The Kardashians are attacking the creator of Boycottkim.com but they have yet to say a word about Amber Rose's allegations that Kim Kardashian was cheating on Reggie Bush with Kanye West (while Amber was dating him).

Rose stopped by Access Hollywood Live earlier this week to explain herself.

“I didn’t want to stoop down to that level by calling her a home wrecker. I kind of just spoke on my emotions at the time."

Amber is tired of the same questions, which is why she finally came forward. "I was just upset that every interview I’ve had, they ask me why was I the cause of her and Reggie [Bush] breaking up, and it was just not true.”

Rose said that she wanted to set the record straight.”I have a reputation... I wasn’t the one that did that to her, she actually did that to me.”

This story has still yet to go viral. Amber needs to write a song about it (have Lil Wayne rap a few verses on it), and then Kimmy K will officially be put on blast!

This is how the Kardashians operate. When you come up against 'em, they try to destroy you. TMZ is reporting that Frank Basti, the man behind boycottkim.com, is a convicted felon. Frank is fresh off parole for a mail fraud conviction.

Kimmy K shouldn't have chopped up her nose. It looks too thin here.

Frnak sent notices to 5,000 California car dealerships telling them they owed the DMV and they must pay up or else. He served federal prison time and was on parole until last July.

TMZ also alleges that the number of signatures on his petition have been inflated: Basti claims roughly 650,000 people have signed his petition.  But according to a prominent website traffic estimator -- only 24k unique visitors went to the site in December and 20k in November.

Frank says that those numbers aren't tracking his Facebook traffic. Basti is "offended" that the mainstream media is covering him like a serious news story.

Frank's past has sh!t to do with his cause and it's a shame that this is what happens when someone says something bad about the Kardassians.

The Hollywood Reporter says that The Gap has hired Louis Petrich, a high-profile lawyer, to launch an investigation into Kimberly's so-called reputation.

In Kimmy K's lawsuit, she alleges that The Gap "damaged her reputation" by using a look-alike.

Experts are saying that resolving the case could take a year and the reality TV star herself, and Melissa, could end up on the witness stand!!!! I'm not a fan of Court TV, but I'm down to watch this shiz if it airs. Please gawd!

And so it continues. One of the best ways to take down the Kardassians is to convince their dumb fans that their shows are FAKE! Kris Humphries has his friends running off to RadarOnline, ratting Kim Kardashian out. This is genius cause you know Kris probably signed a confidentiality agreement. A source dropped the following bombshell: "Kim told Kris how, where and when to propose, it was absolutely no surprise to her whatsoever."

But it doesn't end there. Naturally Kim's donkey booty had to be filmed in the best lighting. Kris had to propose in the middle of the day "because it would create better lighting to capture the moment. Kim looked so surprised but she knew it was happening."

The NBA player wanted to propose in Minnesota, but Kim wasn't having it because she wanted the footage to be shot for her reality show.

"Kim told him the paparazzi would ruin the special moment if it were to take place in a public setting, like the beach, which he had also considered."

I remember when Kris proposed, a blog reported that the scene had to be re-shot. Not only was Kris' proposal staged, they had to film it a few times! And we all thought that Kim wasn't a good actress?

There's been a huge Kimmy K scandal brewing since last week. Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner filmed a fake scene at a studio in Los Angeles in December. Kim pretended to be in Dubai in October, and questioning her divorce. Kim has tried to make Kris Humphries look like an a-hole all season, so naturally complaining about how she isn't happy in her marriage is supposed to make her look like the poor victim.

Kim was spotted wearing the same outfit above on December 6 as she exited a studio!!!! In the video below, Kim tells Kris "There’s something in my relationship that I feel isn’t right. I’m learning a lot of things about him that I didn’t really know before... And married life isn’t what I thought it would be with him.” Kim says all this months AFTER she had already filed for divorce. Meanwhile no cars are passing by and the SUV's windows are completely blacked out! Kimmy K did this fake scene to gain sympathy from fans, but it backfired!!!!!!!

Kim Kardashian does one good deed and she does nothing short of making T-shirts about it to remind us of it. After Kim's fans turned on her and the backlash continued in the wake of her quickie marriage, Kimmy and her mom Kris Jenner went to Haiti.

Kim got her writers to post an entry on her blog about the two-year anniversary of the devastating Haiti earthquake which killed more than 316,000 people and left 1.5 million without homes.

Kim's post says: "Half a million people are still homeless, living in temporary camps, and I think it’s important that we keep spreading awareness and raising funds for the continued rebuilding of Haiti." so said the b!tch who has hundreds of millions of dollars.

The reality star's post ended with: "I was touched by the incredible people I met in Haiti, and thank them all for their warmth and hospitality and I pray for their continued strength and growth. Xo"

Kris Humphries looks like more and more of an a-hole on each successive episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, and he's understandably unhappy about it. As people do in divorces, Kris is taking his gripe before a judge in an effort to force the cancellation of all reality shows in which Kim Kardashian whines about how much it sucked to be married to him.

Life & Style reports that Kris has met with an attorney in an effort to stop the negative portrayal of him on all Kardashian-related programming, and, if necessary, have the shows taken off the air. Kris was particularly upset with the most recent episode of Kourtney and Kim, claiming that Kim's voice-over complaints about her marriage were added just recently.

According to an anonymous friend, Kris was "was very pissed off" about the episode and claimed that he "can't wait for the truth to come out." Naturally, Kim's friends have countered that everything we see and hear on the show is aired exactly as it happened. Sadly, Kardashian fans are dumb enough to actually believe that.

If Kris successfully gets the Kardashian shows cancelled, he may become the greatest American hero. We might have to put his face on money. God speed, Kris!

It was a good night for women who had bad years. Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, and Demi Lovato, all of whom recently went through very public break-ups, all took home trophies from last night's People's Choice Awards. Katy was the night's big winner with five awards, though she since she famously decided not to attend the ceremony, she really didn't "take home" anything.

Naturally, attention whore Kim was on hand to work the red carpet and accept her award for best "celebreality" star, which just highlights how meaningless these awards really are. Demi Lovato who went through an extremely difficult 2011, capped off by a recent split from boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, accepted the prize for favorite pop artist and performed a song that was, sadly, considered by many to be one of the show's worst moments.

American Idol, Harry Potter, and, of course, Lady Gaga also took home top honors. For those unaware, the People's Choice Awards winners are, in fact, chosen by the people so the results are usually fairly predictable. The ceremony essentially confirmed the theory that Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian were popular in 2011. Who knew?!

Like a good little attention whore, Amber Rose is not letting her Kim Kardashian affair story die. We always knew that Amber was fierce! Amber Rose gave Star magazine an exclusive interview last week in which she says that Kim was sleeping with Kanye West while Kim was with Reggie Bush and while Amber was dating Kanye.

TMZ interviewed Amber on the street the other day and she apologized for calling Kimmy K a homewrecker. Then today Amber called into TMZ Live and said that she has "proof" that Kim was having sex with her then-boyfriend, Yeezy.
