Leighton Meester of Gossip Girl has been dating artist Aaron Himelstein since November and we're just learning about it now?! Leighton and Aaron have been photographed for the past few days while they took in various sights in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Leighton split with her boyfriend of two years, Sebastian Stan in 2010.

She recently told Marie Claire magazine: "I'm not sure I ever want to get married. The only time a relationship is good is when you really love them. I don't want to hang out with some guy I just like."

Leighton Meester must harbor a secret desire to play out the lead role in some cheesy, generic Lifetime movie, because, as well as suing her ex-convict mother Constance, she’s now seeking custody of her younger brother.

The actress had been sending $7,500 each month to her mother to help cover medical expenses for her little bro, Alexander--who, among other ailments, recently had brain surgery--but instead her mother allegedly spent the money on her own cosmetic procedures.

"Leighton is disgusted by her mother and is determined to get her brother Lex out of that situation. She wants Lex to leave their mom’s California home and come to live with her in New York."

This seems like a tall order for a 25-year-old who’s always busy b!tching it out as Blair on Gossip Girl, but maybe she can pull a Tim Gunn and make it work. Hire a nanny, buy a tracking device...and if he gets a little fussy, just bring him along! Nobody can be too upset while basking in the presence of Blake Lively and Chace Crawford. Their collective shininess is, like, the greatest tranquilizer known to teenage kind. Just smile and look at the pretty people!

Leighton Meester's mother has responded to a lawsuit filed by the Gossip Girl star with a little legal action of her own. Leighton's mom - Connie Meester, a former drug smuggler and ex-con - claims in a countersuit that Leighton attacked her, threw her to the ground, and began "repeatedly hitting her with a bottle" last December. Funny that she waited until now to say anything about it.

Connie admits that her daughter sends her $7,500 each month, but not because she's concerned for her brother's well-being, as Leighton claims. Instead, Mama Meester says the money is rightfully hers, as it's part of a settlement for the money that she helped make for her daughter.

It's a thorny situation and it would be tough to determine who's telling the truth...were it not for the fact that Connie Meester was a friggin' international drug mule who was serving a federal prison sentence at the time her daughter was born! I'm gonna side with Leighton on this one.

Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester is at war with her mother Constance for spending money Leighton sent for her brother. Leighton would send her mom $7,500/ month to care for her brother Alexander, but Constance would allegedly spend the funds on cosmetic procedures and other expenses, her suit alleges.

A source said: "This whole thing's been really tough on Leighton. Her only concern has always been taking care of her brother. Leighton's really close with her brother and her dad – her parents are divorced.."

Leighton says that her mother threatened to sue her for $3 million if she didn't raise the monthly allowance to $10,000.

Constance has filed a counter-suit claiming that Leighton has broken financial promises. "Leighton intentionally assaulted Constance by throwing her to the ground and repeatedly hitting her with a bottle," the legal papers say.

Leighton's mom claims that there is no money "to feed and care for Alexander" now that Leighton has breached their agreement. Sad! XOXO, Gossip Girl.

Fine. I guess I have to accept the fact that Leighton Meester isn’t actually her Gossip Girl counterpart, Blair Waldorf. But just for the record, Blair would NEVER stand for this pairing! And especially not for a haircut like that.

In real life, Leighton is now reportedly dating geeky, “I Love Performing Oral Sex” actor Justin Long. Carrie Underwood hosted the Country Music Awards again this year. Backstage Leighton Meester of Gossip Girl was allowing her nerves get to the best of her. Carrie was unsympathetic.

Us Magazine reports: “Leighton was nervous before presenting an award, and Carrie said, ‘Get out there and don’t f-ck up,’” says the insider. “It made Leighton more nervous. Later, someone said to Carrie, ‘That was mean,’ and Carrie said, ‘She’ll get over it. Someone said that to me once and I got over it.’”

The much-hyped salacious Gossip Girl threesome episode aired last night. I thought it would include Chuck Bass and Blair Waldorf, but instead of seeing Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester go all "one, two, three" on us, it was Dan, Vanessa and Hilary Duff (Olivia Burke).

It all started when Dan and Vanessa wanted Olivia to enjoy the complete "college experience," since she had to leave school, which led to a to-do list for the famous actress and NYU student. The last thing on the things-to-do-in-college list was "have a threesome."

They all partied and got drunk which led to some tongue down throat action. The grown folk's business proceeds to the bedroom and Olivia, Vanessa and Dan are found laying in bed as Olivia discovers that she no longer has to leave college to film a movie. This means there's a lot of potential for Vanessa to become jealous of Olivia's f*ckship with Dan. I love it. The plot is pretty brilliant.

Next week Nate tells Dan that the third person in a threesome isn't supposed to be someone that you know. True! They're such amateurs.
