According to new reports, Jon Gosselin has been sleeping in an apartment and has told his neighbor that his marriage to Kate Gosselin is "over."

Kate, the shrew with the hideous haircut that can not be tamed, has made 50 public appearances in less than a year while Jon is the stay at home daddy. Kate reportedly brings her bodyguard lover Steve Nelid everywhere with her - even if she's just going to Starbucks.

Jon has gotten suspicious and allegedly threatened to hire a private investigator.

The married Neild -- who once worked for Bill Clinton, and is often photographed not wearing his wedding band -- were "very physical, often touching each other," says an employee at a recent promotional appearance for their TLC reality show.

"She was gently poking him, giving him little love pats, totally unlike the slapping she does with Jon. She and Steve were joking around so much, I actually wondered if they were having an affair. There's a lot of open affection between them." The employee adds Kate showed no affection at all to Jon at the same event.

The bodyguard's wife says that these affair rumors are "ridiculous."

Meanwhile, Us has new deets about Jon's other dates with Deanna Hummel - the two were apparently "all over each other" on various occasions

A family source says "Kate doesn't want to work on it, he doesn't want to work on it."

Helen Phillips is the third consecutive female winner of The Biggest Loser! The 48-year-old mother of two went in at 257 lbs. She now weighs 117.

Phillips says that she feels like she can do anything. Shocker!

She also says that she has an idea of what she wants to do with her $250,000 prize money.

“I really, really, really want to take my husband [Russell] to the Bellagio in Las Vegas! I really want to take him there for a nice break because he has been such a support system to me. I want to lay by the pool, go out to lunch, and be able to go work out in the middle of the day and have a nice salad somewhere and relax!”

In the most interesting and fiery seasons of Apprentice history, Joan Rivers won Celebrity Apprentice after a heated live boardroom showdown against professional poker player Annie Duke.

Annie Duke was robbed! In the final fundraising challenge, Annie Duke's team raised $465,725 while Joan Rivers raised $150,000! The Donald said that it's not all about the money - since when has he said that - and alleged that Joan was the better competitor, saying that Joan's strength and energy were amazing.

Amazing?! I think that both of the women are savvy enough and would be qualified to win the title.

But I am impressed with Joan's fire. The woman does not back down. Annie was so sad that Joan compared Annie to Hitler and said that Annie's worse than white trash for being a poker player. Why show your opponent that you're so hurt? Annie should wear a tougher skin and STFU cause she gave Joan too much power over her emotions.

The NY Daily News reports,

"You are a two-faced person," Rivers told Duke, 43, in a live face-to-face smackdown in Trump's boardroom, which was transported to the American Museum of Natural History on the upper West Side to cap the show's eighth season.

Duke fired back that Rivers would be fired from most Fortune 500 companies. She was especially miffed that the funny lady called her "worse than Hitler" and suggested her friends were in the mafia.

"She's an amazing lady, but she's not a nice lady," Duke said of Rivers.

As I just said, I hope that Kate Gosselin is cheating. That woman needs some pleasure, she is a mess! Kate Gosselin has fired back and she wants the sympathy vote, claiming that the paparazzi may cost her friendships.

Also, Kate should learn that insulting the paparazzi is never a good move! Here's Kate's response to People magazine in defense of cheating rumors.

"The next story coming out from the animals that stalk us is about our security person and his family. Already the allegations they're making about me are disgusting, unthinkable, unfathomable, and I am horrified."

Aren't these quotes coming from the same person who blamed her husband when his cheating rumors came out?! Kate told Entertainment Weekly, "Jon's poor judgment and irresponsible behavior has also without a doubt caused some added tension and stress between the two of us." Karma's a b*tch, b*tch!

Reality TV breast implant bimbo Daisy de la Hoya is a party girl. Unfortunately Daisy may have partied too hard, and had to be rushed to the hospital early this morning in a "possible overdose."

The Daisy of Love star's friend called 911 after hearing the petite bass player making strange noises. When firefighters and medics arrived, Daisy was acting "crazy." "Yelling, screaming and thrashing around" included. It took multiple emergency personnel to get her into the ambulance.

Daisy's currently receiving treatment at an L.A. area hospital. She was filmed leaving Hollywood nightclub Les Deux last night. She has canceled her appearance for this weekend but hopes to re-schedule in the near future.

