The custody idspute between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva is finally over. After months of allegations and rumors of physical abuse, secret audio tapes and broken teeth, I'm glad this case is over.

Mel was ordered to pay Oksana $750,000 which will be split into 3 payments and his daughter Lucia will receive the same amount of money that his other children with ex-wife Robyn receive. Oksana and Lucia can stay in the house they are currently living in, which Mel bought and he can visit the house anytime, as long as he has a designated person with him... I say, move out of the house! I wouldn't want psycho Mel poppin' up at my door whenever he wanted!

The kicker in this whole settlement is Oksana Grigorieva could have actually made $15 million had she stuck with the original deal. She didn't go through with that settlement because she felt Mel was a danger to their daughter Lucia and believed Mel shouldn't have unsupervised contact with Lucia. Under the current deal, Mel actually gained more unsupervised contact with Lucia and Oksana... Well, she's a dumb@ss for not sticking with the original deal.

Mel Gibson sounds like an abuser to us! They're always innocent or justified for their violent behavior because you pissed them off and, well, you shouldn't have pissed them off!

Gibson has finally spoken out since his 2010 PR nightmare where he was recorded telling his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Oksana Grigorieva that he hopes that she gets raped by a pack of n*ggers before calling her a slut for showing cleavage on the red carpet. Prince charming.

Mel beat Oksana, Whoopi Goldberg blamed Oksana and said that Mel isn't racist, and now the 56 year-old is finally speaking out on his own behalf.

Mel told Deadline.com: "Who anticipates being recorded? Who could anticipate such a personal betrayal?" True, but how many people say such vile things while under the most stressful situations? Oops, I forgot, Mel is only human.

Mel is also gentle and kind: "I've never treated anyone badly or in a discriminatory way based on their gender, race, religion or sexuality -- period. I don't blame some people for thinking that though, from the garbage they heard on those leaked tapes, which have been edited. You have to put it all in the proper context of being in an irrationally heated discussion at the height of a breakdown, trying to get out of a really unhealthy relationship. It's one terribly awful moment in time, said to one person, in the span of one day and doesn't represent what I truly believe or how I've treated people my entire life."

On his future: "I don't care if I don't act anymore. The whole experience has been most unfortunate. And so it's not without all the downside. I could easily not act again. It's not a problem. I'm going to do something now because I want to do it and because it's fun."

We need to stop rewarding abusive men in movies, sports, and all entertainment industries, or any industry for that matter. This self-righteous, violent bigot hasn't changed and does not deserve a second chance.

Mel Gibson Turns Himself In To Police

Before you get too excited - they didn't lock him up. Still, it must have been kind of satisfying to see Mel Gibson getting booked and fingerprinted by El Segundo police, even if he was released shortly after and the criminal case against him permanently closed.

The cops even snapped a round of mug shots of Mad Mel. Ya know, just in case he goes on the run and they have to show the world what he looks like. Alas, the mug shots have not been released, and knowing Mel's legal team, never will be. Well, apparently, he had to cancel some promotional stuff for his new movie in order to turn himself in, so I guess he didn't completely get away with being a horrible, abusive a-hole.

Don't worry, Mel's ex-punching bag Oksana Grigorieva still reserves her right to sue...and she will. Many, many times. Basically until Mel dies or goes broke, whichever comes first.

Mel Gibson Admits He Slapped Oksana Grigorieva

Divorce brings out the worst in people, and Mel Gibson was already one of the worst people alive, so it's pretty much taking him to levels of dickishness never before known by man. Dude has an amazing ability to turn anything into a dick move. Even confessing to some of the stuff that everyone already knows you did becomes an opportunity to look like an @ss for this guy.

TMZ reports that Mel admitted in testimony that he slapped his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva, but managed to do so in such a way that Oksana comes off looking like the real crazy person. Mel claims that on January 6, 2010, the night he famously busted Oksana's mug up, she was acting hysterical, waving their baby around and screaming things like, "Stop yelling or you'll turn her into a retarded brain damaged idiot." Seriously, that's a quote from the court papers. I'll tell the rest of the story the way I think Mel will tell it in court: "Then I, Mel Gibson, beloved actor and director of weird violent Jesus movies, vanquished the she-devil by slapping her lightly on the cheek and rescuing the baby from her clutches. The end."

