On Nicole's pregnancy and relationship, last night Paris said,

"She's really happy. I just got off the phone with her. She's so excited. I know she's going to be the best mom ever."

She also said, Nicole and Joel are "really in love."

It's so obvious that Joel and Nicole are really in love. I hope Hilary's doing well, too. Although she's young and started dating someone new, it would suck watching a nationally televised interview where your ex is gushing about his new ho. Joel is totally in love and he's a great guy. Bones is smart for tying him down.

Richie's boyfriend and father of her child, Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, at that point told Sawyer that he had "a tough week" giving up his pack-and-a-half-a-day cigarette habit.

Richie also said, "I'm totally okay" with gaining 40 or 50 lbs. during her pregnancy if "that is what my body needs to do."

Earlier in the interview, Sawyer had confronted Richie with photos that displayed the socialite's skeletal frame, and asked if Richie felt any responsibility for the impression such images might make on little girls in regard to body image.

"I'm really sorry for not accepting that earlier," Richie replied. "It took me a while." As for what Richie sees when she looks at those photos, she said, "I see a girl that is obviously going through something and is much too skinny."

Asked point blank if she has an eating disorder, Richie said, "No, I do not have an eating disorder. I've never had an eating disorder. Ever. ... It's anxiety. It's stress. It's just not being careful."

Was it drug-related? "I think it possibly could have been," said Richie.

Richie also acknowledged Sawyer's observation that the socialite looked close to death, but Richie says she was not.

I think really positive things are in store for Nicole. She is so excited about her baby. She lit up so much when she said, "Yes... I'm pregnant!" It's wonderful. I choose to believe she won't be such a bony ass bitch after her baby is born. I had my doubts, but I really think her and Joel are going to be amazing parents. :)

Nicole Richie the impregnated waif has chosen to serve out her 4-day sentence at Lynwood jail. Lynwood is the same place Parisite Hilton served her 23-day sentence. This of course means Nicole's fetus may become infected. You know Paris' diseases have seeped into the walls, and undiscovered STD strains have gone airborne.

Because Richie is so gangsta, she chose Lynwood over a nicer, "private jail." Lynwood will serve her some celebrity justice.

At Lynwood, the Sheriff could turn a 4-day sentence into a revolving door, because of the overcrowding problem. Even if Nicole didn't go in and out, she would do much less than 4 days.

She could enter Lynwood late one evening (as Paris did) and she'd get credit for an entire day. On top of that, there's "good time" credit that would shave a significant portion of the sentence.

What was I thinking by assuming Nicole would be released after 30 hours? More like 3... hmmm... maybe 9.

On her interview with Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America this morning, Nicole talked about the pills she had popped and smoking herb before she was pulled over for DUI.

"I had smoked marijuana that day."

"Just marijuana?" asked Sawyer. "Just marijuana," said Richie. "I had Vicodin in my system from that day. I never in my head thought that could play a part in your driving. Like, never did I think that. It was hours ago." Richie said she took the powerful pain killer for her severe menstrual cramps."I literally thought I was okay to drive, and clearly wasn't. It was bad decision after bad decision after bad decision," she said. "It's been a pattern in my life. When I get into trouble, I try to get out of it."

At least she's admitting up to everything unlike her pal Paris (I've never done drugs) Hilton! Tomorrow on the interview, Diane probes Nicole to find out why she's such a skinny bitch.

InTouch Weekly reports that Bones is having a boy and Xtina is having a girl. InTouch claims that both expectant mothers had ultrasounds on the very same day, July 25th, at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Christina and Bones are both due in December.

Christina had to cancel the rest of her tour due to contracting the flu. She has yet to confirm she's knocked up.

In an exclusive television interview with ABC News' Diane Sawyer, Nicole Richie confirms for the first time she is pregnant with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden's baby.

"Yes, I am. We are. I'm almost four months," Richie told Sawyer.

Deep down I was hoping this pregnancy rumor was a lie. Now that I know it's not, I wish Nicole and Joel a safe and healthy pregnancy and delivery to the world's smallest baby in history. Let's hope that 'Bones Richie' will be a term of the past and Nicole will learn how to gain and maintain a healthy weight for her family.

A pregnant Nicole Richie faced the music for her wrong-way DUI bust in December -- her second DUI conviction in 4 years.

A court commissioner sentenced Richie to serve four days in the City or County Jail (her choice!) -- she got credit for a fifth day, for the six hours she served after being busted.

Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course and on three years probation.

Richie must report to serve her time by September 28.

The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter. That's because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she'd be nailed for murder

The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.

If Nicole has been sentenced to 4 days and she already received credit for 1 day for "serving" 6 hours after her arrest, I expect skeletor to serve around 30 hours. She'll be credited 20 hours for arriving to jail on time and 46 more for saying "please" and "thank you."

Remember Nicole said she was on Vicodin because of her menstrual cramps? Yup, as if she had enough fat on her body to menstruate in the first place. I hope they bring that up in court again. Bones inspired me. I wonder what I can get away with if I too blame it on the cramps. TMZ reports:

Nicole Richie will appear in court Friday and will cop a plea in her DUI case.

Sources tell TMZ Richie will plead either guilty or no contest to DUI. She will appear before the Court Commissioner, who will sentence her on the spot.

Sources say Richie will receive a minimum sentence of five days in jail. By law, anyone with two DUI convictions must serve at least five days. This conviction will be Nicole's second DUI.

Nicole was arrested on December 11, after cops say she drove the wrong way on a California highway.

Don't ya just love TMZ? They said that Bones has to serve 5 days in jail at least 5 times already. No pun intended... or that was just a horrible pun. Yes, the bitch will be locked up.
