Snooki and Jenni J-Woww Farley have literally fist pumped their way into a lawsuit. Carrie Malec is suing the two Jersey Shore girls along with MTV after allegedly getting into a beat down with Snooki and J-Woww at a Miami club.

According to the NY Post, the incident took place after Carrie provoked Nicole Snooki Polizzi and J-Woww by approaching some of the Jersey Shore boys while at the club.

Malec, who also names Viacom and MTV as defendants in the suit, is seeking $75,000 in damages for physical and emotional distress caused by the alleged beating as well as claiming that MTV and Viacom are "profiting from criminal activity of its employees."

The lawsuit also calls for the Jersey Shore episode in which the incident occurs, not be aired in the show's second season.

"If the episode is allowed to air, PLAINTIFF will be thrust into the public spotlight without her consent after being beaten and humiliated by DEFENDANTS. The airing of the episode would cause increased emotional distress."

The short and skinny of the story is this chick got her ego bruised (and probably her face) after getting into a fight with Snooki and J-Woww, and doesn't want anyone else to witness the smack down. She had to see it comin' since she apparently 'provoked' MTVs Guidettes! I doubt if she gets a dime.

After watching this preview of the upcoming season of Jersey Shore, I've come to the conclusion that it's gonna be all the GTL, fist pumping, and fighting that I wanted it to be. Mike Sorrentino is still hot and trying to avoid grenades (fug chicks), Sammi Sweetheart is blind sided by Ronnie's infidelities, Nicole Polizzi and Angelina duke it out over them both f*cking Vinnie, and Jenni J-Woww Farley and Sammi throw down for who knows what reason.

It's nucking futs and I love it! Angelina wasn't joking when she said there's a lot more drama this season. I'm starting my fist pumping for season 2 right now!

Snooki claims that she gained a lot of weight as a result of starring on Jersey Shore. Snooki says that she drinks a lot of alcohol and eats unhealthy foods when she's partying it up with her castmates. As a result, the 4'9 star has gained weight.

Snooki is promoting "the cookie diet," by Dr. Siegal. People on the diet eat six 90-calorie cookies a day and ONE MEAL. The cookies suppress hunger and contain beef and milk protein along with only 11 grams of carbohydrates. Also, the one meal a day is usually chicken.

Snooki said, "If I go out I am going to have a drink, but I am not going to have 10 drinks like I usually would. I would like be back to 100 lbs; I'm 110 right now."

Snooki shouldn't be promoting any diet until AFTER she loses weight cause she's just putting more pressure on herself. She still has plenty of episodes to film, events to attend, and parties to go to where she is more than likely going to indulge and have alcohol in addition to her sh*tty cookies. Her starvation diet will backfire quicker than The Situation can raise his shirt for the paparazzi.

Nothing beats a healthy diet and exercise, and Snooki has the money to make it happen. I honestly can't knock her for shilling this crap out cause you know she's getting paid well and she's only trying to lose 10 pounds which, hopefully, shouldn't take her very long to do. But at 4'9, 10 pounds is like 25.

Who knew Hollyweird was so cut throat? Jersey Shore season 3 may drop Angelina, Sammi, Ronnie and Vinny for four new cast members.

The footage that was already shot of Sammi, Ronnie, Vinny and Angelina has  "underwhelmed" MTV honchos. As for replacing them for Season 3, one source said, "They should be very worried."

MTV may just tell Sammi, Ronnie, Vinny and Angelina to step their game up. I think they'll be around and MTV is just trying to build hype by leaking this story to TMZ. Getting dropped from a reality TV show would be very devastating. It's clearly personal!

And MTV has these kids attending events, talking to the media and posing on the red carpet, for what? That's so cruel, but I really don't like Sammi at all and Ronnie is a bloated airhead. Angelina seems bitchy and Vinny seems nice. There's clearly a lot of tension between the cast and they are SO divided.

Angelina is a total outcast. Sammi is so shy that no one pays attention to her, and Ronnie and Vinny are kind of just there. It really is all about The Situation and Pauly D vs. Snooki and JWoww.