Daisy is really lucky that she was at her friend's house when this all happened! She could have possibly killed herself. Also, I wonder if her Daisy of Love romance is already over and she was just getting high to numb the pain?

Kate Gosselin appeared on the Today Show this morning to defend her husband Jon Gosselin. Kate said that her and Jon didn't envision this kind of rumor arising and says that she's "very hesitant" to believe her hubby is cheating. Kate also avoided answering Meredith's question about what she said to Jon when the rumor first broke. Kate said that her and her husband "are dealing with it privately." Yep, so privately that she spoke with Entertainment Weekly about it and appeared on The Today Show to discuss it?

Kate was also promoting her book Eight Little Faces. 

The wicked wench known as Kate Gosselin, and mother of eight children with hubby Jon Gosselin, is speaking out on allegations that Jon's penis has been led to 23 year-old Deanna Hummel. Kate spoke with Entertainment Weekly about what she's going through, the tension and the stress.

EW: What did you think of the story and photo?

Kate: It's disturbing and unfortunate that these tabloids have gone as far as they have to try and bring us down. Jon's poor judgment and irresponsible behavior has also without a doubt caused some added tension and stress between the two of us.

EW: Will you address how the tabloid coverage has affected your life in the upcoming season on Jon and Kate, which begins May 25?

Kate: I think we will address the bigger picture, regarding the very public focus on our family and the stress it's caused in our relationship, but not necessarily any specific tabloid.

EW: That said, the latest tabloid coverage should only boost ratings for the fifth season of your show. Is this comforting, or troubling?

Kate: We are not concerned about the ratings right now. Our main focus is on our family and working through this.

Jon Gosselin is being put on blast via Jason Hummel, Deanna Hummel's older brother. New details have emerged on how Jon's affair began. In mid-January he was at Chill Lounge (don't you love that name) in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he began feelin' Deanna, figuratively. The two both sent each other a $3 shot. Cheap!

Within one month, by mid-February, Jon began cuming to Deanna's house. Ummmmm, ummmm. On April 26, when Kate Gosselin was travelling, Jon and Deanna sunbathed on Jon's front lawn. This was just seven days after they left a club at 2 a.m. together.

At the Hummel house, Jason says Deanna and Jon would "pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He's a grown man."

He also adds, "A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um — how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who's, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast."

Also noteworthy, Jason is 29 years old but he sounds like a 19 year-old. He really isn't too credible at this point. Also noteworthy is that Jason has been in jail, was a drug addict, and Deanna says that he's "unemployed." He could be a total opportunist and I'm not completely sold that Jon has gotten to know Deanna biblically yet; but it's evident that Jon's at least having an emotional affair at this point, which will probably lead to a f*ckship if it hasn't already.

Jon and Kate receive $75,000 per Jon & Kate Plus 8 episode. Jon was sunbathing with this ho in his front lawn? I love it when men cheat. They are so bad at it.

In a major upset, Lil Kim and her "bionic booty" were voted off of Dancing With the Stars last night.

This is a huge mistake! Jewel's husband Ty Murray remains in the competition even though he's a stiff, untalented dancer. Ty stood there in shock as his partner was also pretty frozen when they heard the news. You can tell that Ty felt bad because he does not deserve to be there! The judges also don't like him and it's ridiculous that he's still around.

Lil Kim said, "I think this is one of the greatest experiences I've ever [had] in my life. I think I've brought a different audience [to the show]. I know people who've never watched the show and they watch the show [now]."

Kim's partner Derek Hough said, "I love this girl so much, and she has been one of my favorites."

I'm not really into new American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi. Personally, Kara and I would not get along. She would think that she's entitled to give me some stink eye, I would give her some stink eye right back plus a few eye rolls, and before you know it we'd be rolling around on the ground with each other's hair in our hands and mud wrestling.

Kara's a know it all loud mouth with a strong personality and a 'My way or the highway' attitude. There's only room for one HBIC up in my crew and that's me. However, Kara will return to American Idol next season with Simon Cowell, Paula Crazy, and Randy Jackson - that's a lot of ego on one panel! I'm so used to Kara already, I don't want her to go anywhere.

Tart-tongued judge Simon Cowell broke the news to Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show, airing Tuesday.

"I think certainly next year everyone's going to be back," he said.

"Really?" DeGeneres asked.

"Yeah, absolutely," he said.
