Only three days after Michael Jackson died, sister Janet Jackson appeared on stage at the BET Awards for a touching tribute. She's so strong! In fact, Janet holds her tears in and reminds us that Michael Jackson was an icon to everyone, but "To us, Michael is family, and he will forever live in all of our hearts."
Ne-Yo and Jamie Foxx then sang the Jackson 5's "I'll Be There" as MJ pics played in the background.
At the 2009 BET Awards Jamie Foxx, wearing Michael Jackson clothing, moonwalked across the stage. It was a great tribute to the greatest artist of all time, but Jamie's attempt just reminded everyone of how truly talented Michael Jackson was. Jamie Foxx's feet were too far apart and he looks like he's going to fall down throughout, but by bravely gliding across the stage by doing a move he claimed he hadn't done since 1983 or BET dress rehearsals. Jamie did great! The Moonwalk is one of the best ways to honor the legendary King of Pop.

The Hollywood premiere of Bruno took place at the Grauman's Chinese Theater last night. Unfortunately, the Bruno premiere blocked Michael Jackson's Walk of Fame star and fans were unable to pay tribute to the pop icon yesterday. But despite the disrespect paid to Michael Jackson during Bruno's Hollywood debut, footage of Sacha Baron Cohen mocking Latoya Jackson has been edited out at the last minute.
In the scene, LaToya is tricked into doing an interview with the fake Austrian fashion journalist. Bruno then asks to see her phone, finds Michael's number and starts saying his number in Austrian to his assistant.
Though the scene was featured in a screening Wednesday and at European premieres, it did not appear in the comedy's Los Angeles screening Thursday, the same day Jackson died.
The scene is not expected to be included in the film's theatrical release July 10. - Thank god! It's the least that can be done considering how many judgmental idiots are calling Michael Jackson a child molester. He is in a better place! He really is.
Mourners have regained access to Michael Jackson's star today. Last night fans were playing music and singing and dancing together nearby.
Jermaine Jackson has always been one of Michael's strongest allies. Here he is giving the press some details on what happened to the King of Pop. Doctors tried to resuscitate Michael for an hour and his personal doctor was with him when he went into cardiac arrest.
Brian Oxman served as the Jacksons's family attorney for more than 20 years and suspects that prescription drug abused may have played a role in Michael's passing.

"I warned them there was the misuse of prescription medications by people who were enabling him; his handlers, folks who should never have been permitted to allow him to use those medications in the manner I observed." Oxmon says Jackson, 50, "had no particular health concerns except that he had broken his leg many years ago, and it hurt him. He had cracked a vertebrae in his back and he took painkillers to try to ease the pain."
"We will have to wait to see what the toxicology reports have to say, what the coroners report has to say. When that happens, I will be very vocal. It could very well be he died from natural causes, in which case, my gosh, the tragedy becomes even greater."

When paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

Michael Jackson was taken by ambulance to UCLA's medical hospital in Los Angeles. He suffered cardiac arrest and paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance.
911 was called to his Holmby Hills home in L.A. at 12:21.
Joe Jackson told E! News
"I am in Las Vegas, but yes, people in Los Angeles called me and are with Michael and tell me he was taken to the hospital. His mother is on her way to the hospital now to check in on him. I am not sure what's wrong. I am waiting to hear back from them."
