Amy Winehouse's brother Alex is opening up about coming across Amy in a complete crack head state shortly before The Sun exposed the tape of Amy smoking crack, and seeing her get healthy in rehab.

"It was hard to take in that the barely communicative shell in front of us was my own flesh and blood." Days later The Sun exposed a tape of Amy smoking crack at her flat in East London. Alex said Amy's dad Mitch was "on the verge of a breakdown" over her ill-health. But Amy went into rehab and began to prepare for her historic Grammy award performance. Alex said: "Detox was tough but she did it. Getting her back on food was more of a problem, but she started to put on weight."

Her Grammy performance was awesome and you could tell she was healthy and had a clear head. Look at the tits she's rocking in this picture! If she has put on weight, it's definitely gone to the boobs. I didn't think she would live to see the Grammys but it seems she got the help she needed just in time.

I also have to give my 2 cents about Natalie Cole's comment Amy not deserving her Grammys because of her drug issues. Natalie's a recovering drug addict and Grammy winner herself. There have been plenty of artists that have won Grammys who were addicted to drugs or alcohol. Some you didn't know about they went into rehab and it was publicly known, or they overdosed.

I'm not saying Amy was clean when she did the album, but she definitely wasn't what we saw her become by December. Natalie shouldn't give shit to Amy for winning, she needs to give shit to the people who pick the winners!

After several weeks in rehab, Eva Mendes has left the Cirque Lodge in Utah �" but will be back.

"Eva is attending to some personal business in Los Angeles and intends to return to complete her treatment shortly," the actress's rep said in a statement Thursday.

Kiki has gotten in on the deal. Kirsten Dunst has checked into Lindsay' Lohan's old joint, Cirque de something, (don't give a shit) in Utah where Eva Mendes is also staying.

It's crazy how a lot of times multiple celebs be up in the cut at the same spot trying to detox and soul search. More like reading scripts and talking about stylists and makeup.

Kirsten has been a party girl for years. She's like a sorority girl who graduated from college 2 years ago but still shows up to her little brother's high school parties to score free booze. It's time to slow down, ho. Maybe she's realizing this now.

"She desperately needed help," a source in Utah tells Star. "She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears.

"She not in a good place right now, but thankfully, she's getting the help she needs."

Eva Mendes checked into Utah's Cirque Lodge and has been in the facility, which deals with substance-abuse problems, for several weeks.

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva's privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details."

Cirque Lodge became a familiar name last year, when Lindsay Lohan checked in for treatment. The substance for which Mendes is being treated has not been reported.

At last year's Cannes Film Festival, Mendes told reporters that to feel comfortable doing a sex scene with Joaquin Phoenix in We Own the Night, which also starred Mark Wahlberg and Robert Duvall, she required a drink. - Hahaha! Like there's any connection whatsoever to her substance abuse and her sarcastic statement. Um, kkkay.

Sometimes rehab is used to make a comeback and salvage a career (Lindsay Lohan possibly), other times some celebs are actually interested in getting better. I think Eva will do fine.

It's great that we've moved past the stigma of seeking professional help and going to rehab. :) Many people are benefiting from activists like Betty Ford who really paved the way by coming forward with her addiction. Sorry for being boring. But it's Friday, I can do whateva I please.

Who knew Eva was a drunk? I've read no drunk ass bitch stories about her. I guess she's really good at keeping the parties indoors?

Actress Sean Young voluntarily admitted herself to rehab after having a few too many drinks and making a fool out of herself at the Directors Guild of America Awards in L.A. over the weekend.

The move comes after Young, 48 â€" star of 80s films such as Stripes and Blade Runner â€" got boozed up at Saturday's Directors Guild of America Awards in L.A., heckling Julian Schnabel, acclaimed director of The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, during his acceptance speech, according to Variety. "Get on with it" she screamed at Schnabel. "Have another drink, honey," he replied. As he started to leave the stage, the crowd urged him to stay. Young was later ejected from the ceremony.

Are ya kidding me? She had to make a spectacle of herself to be noticed. Who has seen Sean Young do anything worth while lately? She was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Who doesn't want to liven up the party when they've had a few drinks? Then again since I'm also a bartender, I see those types of drunk chicks and get used to 'em. At least Sean didn't whip out her tits! It's always the ones you don't want to see that always get flopped out. I guess it's a good thing I'll never be famous cause I would make a complete ass out of myself at award shows and try to start up a game of Fart Football at my table. :)

As Amy Winehouse sits in rehab puking her brains out from detox and watching Marilyn Monroe movies, her mother Janis Winehouse is talking about the realization of Amy kicking the bucket soon, after seeing Wino smoking crack on video.

She's on their path. It's like watching a car crash - this person throwing all these gifts away."

Where in the hell does she get the Heath Ledger / Britney Spears comparisons? We don't even know yet how exactly Heath died, and Britney's a mental case! I can see comparing her to Jeff Conway who's all fuckered up on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, but not to Britney's bipolar disorder. If you haven't seen Celeb. Rehab, ya gotta check it out cause it's some crazy shit! Next time Janis shouldn't try the name dropping idea cause it totally back fired.

"Celebrity Rehab," scheduled to premiere Jan. 10, will track celebrities gone bad as they go through treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.Among the nine former stars expected to be featured are "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra, porn star and onetime California governor hopeful Mary Carey, actor Daniel Baldwin, actress Brigitte Nielsen and former pro wrestler Chyna.

It's gonna be interesting to watch these celebs go through rehab for all different types of addictions. I'm pulling for them all to make it to the end, but I've heard one quits before they complete rehab. I'm gonna put my money on Daniel Baldwin being the dropout.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been caught taking drugs at Camp Rehab. The trainwreck was allegedly forced to take drug tests by staff at Utah's Cirque Lodge facility and the results came back positive.

Lindsay, 21, has now been warned if she does not stay clean she will be thrown out of the centre.

A source is quoted as saying: "Lindsay got called into the director's office on August 15 and was questioned about drugs. When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn't conform to the programme she'd have to leave."

Lindsay was also caught having sex in a bathroom stall with a male patient. Additionally, Lilo is a diva bitch who frequently shows up late to meetings and refuses to do any chores or menial tasks.

Well, duh! What else do you think Lindsay does between hiking and trying to meditate? I now think it's great all her "friends" narc and leak pics. Bitch just doesn't care! This male patient who effed her better do like Britney's extra from her video and give up the deets. Rehab sex must be hotter than divorce sex while trippin' on E. Amy and her husband Blake have left rehab for the 2nd time. They are both a total mess but it seems Blake is the whole problem with Amy not getting better.  All they seemed to do while they were in rehab for the 2nd stint was argue and fight.

A source close to the couple said: "It is supposed to be a peaceful backdrop to help people deal with their problems. But Amy and Blake kept rowing and spoiling the ambience.While Amy would be welcomed back with open arms, I'm not sure they'd say the same for Blake. Everyone is really worried that if they are let loose in London again they'll just go straight back to their old druggy habits.""This should be about Amy getting help â€" but too often it's all about Blake.He upset people in The Causeway with his behaviour. It was the same when she was in hospital. He really upset the staff and wasn't very welcome there either.

"They spent half their time arguing rather than concentrating on the job in hand. But this just shows why the family are so desperate for her to get help without him."

So Lindsay's been doing a lot of outdoor activities at the rehab center in Utah. I'm jealous and now I wanna go to rehab. White water rafting, bike trips, hiking with dogs sounds like a good vacation for me! Alright, how can I get into this place? Should I pile down a bottle of Vicodin or some shit? Seriously I wanna hang out at this rehab! Watch out Utah, here I come! ;)
