Kelly Rowland is out and Simon Cowell is looking for her replacement! Kelly was a judge on the British version of The X Factor, but she decided to bail on the popular talent show.

Kelly reportedly "was taken aback by the circus surrounding it." She started out strong but then she seemed over it toward the second half of the series. Cowell also noticed her supposed lackluster performance. "Simon felt that Kelly slightly faded towards the latter half of the series," according to The Daily Mirror.

I think Kelly is stunning and so underrated here in the States. It's good that she did the judge thang across the pond. Hopefully she has bright things in her future in the States this year! When one door closes, a bigger and better one opens right up!

Kelly Rowland is known primarily as Beyonce’s BFF and former Destiny’s Child group member in the States, but in the UK, she a judge on The X Factor and not always uttered in the same breath as Bey. Kelly’s on the January 2012 issue of Marie Claire UK, where she looks pretty sexy fierce and discusses her relationship with her father, her career, and how she feels about having kids.

On being a judge on The X Factor: What I like is that it’s very organic. What you see is what you get. Nothing is fake. We’ll agree, we’ll disagree and sometimes we have to agree to disagree.

On moving to Houston with her mom to escape her dad: I was just the kind of kid who could get on with anyone--I talked a lot. I still talk a lot. I remember I’d watch my mom do her job as a nanny and see her bosses with their kids and say, ‘OK, this is a nice life. I want that.’ Seeing how someone else was living put a drive in me.

On seeing her father for the first time in over twenty years: I do plan on seeing him over the holidays. I’m nervous as hell. I don’t want to think about it. We’ll see what happens.

On whether she’s jealous Beyonce’s pregnant: No. I will babysit and change a diaper or two, and then give it back. I do want kids, but every time I think about a little person growing inside of me and getting bigger and bigger and then having to come out...a watermelon coming out of something the size of a lemon is insane to me.

It must be tough to buy baby shower presents for Beyonce. After all, she and her husband can pretty much buy the kid a country if they want to, so you might feel pretty lame showing up with a Baby Bjorn.

But Kelly Rowland - or "Auntie Kelly" as she'll be known to Bey's baby - wasn't about to be discouraged by the unborn millionaire's prenatal wealth. She decided to go big in the form of a $5,200 bathtub, studded with about 45,000 Swaravski crystals. The tub weighs about 3,000 pounds, and Kelly bought a pink one for Bey, leading to further speculation that she's having a girl.

A $5,2000 crystal bathtub?! Damn, Kelly. Were they sold out of diamond-studded diaper genies?

Kelly Rowland better get Beyonce an extra special Christmas present because Kelly slipped up and revealed that Beyonce is having a girl! Kelly attended the Cosmopolitan Awards in London last night where she repeatedly referred to Beyonce's baby as a "she".

Kelly said: "I think her dad Jay-Z is gonna give her everything anyways, all I can give her is love... I think she'll be very well behaved." Oops!

I was hoping that Beyonce would have a girl anyway. You know B's baby will out-diva Victoria Beckham's and Mariah Carey's daughter. I'm ready for the competition.

Prior to Kelly's foot-in-mouth insertion yesterday, Beyonce already reportedly asked friends to get pink Louboutin baby booties for her child, due in February.

We can not wait to meet Jayonce! Heh.

Mainstream publications Cosmopolitan and Vogue are giving African-American stars their shine this year. Kelly Rowland is gracing the cover of the November Issue of UK Cosmo, while Rihanna covers British Vogue and Nicki Minaj covers Cosmopolitan in the States.

In her feature, Kelly revealed why she called off her engagement to NFL player Roy Williams, why she got her boobs done, and what her estranged relationship with her dad is like today. Hint: She hasn't seen him in 20 years!

On calling off the wedding to Roy Williams: I was too young for marriage. I remember my sister [Beyonce] asked me one question: she said, ‘Well, you know what you want now, don’t you?’ and I was like ‘Yes’. It was so hard and embarrassing because everyone knew. I’d posed for the front cover of a magazine in my wedding dress and it was on sale! But sometimes you fall down and you learn from it.

On being single: Before, I’d want to lean on somebody.  Now I love the fact that I can just be a single lady, chilling and hanging with my friends, and traveling the world.  It’s a pretty good life. I’m ready for marriage when the right time comes now, though.

On getting breast implants: I just had little nuggets for boobs and it was bothering me. The decision was 10 years in the making so I’m comfortable talking about it. It’s something I really wanted to do for myself – not for a man, not for work, for myself… and I love them.

On her father: He reached out to me saying he wanted to see me, but it’s unfortunate he did it so publicly. I want to meet him, and soon, I really do. I forgave him a long time ago. I haven’t seen my dad for almost 20 years. It’s nothing I want a pity party for. He left me and my mum, and I was angry. I wanted to be a daddy’s girl so bad.

After spending nearly two decades of her life singing and performing with Desitiny's Child, Kelly Rowland is finally getting some love here in the States for her solo work. Rowland's song "Motivation," featuring Lil Wayne, spent 7 weeks at the top of the R&B/ Hip-Hop charts. The beautiful singer is also trying to give bloggers some motivation, so she had both of her nips hangin' out during her New Jersey club concert over the weekend.

After her Janet Jackson meets Nicki Minaj moment, Kelly posted the following message on her Twitter:

I guess this is what it takes to promote an album these days. Kelly Rowland has stripped down yet again for her photoshoot with VIBE magazine. Kelly's album, Here I Am, is in stores today!

Kelly has been known for being a 'good girl,' for some reason, but she put her former image to rest when she got sexy for her debut single "Motivation."

"Every woman knows what that feels like—hopefully. I just loved the song so much and I can relate to it. I came into my sexuality while I was recording this album. I can walk into a sex shop now and not worry about what people would say if they saw me in there."

Boo is workin' real hard to push this record! We didn't need to know about her dildo trips, but these days you almost have to 'shock' folk when you're working in the same field as Lady Gaga.

Kelly recently faced criticism from Beyonce's who said that Kelly's song "Motivation" didn't deserve to be #1 and it only gained popularity because Lil Wayne was on it.

Kelly responded by keeping it classy: "You know what, the record speaks for itself... He’s made wonderful music with my sister and other artists. There’s no reason for me to say anything negative."

Kelly Rowland is super gorgeous and so underrated in the States. Her music does very well in the UK, but not so much here. She may be sexing things up to get more exposure, because she barely covered her nipples up with some dark pasties for her Jet nightclub appearance in Vegas.

Kelly looks amazing, per usual, and I'd really love her outfit much more if her pasties were a different color, but I think that's the point. They're supposed to look like her nips. Kelly's last album sold three million copies worldwide and a new disc is expected to drop this year. She's lookin' good, and so much classier than Ms. JWoww.

Apparently, there's a reality show about Lala and Carmelo Anthony getting married. Obviously, I've never watched it, but thankfully someone else did, because Kim Kardashian made an appearance last night and said some seriously inappropriate sh!t. Like, crowd gasping, grab the mic from that b!tch, wtf was she thinking? kind of inappropriate.

I could tell you what she said, but you really need the crowd reaction to realize just how effed-up Kimmy's comment really was. I basically make inappropriate comments for a living, but this shiz crossed like 18 lines. From the looks of it, Kim wasn't even drunk, so there goes that excuse.
