Apparently, Montana decided to put on a show for the PI and pretended to drink a gallon of bleach, while he filmed it from a distance. The tape recently surfaced in the assault trial against Montana (Wow, this chick is a gossip blogger's dream.) because her lawyer was trying to use it as evidence of Monty's mental instability. The ploy backfired, though, as prosecutors recognized the tape for what it was: Evidence of a spoiled, attention-seeking rich girl trying to trick her loved ones into being even more worried about her than they have every right to be.

Montana, you don't need to fake a suicide attempt to grab the wrong kind of headline. From the sound of it, you're already on a one-way trip to Anna Nicole Smith-ville. You'll get there soon enough.

Self-proclaimed "role model" and former prostitute Montana Fishburne is parlaying her newfound porn star career into other projects. Montana has said that she's had TV roles and reality show offers, and now it looks like she's scored a modeling gig.

Montana Fishburne posed nude for a "test" Playboy photoshoot and it was just a few weeks ago that we didn't know she existed, but now she's all over the internet. Montana's newfound fame won't get her in Playboy, though, and the magazine's decision doesn't even have anything to do with Montana being a former prostitute who beats people with deadly weapons.

An insider says that Playboy has not officially rejected Montana, but more than likely she won't make it into the magazine. "Montana actually came in to Playboy for a test shoot recently," says spokeswoman Theresa Hennessey. "She took them before the sex tape came out."

In the series of photos for Playboy, the 19-year-old is seen posing naked in a blue lace number, and goes full frontal for a few shots.

But with her body already on display in her sex video and her assets featured on the cover of raunchy As Is magazine, apparently Playboy has cooled on the idea of featuring Fishburne.

Interesting. I never thought about Playboy losing interest in someone after their sex tape comes out but it makes sense.

Montana Fishburne: People are going to talk no matter what. I'm excited that people are talking about it. I hope everything turns to more positive. I mean, they should be more excited about new porn coming out. I haven't seen a young black female porn star in a long time.

BV: Well, everyone wants to know what your father thinks about it?

MF: I mean, I haven't talked to him directly yet. We have conflicting schedules, so it's been hard. But, he's upset. I hope he supports me. But as soon as I talk to him, you guys are going to hear something.... This is something I wanted to do; it's a goal that I had. I think he'll be proud that I accomplished one of my goals. So if I'm happy, I'm sure that he'll be happy, too.

BV: How has Kim Kardashian really influenced you?

MF: She inspired me to go to Vivid. I always wanted to do porn. That was a given. So when I decided to start getting in to it, to see how I was going to go about it, I looked to her. Kim Kardashian released her sex tape with Vivid. Paris Hilton, Kendra Wilkinson, Pamela Anderson, all these people. And they're well known for having celebrity sex tapes. And Kim's is the one that did the best. Not did the best, but I felt like she got the most hype and buzz out of it. And she decided not to do porn. I want to do another film. And if I do decide to go mainstream, I feel releasing porn with Vivid is the best company to do it with, because they have other avenues that they deal with. I'm loving Vivid right now. They're the best.

If it weren't for Laurence Fishburne, Montana would be getting no attention, which is why she's using her real last name. What a way to ride your dad's coattails!
