I can never figure out whether Gossip Girl's Penn Badgley is hot or not, but Zoe Kravitz apparently thinks that he is. Zoe was rumored to be dating her X-Men co-star Michael Fassenbender, and now she's with Blake Lively's ex.

Zoe and Penn have been quietly dating for a while now. There were stories about the two being spotted quite a few times, but they were photographed holding hands and kissing yesterday in New York.

I think they look cute together and I'm hoping that Penn can tame Ms. Kravitz. He kept Blake satisfied for like over three years, so hopefully he can suppress Zoe's promiscuous instincts. I just have a feeling she's gonna sleep her way through Hollywood. I'm like a psychic when it comes to sluts.

Camille Grammer is soooo into her boy toy Dimitri Charalambopoulos. After just a couple of month of dating, Camille had opened up about Dimitri during an interview with E! News last month gushing, "He's a great guy. He's very sweet, very caring. And we will see what happens."

A source speaking with Us Weekly reveals Dimitri has put a spring back in her step and Camille "laughs and smiles whenever his name is mentioned now." Dimitri is also quite the looker and treats Camille like a queen.

"He is a very attractive and physically fit guy who is in his thirties, and she loves the fact that he treats her really well and makes her feel special."

How can she not be head over heels when he's younger and much better looking than her ex-husband Kelsey Grammer? Good for Camille. She was royally screwed over by Kelsey and deserves a hot young buck like Dimitri.

Emily Maynard has moved on since announcing her split from Bachelor hottie Brad Womack. She is currently dating Carolina Panthers tight end Jeremy Shockey. A mutual pal on the Panthers staff set the two up on a blind date, and they dined at BLT Steak in Charlotte's Ritz-Carlton hotel.

A pal says the two have been out fives times, and Emily thinks Jeremy is nice but "she's just having fun!"

Hopefully this relationship works out better than her previous one with Brad. Something tells me these two will end up getting married and having babies together. Just a thought.

Then, Linds and Phil were spotted holding hands in Milan. That's a big step for Lindsay. Usually her hands are found in her man's pocket.

Most importantly, Phil is a male human being who's willing to be seen in public with Lindsay. That's her only requirement to start a relationship (she's even flexible on the male part). Expect a formal announcement of the relationship sometime this week.

Lisa and Adrienne were both seen dancing with some hot, shirtless guys ... not their husbands.

Camille Grammer recently revealed she is back on the dating scene and has a hot, well-groomed man as her new beau. She didn't reveal who her new guy is, but it doesn't take long for the tabloids to figure this shiz out.

According to Life & Style, Camille is currently dating. Are you ready for this? His name is Dimitri George Charalambopoulos. Which sounds like some type of venereal disease that needs to be checked out immediately.

Dimitri is a bankruptcy attorney from the good ol state of Texas, and sources say Camille is very into him.

"Camille finds him very attractive and is having a great time with him. They spend a lot of time at her house in Malilbu, but he hasn't moved in. She says the chemistry is incredible."

Camille took Dimitri to the pre-Emmy part at Spago on Saturday night, and he showed what a lover he really is when he began picking roses from the floral arrangement to make a bouquet for Camille.

Life & Style magazine "exclusively" reveals that Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling were spotted "canoodling" at the Hiro Ballroom. Ryan and Eva were first spotted holding hands and kissing at Disneyland earlier this month. They've already taken their relationship to both coasts, as the two have now been spotted in New York City.

"They were canoodling around 1:30 a.m. They were holed up in a corner on the first floor."

Gosling also took Blake Lively and Kat Dennings to Disneyland for dates.

"I'm currently too focused on my career to date anyone. I'm in a committed relationship with film; I'm giving as much to it as a marriage," Ryan said.... It looks like he's clearly making time for his career and a serving of Ms. Mendes.

"They were obviously together," adds the eyewitness. "They looked really into each other."

I don't see this f*ckship lasting at all, but I could care less if Ryan and Eva prove me wrong. As long as they're happy, I'm good. Now if Ryan was with let's say, uh, Lindsay Lohan... the blogosphere would explode and a lot of people would be pissed.

Amanda Seyfried, 25, isn't single anymore! The beautiful actress "has been quietly dating" real estate exec Andrew Joblon. Us Weekly reports that Amanda and Andrew made their official debut at a Gala in New York on Tuesday.

The hot new duo kept their distance during the cocktail reception but cozied up to one another once dinner began. As Bret Michaels entertained the crowd, Seyfried reportedly rested her head on Joblon's shoulder and ran her hand along his arms.

No one at the event saw Amanda and Andrew kiss, which is probably because they felt all those prying eyes on 'em, but "they were definitely cute and he was getting her drinks," which makes him a keeper in my book!
