Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have arrived at L.A. Superior Court for a hearing concerning the custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.Spears arrived in a white Range Rover and entered the court via an underground entrance. Attorney Blair Berk accompanied the singer.
Federline, 30, showed up after Spears. He was driven through the underground entrance in the backseat of a black Range Rover with his lawyer.
Federline has had primary custody of their kids since January, when Spears, 26, was involuntarily hospitalized after she refused to turn over one of the boys to his bodyguard.
As the singer’s stability has improved under the conservatorship of her father, she has been granted regular visits with her sons.
The hearing is expected to include a psychiatrist’s evaluation of Spears (who has been shooting her second guest spot on CBS’ How I Met Your Mother).
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline may be working on getting back together, as they recently took a mini vacation together and Brit hooked Kevin up with a $150,000 watch for his birthday. Seriously? Kevin must have a penis made of gold if Britney wants to work things out and try to get back together! Britney’s parents seem thrilled that the two are working things out.
Spears’ dad Jamie — who has control over the pop princess’ affairs — was in favor of the trip. “He personally approved the mini-vacation and birthday present purchases,” says a source close to the family.“There is nothing more he and Brit’s mom Lynne would love than for her and Kevin to get back together. Kevin’s whole attitude to his ex-wife has changed. He can see she is responding to treatment for her bipolar disorder, staying sober and trying to rebuild her life and career.”
I’m all about these two getting back together cause it could turn into a 2nd season of their reality show Chaotic, which was trashtacular!

Mark Vincent Kaplan, who says the “court of public opinion” is focusing on a few outstanding expenditures. “It seems like an unnecessary attempt to knock him when there’s really no basis to do that.”
Kaplan claims that even the $2,000 Scores strip club tip has a logical explanation. “That was for a group of people for a friend’s bachelor party,” says Kaplan, who adds that it wasn’t a tip: “That’s just how the club categorized it.”
Not so fast, Kaplan. Records show that in August Daddy Dude spent $3,038.69 at the Hard Rock Beach Club, $3,863.50 at Tao, and $10,220.65 at The Venetian in only 3 days!!!
“I don’t think the court should be distracted by the fact that he went to Las Vegas and spent $1,000 or $5,000,” says Kaplan. “It’s not relevant.”
If K-Fed can spend all that money in Vegas on “tips” for abortions and baby daddy hush money for all the hos he sperminates, he should be able to come up with at least one-third of his legal expenses; or switch lawyers or get one of his homeboys to represent him. Just stop trying to milk Britney.

It sounds like Britney Spears may finally have adequate legal representation. Brit Brit’s new lawyer, Stacy Phillips, filed legal papers saying K-Fed lied about his income to the tune of over $200,000 and he should pay his own legal fees.
According to the legal papers, Federline grossed $544,074.73 from his production company, “Gooseneck Productions” in 2007, and his expenses totaled $841,128.67. Phillips says Federline’s so-called business expenses included “extraordinarily high tips for food and beverage services [e.g., $1,100.76 tip on $2,782 bill; $200 tip on $371.29 bill; and $2,000 tip on $365 bill].
The only way K-Fed is gonna learn how to work is if he has to pay his own bills. He’s been riding the coat tails of Shar Jackson and Britney for years. And I’d love to hear what Shar has to say about this one. - ‘Well, you know, Kevin is just so busy being the world’s best dad that he may have forgotten to mention certain things. He’s only human. We all make mistakes!”

Just because Pure nightclub is dumb enough to overpay K-Douche, doesn’t mean everyone else is. No wonder K-Fed’s Legally Blonde broadway role didn’t pan out. People like Pure’s staff has got him all jaded and delusional as hell. Pure says Kevin’s worth it.
Mr. Britney Spears is being paid at least six figures to host his 30th birthday party at the Las Vegas hotspot on March 21. One insider says he will make about $175,000. “Kevin is a big spender, and a draw for the crowds. So the money he gets is nothing compared to the money they make,” the source tells PageSix.com.

The 29 year old “rapper” thought he was headed to Broadway.
Kevin Federline won’t be headed to Broadway after all. The rapper, 29, was in talks for a trio of roles in Legally Blonde — including the UPS guy who inspires the “bend and snap.”
He does need to pay his own attorney fees, but he won’t be getting his greasy hands on Legally Blonde checks. A source close to Daddy Dude said,
“It fell apart. He is really upset because he wanted it to happen.” The source adds that it was a “money issue.” Federline, says the source, “still wants to do it and maybe it can be saved, but for now it’s not happening.”
His rep said, “nothing was ever confirmed” - um, duh! That’s what K-Fuck’s friend just said. Daddy Dude probably thinks he’s worth more than minimum wage and the casting agents know better.
There seems to have been a lot of Britney news yesterday and I wasn’t able to cover it so I’m giving a run down of the basic shiznit that happened.
Britney’s lawyer is pushing hard for K-Fed to pay part of his own legal fees.
Britney’s new lawyer, Stacy Phillips, argued that K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan’s fees are excessive, saying that four months of fees for both sides added up to a whopping $900,000. Additionally, she argued that Kevin has the ability to pay for his own lawyer (the current agreement stipulates that the pop star pays for all of her ex-husband’s legal fees), saying, “Ms. Spears is not an open checkbook.”After Phillips said that Kaplan’s fees should be in the “$150,000-$175,000 range,” she attacked Kevin, saying he has not separated his personal and business expenses, and revealed that his ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson has use of his business credit card and is using it for personal purposes. She went on to say that K-Fed recently spent $20,000 on jewelry, went out to dinner and left a $2,000 tip on a $365 bill.
Why the fuck is Shar Jackson using his credit card for personal use? Doesn’t he pay her child support? Oh yeah, this is K-Fed we’re talking about.

Britney also had another court date today and the judge ruled that Britney is able to have an allowance of $1500 per week.
The pop star, who is worth an estimated $100 million, has been approved for a $1,500-a-week allowance on a debit card, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz ruled Monday. In addition, Goetz approved the hiring of two specialist attorneys to help the singer and her lawyers sort out her affairs while Spears is under a temporary co-conservatorship. One, Jorge Hernandez, will get a $25,000 retainer to be an around-the-clock consultant on all questions pertaining to the co-conservatorship. The other, lawyer Tom Hansen, will receive $15,000 a month for his services as an entertainment lawyer consulting on Spears’s entertainment deals and contracts.
Is that $1500 per week even going to cover the cost of getting her weave done and stopping at Starbucks? That’s really pushing it.

And last but definitely not least, Brit will be making an appearance on the CBS sitcom ‘How I Met Your Mother’.
Our sources tell us that Brit’s agent Jason Trawick from William Morris made the deal with producers on the show. One source called it “a small legitimate project that will keep her busy doing something.” We’re told it’s not long term and her dad — her conservator — is down with it and has signed off.
You know this shit is gonna be Emmy worthy.

Britney Spears’ father (and co-conservator) Jamie played a round of 18 holes with his former son-in-law, Kevin Federline, at a golf course in L.A.’s Tarzana area on Saturday. Dressed in baggy shorts, the two were photographed driving around in a golf cart.
Am I the only one that feels like I’m watching an episode of the Twilight Zone? It’s just crazy seeing K-Fed and Jamie hanging out together like good buddies! Next thing you know Jamie is going to push for Britney and K-Fed to get back together. O.K., probably not but I can dream for that crazy train to get running again.
