Rihanna and Los Angeles Dodgers center fielder Matt Kemp broke up back late last year, but remained "good friends." While they were apart, Matt's playing improved dramatically, as did Rihanna's. She dated pretty much everybody during their 10 months apart, most recently British boxer Dudley O'Shaughnessy.

But dating Rihanna is a full-time job and Dudley was apparently too busy for the task. In my mind, after the brush-off from Dudley, Rihanna woke up and said, "Hey, the Dodgers aren't in the play-offs. Matt's got plenty of time on his hands."

And she was right. Matt and Rihanna have reportedly been hanging out a lot lately. They were most recently spotted leaving Stringfellows Nightclub together around 2 am. Naturally, neither of them has commented on the possible reconciliation, as two dudes in a week is a lot even by RiRi standards. Still, sources say Rihanna has been going out of her way to make time for Matt, so don't be surprised when her Facebook status changes from "Single" to "It's Complicated With Matt Kemp."

Word on the blogs is that Rihanna and Matt Kemp are ovah! We knew this was coming.

With Kemp partying in his off-season, and Rihanna traveling the globe promoting her music, the two slowly drifted apart..Kemp’s penchant for clubbing was also partly to blame for the demise of their relationship. Word on the street is Matt left a Hollywood club last week with two girls in tow and brought them home.

Because Rihanna's entire image revolves around selling sex to distract us from her lack of vocal talent, she has become an object of adornment, nothing but an accessory. She's a trophy girlfriend and these guys are gonna wanna hit that for bragging rights. I don't mean to single Rihanna out, she's a Kim Kardashian, and there are many of 'em in the biz.

Matt's just one of many men who will hook up with Rihanna, which is great cause we're hoping she'll release her inner whore and date around, but we're hoping Riri won't talk about how in love and happy she is when each douche rolls in, cause these guys won't be sticking around for very long.

After Rihanna and Matt Kemp looked upset after leaving dinner last week, the two have been looking very happy and adorable while out in L.A. recently.

Rihanna and her favorite baseball player were seen checking out the iPhone 4 last week and they went to dinner at Maestro's in L.A. on Saturday night. RiRi reportedly skipped out on BET Awards festivities in favor of spending time with the boyfriend.

Rihanna and Matt are boo'd up in L.A. right now. Rihanna will be in Los Angeles for a few days and Matt has some time off in between Dodgers games. Looks like they may not be enjoying their days together as much as anticipated.

On planning Katy Perry’s bachelorette party:
“She put that on me last week. Now I have to come up with something cool because she’s getting married in India, so I’m like ‘ok, now what do I do to match that for a bachelorette party’”.

Rihanna called her American Idol cat suit "stage-friendly latex" and says that "the crowd was insane!" She also says that she wanted Ke$ha to join her on tour because the two "have a similar audience."

Listen up boys, you may still have a chance to hook up with Rihanna! Even though we saw her making out with Matt Kemp in Cabo San Lucas, Rihanna claims she is single.

During an interview on 104.3 in Los Angeles, when talking about the Grammys, Rihanna said "I'm going to the Grammys alone, as always! Even when I was in a relationship, I always have gone alone. I'm still single, if that's what you really want to ask!"

Sounds to me like Rihanna is giving a shout out to the boys to keep trying if they want to tap it. Maybe Matt Kemp was just a f*ck buddy for the minute. I'm not sure what to believe, though, because she tried pulling the 'we're just friends' crap when she was with Chris Brown.

He better not make a fool out of me and start beating on her when she checks his text messages. They look like they're really into each other, but they may just be together for some hot kinky sex and nothing more. When you're a high profile single celeb, anyone you touch can possibly be your new boyfriend. Which brings us to our newest rumored couple, Rihanna and Matt Kemp. Who the hell is Matt Kemp? He's an outfielder for the L.A. Dodgers, who hit 26 homers this past season and knocked in 101 runs. Not too shabby!

Hollywood Life cites a source who says Matt followed Rihanna to the United Arab Emirates where she performed at the Emirates Palace on New Year's Eve.

“Rihanna and Matt are starting to get serious – he even followed her to Dubai for New Year's. Rihanna likes him because he’s such a gentleman… and super sexy!”

I bet the paparazzi are camped outside of wherever Rihanna could possibly be right now, waiting for her to walk out with Matt. I just hope the poor dude is ready for all the attention he's going to get for banging Rihanna.
