Guess who's joining the posse? A bright-eyed (and bright-headed) Lily Allen steps out Monday with Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson (not pictured) for a girls' lunch at West Hollywood's Il Sole.

As you know, Lily swings both ways. If only Linds wasn't such a jealous lezzy, Lily would be the perfect broad to spice up her relationship with Samantha Ronson.

So... how do threesomes work in a lesbian relationship? I'd love to know. There's no peen involved, which oddly sounds pretty hot. But for some reason, I'm thinking of the game 'Twister.' Lily Allen is receiving treatment at a residential clinic for depression. Allen, 22, suffered a miscarriage and broke up with boyfriend Ed Simons of the Chemical Brothers in January."A "pal" told The Sun. "Her miscarriage was a huge blow and she hasn't really recovered. She has tried to put on a brave face but she found she needed to get some professional help."

Lily recently pulled out of performing at the Isle of Wight Festival in June and she is likely to delay the release date for her forthcoming album.

"She really believed she and Ed were perfect together so she was devastated when they broke up. But she is responding well to treatment and is pleased that she is being allowed out to film her TV show and to keep in touch with the friends supporting her."

Get better, hun. She's gonna be so much stronger when she gets out. Kudos and finger snaps for seeking professional help when you need it.

After suffering a miscarriage last week, Lily Allen is ready to get back to work. She will be shooting a pilot episode for BBC3's 'Lily Allen and Friends' in London tomorrow.

"She has insisted on coming back to work," a BBC insider tells Us. "Obviously it's tough for her right now, but she is a professional and sees going back to work as a way to focus on something else."

I've had friends go through the miscarriages and it's a difficult thing to go through, so it's good to see Lily getting back into her work!

Lily Allen's weight loss wasn't because she's trying to turn into the latest Nicole Richie. She recently was diagnosed with a heart murmur and realized it was time to change some of the habits in her life.

"I used to love nothing more than sitting in front of the telly with two packets of Ginger Nuts and two bags of milk-bottle sweets �" and I'd devour the lot," she told Grazia."But this heart thing has made me cut back on all that kind of crap," she added. "I now find that, because I am looking after myself, I don't feel like eating the bad stuff so much."Though she's put boozing on the backburner, she admitted, "I should also give up smoking, but haven't quite managed that yet."
