Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have a totally adorable six-month-old baby boy who is definitely going to be a stunner when he grows up. Besides looking cute and having a long-@ss name (Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom), it turns out their baby is also named, in part, after his mama’s first boyfriend. Who just happens to not be alive anymore.

Flynn takes his second name from Christopher Middlebrook, who dated Miranda and died in a tragic car accident as a teenager. Apparently, Miranda vowed to name her firstborn child after him, and so she did when her son was born this January.

"Chris and I had been dating for two years,” she says. “After he died, I wrote him a letter that said I hoped to name my first child after him in some way. I told Orlando and he was the one who said he'd be happy to do that. Orlando's a good guy."

I can’t decide whether this is touching or just plain odd. I feel like people make these kinds of promises all the time, but never go through with them, so it’s kind of sweet that she’s naming her son after someone who obviously meant a lot to her. Even if it was her dead ex.

Orlando and three-week old son Flynn Bloom (I think they should've said that name out loud to themselves a few times before they settled on it) stepped out for their first photo-op as father and son yesterday. Miranda Kerr reportedly gave birth in Los Angeles last night. The Aussie supermodel and husband Orlando Bloom welcomed a baby boy whose name has not yet been released, but who's sure to sign a modeling contract by the time he hits pre-k.

Miranda experienced some false alarm contractions the day after Christmas, but she popped like an over-cooked turkey last night, bringing ten-pound Mirlando (let's just call him that for now) into the world. It's the first child for Miranda and the first for Orlando that he knows of. I kid. Congrats to the happy parents. I look forward to seeing this kid mature into a funny-accented heartbreaker. Miranda Kerr finally came out and confirmed what everyone's already known for a long time. No, not that Orlando Bloom is gay.

"Yes, I'm pregnant," the Victoria's Secret model told London's Daily Mail. "I have always been very open about wanting to be a mother one day. And I've always thought Orlando would be a great dad."

Apparently, Miranda is four months along, which means she's done a fine job of hiding that baby bump up to this point. No easy feat when you take off your clothes for a living and weigh as much as a bag of potato chips.

Miranda and Orlando (Mirlando?) got engaged in June and married just last month. So basically, he ran out and bought the ring while she was waiting at home to see if her pee would turn the pregnancy test blue. Quick thinking, Legolas!

No word on where or when the wedding took place, but Us magazine has a statement which was released by Miranda regarding a canceled appearance at Australian department store David Jones so she could celebrate.

"David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together," she said. "I’m very much a part of the David Jones Family and I am very committed to my role. I am enormously grateful to David Jones to have been given this time to enjoy such a special moment in my life."

Alexis looked sullen during her court appearance today where she was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Neiers pled no contest and was also placed on three years felony probation and ordered to stay away from Orlando Bloom's home.  Neiers was accused of stealing nearly $600,000 worth of stuff from Bloom -- a hearing was set for a later date to determine how much restitution she must pay.

Law enforcement tells us the thieves entered Bloom's house through a window and made off with roughly $500,000 in jewelry -- including two very expensive watches.

Police say it doesn't look like a typical burglary, but won't comment on whether it could be an inside job or not. That will teach him to not keep that amount of bling in his home.
