If you are old enough to remember when Madonna got pregnant the first time around you probably remember her seeking out the perfect specimen that would, for all genetical purposes, be the impeccable father of her first child.

Carlos Leon was that man. But what is Lourdes' father like, and what does he have to say about all the recent controversy surrounding Madonna?

He says of his 11-year-old daughter, "She's at that point where she can call me and say, 'Hey Dad, what's up? What time are you going to get me?' It's really cool. We talk every day."

He hints that Madonna is the disciplinarian of the two. "It's hard for me to be the tough guy with my daughter. Maybe I should work on the discipline stuff, but I could leave her mother to do that!"

He adds that they must be doing something right because Lourdes is growing into a beautiful young lady. "Look at me and the way I live: I ride my bicycle, I walk, I don't have a driver. That's how I keep her grounded. Her mom does a good job too â€" she's not that person that everyone thinks. She's very laidback and cool."

When asked what his opinion is of the whole Madonna Alex Rodriguez scandal he says confidently, "Trust me, that's a lie. I know for a fact, she wouldn't do that."

A cameraman is claiming that he has a sex tape of Madonna and Alex Rodriguez.

The man says that the footage was taped with a hidden camera in the apartment that the couple used for their sex romps.

The apartment is owned by a Kabbalah friend of Madge's and was reportedly shot two months ago.

The man who claims to have the video says that once he found out the pair were meeting there, he installed a secret camera that he aimed at the couch.

Apparently the two were caught getting down and dirty.

However, if his claims are true, he may be at risk of facing criminal charges.

One legal expert stated,

"If footage was obtained in this way it would be an outrageous invasion of privacy. But more than that he would not have had his friend's consent to install the camera and must have entered the apartment without approval to hide it. That is burglary. He would be prima facie guilty of voyeurism. Instead of making a million he'd be going to jail for a few years."

Madonna still claims that she and Rodriguez are merely friends.

Britney Spears started work on her new video segment that will appear at the beginning of every show in Madonna's upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour.

Shooting for the short movie started Wednesday in WeHo where Britney arrived at about 9am and remained for a most of the day. Sources say she was very professional and courteous.

The film itself sounds pretty whacked - but that's Britney, I guess. It's described as Britney entering an elevator wearing a gray hoodie that hides most of her face. She is obviously anxious and fidgety. The elevator goes up and so does Britney's anxiety level. She begins pacing frantically. Her mania continues to build until she is violently kicking and hitting the walls. Then she pulls her hoodie down and screams into the camera... can you guess ...?

"It's Britney, bitch."

Is that it?

Whatever. Don't you think Britney would want to move on from that f*cked up time in her life? Sounds like they have her bouncing off of rubber walls!

Britney Spears and Madonna's latest hookup has been temporarily derailed by a technical glitch.

Spears had been scheduled to begin shooting a video montage for Madonna's upcoming tour this morning at the Lots soundstage in Hollywood. But production insiders say that because the set was not finished in time, cameras will not roll until tomorrow.

The set features an elevator, in, around and on which Spears will dance.

"The video will be very deep," a source in the Spears camp tells E! News. "You've never seen Britney like this before. It will blow your mind."

Madonna reached out to Britney to do the project, says the source.

The Material One's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, would only say that "there is footage being shot of Britney some time this week in conjunction with Madonna's upcoming tour" and that the segment was not a music video.

"That is all the information I have available," the rep added. "The rest is a secret."

Liz Rosenberg said,

"Madonna's husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family (not in a last ditch attempt to save his marriage which does not need saving). There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce."

YAWN!!!!! They need to get divorced because I've been hearing about this rumor every single day for the past week. This is like spending $80 at the bar on alcohol and not even getting buzzed. Yes, it's happened to me many times before, like $60. What's my payoff for putting in all that effort to read this dumb ass rumor on every entertainment site? Geezus.

Madonna's such a diva bitch, I'm shocked her marriage lasted this long.

Madonna has met with high-powered British divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton, The Times of London reports.

One lawyer told The Times that Madonna, 49, had met with Shackleton after approaching another firm.

It is believed that the couple (who wed in 2000) did not have a prenup, according to The Times. (Madonna is worth an estimated $600 million.)

Breakup rumors have rocked the couple for years.

In the May issue of U.K. Elle, Madonna denied martial strife.

Madonna's younger brother, Christopher Ciccone, is penning a memoir about his famous sister set for release next month, publisher Simon & Schuster announced today.

"Ciccone's extraordinary memoir is based on his life and 47 years of growing up with and working with his sister�"the most famous woman in the world," the company said in a press release.

The publishing house has ordered a monster first printing of 350,000 copies of Life With My Sister, set to hit shelves July 15.

Madonna's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, said there would be no comment "at this time."

I guess Madge is just waiting to find out what the book says before she comments. If there's anything unfavorable in there, that "no comment at this time" is gonna shift to a vicious attack/ denial real quick.

I'm not the biggest Madonna fan, but diva keeps her body in check! She's like 80 years old and I don't see no wrinkles or sagging. As you know, Madge also has two kids, but you could never tell.

She's a workaholic and she must be a gymaholic too. Mama be lookin' good! And her last album was brilliant. I wonder what she's up to this time around? All hail Madonna. For now. Once her body ain't bangin' it'll be time for me to talk some mess, but for right now she's ferosh.

Last night Madonna was inducted in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame by her buddy ol' pal, Justin Timberlake. Madonna tried to sound like the cool rocker chick by talking about smoking pot and taking ecstasy in the past, but it was Justin who stole the show.

Timberlake took a few shots at past love Britney Spears, saying that in between changing the face of music and becoming a music icon, Madonna "found time to publicly kiss someone I may or may not have kissed myself �" while I was in the audience. Of course, you all know who I'm talking about: Sean Penn." Referring to the number of "Madonna wannabes" out there, he said, "I might have even dated a couple of them. But there is truly only one Madonna."

That's right, there's only one Madonna and the bitch is getting old. But how rude is that to take a swipe at Britney? Don't be kickin' the ho while she's down!