I think Oksana's version of events will match up better with the broken tooth she ended up with that night, but who knows? Maybe she's almost as insane as Mel says. Frankly, I'm sick of the never ending drama between these lovebirds. I'm still convinced that Mel's the primary a-hole in this situation, but the more I hear about these two, the crazier they both sound. Plus, I'm sick of having to spell Oksana Grigorieva's name. She and Mel better end this sh!t soon, or I'm just gonna start calling her "Jane."

Mel Gibson Ordered to Pay $60,000 in Back Child Support

This isn't the payback some people wanted for Mel Gibson after hearing audio clips of him saying he hopes the mother of his child gets AIDS from a gang rape, but justice works differently when you're rich and famous. In most parts of the world, you'd get the sh!t kicked out of you for saying what Mel said. In Hollywood, the bearded guy from The Hangover gets you fired from a movie and a judge makes you hand over 0.00000001% of your income. Hey, at least it's something!

While you would think Mad Mel would be doing everything possible to rebuild his image and look like a stand-up guy in the wake of one of the worst public freak outs in history, you would be wrong. Despite trying to convince us all that he's not such a bad guy, Mel has yet to pay Oksana Grigorieva a dime of child support, because he says she owes him 6 grand a month in rent for living in a property he owns. Stay classy, Mel!

Fortunately, in court yesterday, the judge wasn't having Mel's BS and ordered him to pay $60,000 in back child support to make up for the missed payments. Sure, 60 G's is basically pocket change to Mel, but it's a step in the right direction. Take a lesson from this judge - a little can go a long way. If you see Mel Gibson on the street today, don't give him the hardcore @ss beating you think he deserves. Instead, just give him a quick kick in the balls. it's like voting - it may not be much, but dammit, it's your duty!

Oksana Grigorieva: Intimate With Bodyguard Kristian Herzog Since May

Mel Gibson's ex Russian whore is more scandalous than I thought! According to TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva's ex-bodyguard says they have been intimate since May and he's writing a tell-all book which he says will rock the case! In other words, she was f*cking the help. I wonder if he experienced any of Oksana's 'soulgasms' that Mel has spoken of?

Kristian Herzog -- who was recently ordered to stay away from Lucia because of a criminal record involving guns -- is telling people connected with the case he was Oksana's boyfriend for months and still communicates with her on a daily basis.

Herzog is saying he has more than 1,000 text messages and more than 1,000 emails in which he communicates with Oksana about every detail of the case -- Mel Gibson, evidence, witnesses, legal strategy and major conflicts between the players.

Herzog certainly had access -- we know he was present during virtually every meeting Oksana had with her lawyers.

He's able to pull off the tell-all book because he apparently never signed a non-disclosure agreement. This could be made into a movie about a woman who's being harassed by a crazy so they hire a bodyguard to watch over her and she eventually falls in love with him! Oh wait. They already did that with Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner. Damn!

After hearing about this bodyguard f*cking nonsense, I bet Mel would like to knock out Oksana's teeth again.

Mel Gibson Says Oksana Grigorieva Gave Him 'Soul-gasms'...and Orgasms

I don't know what the bigger story here is - that Mel Gibson wrote super-corny love letters to his future punching bag Oksana Grigorieva while he was still married to his first wife, or that Mel Gibson has a soul.

Sure, nothing can make us forget that Mel basically said every insane, dick-ish thing he could think of while he was knocking the mother of his child's teeth out, but it's important that we know what a sweetheart he was in the early days. Ya know, while he was still married to someone else; right around the time same time he got drunk, called a cop "sugar t*ts" and blamed Jews for all the wars in the world. Goddam, there's just no defending this guy.

TMZ just released a letter that Mel sent Oksana in the early when he was only super crazy, not flat-out batsh*t hide-the-kids-and-get-a-restraining-order psychotic.

The kinder, gentler Mel calls Oksana his "sweet little Russian" and gushes "Firstly - I LOVE YOU!!!...I could never let you go. I could derive more pleasure from a mere thought of you than anyone could imagine. I'll have soul gasms and perhaps even orgasms thinking of you."

