of pounds for the big day. Am I talk about Kim or her guests? Both of course! This is gonna be like a major red carpet event for those luckiest enough to be invited. *sarcasm*

So who can we expect at Kimmy Kupcakes wedding? A few who are expected to attend the nuptials include: Venus and Serena Williams, Ryan Seacrest (duh! He's making money off of it too!), Kelly Osbourne, Maria Menounos  and Kim's bestie La La Vazquez.

Other guests I'm sure we can expect to make an appearance are Kimmy's other gal pals Brittny Gastineau, Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin, Demi Lovato, rounded out with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. That's just the tip of the ice burg! A trillion other celebrities and a few of Kris Humphries basketball pals will be there too.

The is the wedding of the century! At least Kimmy wants us to think so.

Earlier this week, Mila Kunis made some remarks about her own dieting experience that rubbed countless American women the wrong way. Specifically, she made the controversial claim that, "anyone can lose weight." The up-and-coming actress certainly didn't mean to offend but in light of the fact that millions of Americans of both genders struggle with their weight, her comments appear more than a little insensitive. The fact that the remarks came from a naturally svelte and gorgeous young actress made them seem all the more callous.

The negative reaction to Mila's interview seemed to be universal. People of all shapes and sizes agreed that she shouldn't have made such sweeping generalizations about such a widespread problem. It was a positive sign for anyone who struggled with weight loss. Maybe the days of jokes at the expense of the obese were over. Maybe we as a nation were ready to address the major national crisis that is the obesity epidemic and put people in their place when they treated being overweight as a joke. But then, again, didn't we all have a very different reaction to Kelly Osbourne's comments about Christina Aguilera?

Christina has unquestionably put on some weight over the years, and Kelly had a field day with her extra pounds recently, reveling in the fact that she's "become the fat b!tch she was always supposed to be." Osbourne's comments, though made with the sole intention of offending someone, didn't receive a tenth of the negative reaction of Mila's remarks. In fact, Kelly was praised for her honesty. But why? Is it because she struggled with her weight in the past? Are we really saying that pretty people should be held to a different standard with regard to what they're allowed to say? And what about Leann Rimes? Can we all continue to give her a hard time? 

Are we reaching the point where the overweight are off limits but the underweight are fair game for ridicule? Mila's comments may have been in poor judgment but you can't blame her for being confused about the rules when it comes to talking about weight in public. Our culture is even more confused and contradictory about what's acceptable and what's not when it comes to size than it is about race. It's only when we're able to get rid of the double standards and have an honest discussion about weight and the ways that our size impacts our place in society that we'll be able to get to the heart of the matter without stepping on one another's toes.

I bow down. Kate Middleton may be a Duchess, but Kelly Osbourne is a queen bee. A few days after Kelly called Christina Aguilera a "fat b!tch!" she's now letting us know what she thinks about Kate's recycling habit.

Kelly said: "If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I'm going to wear that dress once because I'm giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy. At least I can get a new dress every day!"

Seriously. How difficult is it for Kate to say yay or nay on some designs that her stylist shows her?

I can't wrap my mind around why Kate goes to major events in the same hats and clothes. Kelly said that Americans "call it a faux pas" when Kate wears the same dress, but in England they just think she's being thrifty. And that's why we're better than the British. We know this chick is just lazy.

Kelly's potty mouth has put her on the radar and keeps her relevant. Keep talking Kelly! We're listening.

Kelly Osbourne has never been one to hold back and she ripped Christina Aguilera a new one on a recent episode of E!'s Fashion Police. Christina is well known for being a diva, but you can also tell that Xtina is a raging b!tch. Unimpressed Kelly let the world know just how much of a jerk the ho is.

Joan Rivers said that Christina looked like she "stuffed into" her outfit and she likened her to "Snooki's Scandinavian cousin," but that was a compliment compared to what Osbourne said.

"Maybe she is just becoming the fat bitch she was born to be. I don't know. She was a c**t to me. And she bought my house! She called me fat for so many f***ing years, so you know what? F**k you! You're fat too."

Remind us to never piss Kelly off.

Christina did buy the famous Osbourne house from the hit MTV series. Aguilera has always seemed like an awful person, totally untouchable and holier than thou. Kelly has always seemed real and genuine, too genuine perhaps, but this is exactly what Xtina deserves. Aguilera paints her face in makeup and wears the worst hair extensions and she's really unattractive with weight on. By looking at Christina's bloated face, she strongly resembles a little piggy in a dress, minus the snout, or a woman in her third trimester of pregnancy.

There's nothing wrong with a little cockiness, but you can just tell that some people take it way too far. Kelly FTW!

Kelly Osbourne has found a new guy to occupy her time and pals think they're a great match! According to Page Six, Kelly is currently dating New York photographer and visual artist, Anton Lombardi.

"Kelly and Anton have known each other for a long time, but their relationship became more serious a week ago. Things happened naturally. They became close in New York but have now headed to LA together. Kelly's friends are really happy for them -- he's a really good, very talented guy."

Kelly needs a good guy in her life after being cheated on by her former fiance Luke Worrall last year. I hope she finally landed a good one!

Kelly Osbourne is not one to hold back whenever she feels the need to express herself. Kelly and her mother Sharon are guests on tonight's episode of Piers Morgan Tonight. Naturally Miley Cyrus, who Kelly works with in the upcoming film So Undercover, was brought up and Kelly O was asked about Billy Ray's comments about Hannah Montana ruining his family.

Months ago Billy went on The View and said: "The damn show destroyed my family. I hate to say it, but yes, I do (wish she hadn't got the job). I'd take it back in a second."

Billy later APOLOGIZED for his emotional statement, but Kelly was intent on pouring salt into his already healed wound.

Kelly told Piers: "I think that's a really inappropriate thing for someone to say, especially when what they did together gave that person their career back and that's not fair to do that to their own child. In black and white it seems just so harsh... I love Miley, she's a dear friend of mine, and she works so hard and I just think that discredits everything that's she's done in her life - not just for herself but her whole family and I just think it's disrespectful."

Once again, Miles would never defend Kelly O like this. Kelly put a spotlight back onto Billy Ray's comments by validating Piers' question with a response. How about throwing in a "no comment" every once in a while?
