Real Housewives of Washington D.C. just premiered on Thursday and wifey Michaele Salahi is already one of the most hated b*tches in reality TV history.
Michaele, who has already pissed off the Obama administration and Whoopi Goldberg, skipped Bravo's official premiere party, only to be served with a lawsuit at her own private bash.
According to the suit, Michaele and her husband owe $15,000 for unpaid public relations fees from a polo event the couple hosted in 2008. According to Us Weekly, they handled the news in the classy fashion they've become famous for:
"When Michaele's husband Tareq was handed the documents, he dropped them on the floor. When the process server tried to deliver them again, Tareq dropped the papers a second time and called security."
We've all been there. You host a polo event - whatever the hell that is - and you just don't feel like paying the PR firm you hired to promote it. Then the jerks serve you with papers at the premiere party for your new TV show. How annoying, am I right? Obviously, the Salahis are just regular folks caught up in some every day sh*t we can all relate to.
When told of the lawsuit, fellow castmate Catherine Ommaney said of the Salahis, "I don't want to see them; I don't want to talk to them. I don't want to be associated with them." Harsh. Should be a great first season!