First of all, gross. Second, wow you can tell Mel's serious by all those exclamation points. Hopefully, Oksana thought about that while he was telling her he hopes she gets gang-raped. Nah, she probably just thought about cutting his balls off. If only she had carried through on that.

Mel Gibson Calls Himself "a Failure," World Agrees

Of course Oksana Grigorieva is a gold-digger, but she's also a bit of a feminist hero. If you hit this woman, she will destroy you. Mel chose to get rough with his baby mama and she continues to make him pay for it, figuratively and literally. You know how many chicks would be too passive and too afraid to take down a Hollywood powerhouse like Mel?!

We all know Mel Gibson is an angry time bomb who also happens to be "not a racist" according to Whoopi Goldberg, and now we've learned that he, too, knows that he's a failure. In an email to Oksana dated on March 1st, almost two months after Mel hit Oksana, he wrote,

"I really am losing my grip. I desperately need a solution. Sorry it has to affect you. I can't stand anything any more ... I'm stuck. I try to be ok but it overpowers me & i'm (sic) something I don't want to be. It's a primal scream thing. The pain is too great & everywhere I turn is making it heavier. Oh to have peace! Oh to have joy. Oh to be able to provide it for another. I'm a f**king failure."

Six days later Mel wrote, "I felt a high degree of agitation in you when u left tonight. I'm sorry. I guess I'm in a process of being torn down so I can rebuild... I love you ... I was terrified of where we were going & my outbursts & the potential for damage."

Having the world know that you think you're a failure is what embarrassment is all about. Oksana's already released Mel's voicemails, text messages, and e-mails. I'm still waiting for photos of the used condoms along with recent colonoscopy results.

New Mel Gibson Texts and E-mails Revealed

The crazy keeps spewing out of Mad Mel, as more texts and e-mails were released today revealing still more threats and angry words directed at ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva.

"The tranquilizers only make only make me nuts," Mel wrote in an e-mail, an apparent reference to anti-psychotic drugs that clearly aren't doing the trick.

In another e-mail, he further incriminated himself in the abuse scandal asking Oksana, "How's your tooth?" He went on to ask if he could come over to apologize (fortunately, Oksana said hell no) and sent a text the same day saying, "I wasn't safe for you last night." Yeah, she probably figured that out from the broken teeth and concussion you left her with, Mel.

These texts and e-mails are pretty tame compared to the insane, racist rants we've heard from Mel in the past, but they show him in remorseful mode, attempting to justify his own crazy behavior. This type of morning after apology is pretty typical in abuse situations and serves as an indication of just how long Mel was pulling this kind of crap. Sure, nothing's been proven in court yet, but it seems pretty obvious that Mel's a first-class dick with little hope of changing. Here's hoping Oksana keeps her distance and takes him for every dime once this thing goes to trial.

Oksana Grigorieva Rumored to be Joining Dancing With the Stars Cast

In a case of turning horrific verbal abuse into lemonade, Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend and probable punching bad, Oksana Grigorieva, is rumored to be in negotiations to appear in the new season of Dancing With the Stars, which begins in September.

Popcrunch.com reports that Grigorieva has been in "secret negotiations" with the show's producers for some time now, but that these negotiations may have come to a halt ever since Oksana was accused of extortion.

Regardless of how you feel about Oksana or who you side with in the whole scandal (although I can't imagine anyone siding with Mel at this point), the fact remains that she's had an incredibly difficult time recently and being cast on DWTS would no doubt be a welcome stroke of luck for the embattled actress and composer. Oksana's former publicist, Howard Bragman, who supposedly helped broker the deal before mysteriously jumping ship two days ago, says appearing on the show would be a much-needed source of cash and favorable publicity:

"Oksana has left on the table a potential appearance on Dancing With the Stars. It would have given her a lot of money, not violated the gag order and promoted her as a talented musician, all while softening her public image in front of more than 40 million viewers each week. It was lined up for her, with good pay. It was big bucks compared to nothing."

Though news of these negotiations was just released today, it sounds like Oksana's publicist is already talking about this deal in the past tense. Not a good sign. Here's hoping she can work something out with the producers. Appearing on the show would surely serve as a welcome distraction from the ugly legal drama she'll be facing in the near future.
