The National Enquirer reports that Kim Richards of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is out of rehab. The troubled has been allegedly checked in for substance abuse issues.

According to the tabloid, Kim's family grew concerned about her health after Thanksgiving. She was also told that "if she wanted to stay on the show then she had to get help, so she did."

Kim plans to continue treatment with outpatient therapy and is currently with her wannabe author sister, Kyle Richards in Los Angeles.

A source says "Kim doesn’t have any other significant source of income and she needs to keep her job on the show.” Hmmmm.... Did Kim go to rehab so she can keep her paychecks comin' so that she can spend 'em on the sauce? We hope she's taking her recovery seriously.

Brooke Mueller has finally agreed to go to rehab, after being arrested earlier this month for cocaine possession. It’s like she’s heading back home!

Though Brooke has vehemently denied that she’s a major drug addict with serious issues beyond her control, Brooke is now admitting that she still has a substance abuse problem. She was “reluctant” at first, but her friends persuaded her to get the help that she so desperately needs. Not that it’s helped her the other fourteen times.

According to TMZ, the troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen is finalizing arrangements for treatment somewhere near L.A. and will be checking in soon (assuming she doesn’t back out at the last minute). While she’s in rehab, Charlie and her parents will be taking care of her kids, which should probably have already happened a while ago--or, uh, right now.

Kim Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has filmed the show for the past few episodes while allegedly under the influence. Things have taken a turn for the worse, though, and her "erratic" behavior forced her friends and family to stage an intervention.

Richards checked into a rehab facility last week for alcohol abuse and "other problems."

A source says that Kim has been to rehab "more than once before" and this time her problems are "serious."

Kim is not living with her boyfriend, Ken, on the show and she's been staying with various friends because "she's basically homeless"!!

"Her family is relieved she's getting help," adds the source. "She has lots of issues. She needs help."

Kim Richards despised Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville for saying that she has a drug problem, but now she's had a change of heart. Kim voluntarily checked into rehab and is being treated at an undisclosed treatment center!

Entertainment Tonight reports: Kim Richards' drinking problem became public knowledge during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' first season finale as she and sister Kyle nearly came to blows inside a limousine.

Last month, Kim claimed that because of her anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications, she appeared to be drunk and would slur her words.

This news comes from out of nowhere! Kim has always been adamant about her supposed sobriety, meanwhile she has been wasted out of her mind during every single episode of RHOBH, especially during her confessional interviews. Good for Kim! Hopefully she'll get it right this time.

Brooke Mueller got arrested on Friday, but that’s probably a good thing! She’ll be facing the Colorado District court on December 19th, for the charges of cocaine possession and assault. According to People magazine, Brooke’s friends think this might actually be a good thing, serving as a wake-up call for her to get some serious help.

“Brooke can’t stay sober on her own. Maybe this [arrest] will force her to go into a treatment center for a long stay. Thirty-day rehabs won’t work for her...She has enough family to take care of the kids while she’s away.”

It’s obvious that Brooke has got some major issues and needs major help. She went to rehab this summer (on ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s dime) and has already f**ked up. So, uh, based on what we know about what’s going on her life, shouldn’t her kids already be in the care of not-insane family?

Former tabloid writer Kate Major has check into rehab for alcohol abuse. Kate is the ex-girlfriend of two real winners: Michael Lohan and Jon Gosselin. Kate checked into a treatment center in Boca Raton, Fla., and will stay there for 90 days.

Just last month Kate made headlines when Michael Lohan allegedly assaulted her after she refused to give him head, then he violated his contact order twice, which resulted in his arrest.

Sources close to Kate feel that she becomes somebody that she isn't when she drinks.

Oscar De La Hoya, the Golden Boy of boxing who retired from the sport in 2008, hasn't had a golden lifestyle since leaving the ring. While speaking with Univision, Oscar admitted to suffering from depression and thought about committing suicide but "I don't have the strength, I don't have the courage to take my own life but I was thinking about it."

Oscar said his drug of choice was cocaine and alcohol with the cocaine being more recent, but in the last two years he depended more on the alcohol. He admits "It took him to a place where I felt safe," but he recently went to rehab and has been clean for three months.

If that's not enough coming out of Oscar's skeletal closet, he also revealed he had cheated on his wife saying, "We are obviously not talking a Tiger Woods here, but I was unfaithful."

Damn, Tiger still can't catch a break! Now that Oscar is clean, maybe he can start living the golden life he should be enjoying.

Charlie Sheen wants the mother of his twin sons to get off of drugs so badly, he's paying for the trainwreck to go to rehab for like the 14th time, literally.

Charlie didn't like the idea of Brooke going to Mexico to take a dangerous drug used to curb drug cravings, so he flew to Mexico in a private jet and brought Brooke Mueller back to the States. That's so sweet! Something about a man flying on a private jet is romantical cause it means he has good money.

Brooke was only south of the border for 12 hours before Charlie scooped her up. Charlie decided to bring back his own team of doctors -- the ones he used a few months back when the "Two and a Half Men" people wanted him to get treatment.

Brooke is receiving treatment at an undisclosed location and Sheen is paying for everything.

You know you're a rock bottom crackhead if a rehab facility isn't even willing to let you in! Somewhere, Lindsay Lohan is shaking her head and snorting lines.

Brooke Mueller wasn't exactly denied entry to the treatment facility, but her crackhead self misplaced her passport, and she kind of needs it  to travel internationally!

Charlie Sheen's baby mama wants to try an extreme 7-day treatment course in Cancun where she'll be given Ibogaine, a drug that re-programmes the brain to cure addictions.

"Brooke made it to the gate with her doctor, but the airline staff wouldn't let her board the plane. Brooke is going to get an emergency passport on Wednesday, and hopes to leave for Mexico as soon as she gets the new one."

Ibogaine is illegal in the States. Brooke and Sheen should be too.

Amber Portwood is still hanging out in rehab working on recovery and probably thinking of one thousand ways she'd like to beat Gary. Just a thought. In the latest issue of OK! a source, who saw Amber with a Seasons rehab facility staffer, said Amber looked happy "though her face is rather bloated, probably from detox."

You all remember Amber used to be a portly Portwood when "Teen Mom" first aired, but she worked hard (on diet pills) to lose more than 60 pounds. Another source says Amber is terrified of gaining her weight back, but she's committed to staying healthy and substance free.

"She wants to be healthy and get custody of her daughter, Leah, back, but getting big again is a genuine fear. "

Oh I'm sure it's nothing another 3 month supply of diet pills can't take care of! If she gains the weight back, she'll take the lazy way out to lose it again.