Paris Hilton and her sister Nicky know how to kick back and have a good time without the A-list celebrity bullsh*t. Party with some hot reality stars! The NY Post reports the Hilton sisters were seen partying with Jersey Shore girls Nicole Snooki Polizzi and Jenni 'J-Woww' Farley at Katy Perry's party at the Las Palmas Mexican restaurant after the MTV Movie Awards. Could you imagine throwing back drinks with this foursome?

"Paris, Nicky, Snookie and J-Woww were all dancing on the banquette and fist-pumping to the music. They had a wild night downing shots and giggling. At about 2 a.m., they were so hungry they made the restaurant reopen their taco stand. They all swapped numbers, and Snookie was overheard inviting Paris to the shore this summer." A rep for Paris told us, "She loves the show."

Paris totally needs to make a cameo on The Jersey Shore. They could give her tips on the best hair and tanning product to use, and they could help perfect her fist pumping style! I'm not sure what tips Paris could give to the Shore crew besides which medications work best on herpes, and how to up your status with a crotch shot photo when your 15 minutes of fame starts to slow down.

It was a hectic Cinco De Mayo yesterday, and I didn't get around to sending a card to all of my friends and family in honor of the celebration, so here it is. Happy Cinco De Limo from Nicole Snooki Polizzi and J-Woww!

Snooki and Jenni J-Woww Farley are either doing shots of tequila and passing the lime to each other to suck the juice out of it, or they're using the lime as some sort of antibacterial ointment for their herpes. I'll let you be the judge!

Nicole Snooki Polizzi is taking matters into her own hands down in Miami. She's pretty much taking the role of a bodyguard and deciding who can and cannot party in her presence. If you're on the sh!t list and nag the Snookinator, you might just get popped!

While partying in a Miami club, a blonde chick who wasn't exactly adored by Snooki, was causing a ruckus while trying to get into the VIP section where Snooki and Jenni J-Woww Farley were partying. After getting annoyed with her trying to get into their section, Snooki and J-Woww put the smack down on her whore *ss!

“Snooki just started swinging at the girl and then grabbed her neck,” said a club witness. “Snooki just kept calling her a wh--e. This blonde girl kept trying to get in and Snooki got really mad. That’s when the fight broke out and Jenni jumped in and took the girl down.”

As onlookers watched, two friends of the blonde joined in and pulled Jenni’s legs out from underneath her. Our source said, “At that point security came and broke it up.”

Cat fight! I'm glad there was no hair pulling cause that shiz is getting old. Straight up punches, take downs, and sneak attacks are the fighting techniques we need to utilize in 2010. I may pull out a tittie twister at the next bar brawl!

If I ever became famous, I would hire Snooki and J-Woww as my security guards.

Nicole Snooki Polizzi is basically a black chick. She's like darker than half my family and she looks fried and unattractive.

Snooki uses fake tan and then lays out and she overdoes it. Once upon a time she was actually cute, but now she comes well done.

Nearly every single day, pictures of Jenni J-Woww Farley, Mike Sorrentino and crew in Miami surface. MTV is paying them to get skin cancer. The paparazzi pics give the impression that the Jersey Shore cast heads to the beaches of Miami everyday, all day, but you know they ditch the beach and head home to get ready to go clubbing and "hookup" with local victims. Where are those pics? It's time for a new season of fist pumps.

When midgets attack is almost better than watching midget porn... well, almost. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi isn't even 5 feet tall, but she's not afraid to fight. And by 'fight,' I mean throw a drink in your face.

Snooki and Jenni "J-Woww" Farley were filming Jersey Shore in Miami when some idiot prompted Snooki to fight with him. Most of the people around them gawked at the reality TV stars as though they were circus freaks, but one loser kept hitting on Snooki and she had enough. The newly single orange midget then slapped him, pushed him, and threw a drink at him. He picked up a drink and threw it at her before he was thrown out. Next time Snooki should just cut to the chase and hit a jerkoff in the nuts. Most of us would have to knee someone or squat down to accomplish this, but Snooki just needs to get on her tippy toes while rocking some high heels in order to make it happen.
