Roseanne Barr is being touted as the leading loudmouth to replace Rosie O'Donnell on "The View," according to sources this morning.

With Rosie on her way out in just a couple months, the brassy Barr has emerged as the candidate to beat, says the New York Post, though Joan Rivers, Whoopi Goldberg, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Connie Chung are also in the running.

With Rosie leaving, says an ABC source, "they're missing strong personalities, and that's what they're going to need if they want to keep it going."

Roseanne or Whoppi would be perfect. I would watch "The View" again. They would be so much better!

Rosie O'Donnell was offered some big bucks to continue on The View.

FoxNews.com reported that ABC had insisted on a three-year deal or nothing and Rosie was only willing to do another year because she wanted an opportunity to leave in case a serious disagreement came up with Barbara Walters.

The report said that ABC was willing to pay Rosie $10 million for each of the three years, but apparently they couldn't meet an agreement.

This may sound mad crazy to you, but this round bitch has got some stuff up her sleeve. Rosie isn't that dumb! I'm thinking Rosie may get her own show, wind up on Broadway, star in the Nip/Tuck spinoff peeps have been talking about, or begin appearing in Proactiv commercials.

Tyra Banks groped Rosie O'Donnell's breasts during a TV show this morning, just two months after she stunned fans by doing the same to American Idol star Katharine McPhee. The model-turned-talk show host jumped at the chance to check O'Donnell's assertion her breasts are natural during a conversation on The View.

O'Donnell said, "I'd like to say my boobs are real too." Banks then asked, "Are they? Can I squeeze them?" before copping a feel.

TMZ is reporting that Rosie O'Donnell will announce that she's leaving "The View" on today's live broadcast.

ABC/ and "The View" staff are currently already searching for her replacement.

So what the eff am I supposed to listen to now while I update POTP?! I'd always have The View on so I could listen to the crap Rosie would spew whenever she'd open her pie hole which was basically the entire show. She loves hearing her voice.

Rosie is such a liability tho. Honestly, this bitch better not host any other show again EVER! I'm sadness!

Donald Trump has unleashed a secret weapon in his feud with Rosie O'Donnell - a gigantic black undergarment she wore in the movie "Exit to Eden," which Trump sent to Barbara Walters on Monday to hang on the office wall at "The View."

The girdle-like outfit - variously described as "a bustier" and "a giant pair of panties" - was bought at a charity auction by a fan, who then had the relic framed under glass and delivered to Trump.

"I sent it to Barbara to hang in her office because I didn't want it in mine. It was funny, except that it was really gross. It's disgusting," Trump told Page Six. "I feel sorry for [Rosie's] wife. It can't be pleasant."

On "The View" on Monday, O'Donnell asked Walters, Joy Behar and Elizabeth Haselbeck: "You want to hear what a 61-year-old businessman did today? He sent Barbara . . ."

Walters interrupted: "But this is for me to say. This was sent for me, it was not sent to you." O'Donnell: "Go ahead, you say it." Walters: "No, I don't want to." O'Donnell: "You don't want to?"

Walters ended the conversation, "I really do not want to stir up the whole Donald Trump thing again" - leaving viewers wondering what they were talking about.

Where would we all be without hearing what wisdom Rosie O'Donnell has to give?!

Rosie entered the Antonella Barba racy pic scandal by opening her pie hole on The View today.

Rosie addressed the fact that Frenchie Davis was booted off American Idol in season 2 for once appearing on an adult Web site and Barba remains on the show. "Why is it that Frenchie was kicked off and this girl was not?"

When airhead cohost Elisabeth Hasselbeck suggested it may have been because Davis' topless pics were only available on a pay-per-view site, Rosie said it doesn't matter.

"I think it's racist. I do," said O'Donnell, adding in reference to Davis, "I think it's because she's black." She added (eventually sounding like Elmer Fudd), "It's weightist and wacist, too, you wascally wabbit." Furthermore, O'Donnell said of Barba, "She can't sing a note, by the way."

Davis herself has questioned the fairness of the situation. "I think it's fantastic if Idol has evolved and I think it's fantastic she won't have to go through what I went through four years ago," the singer told the New York Post.

"But if the rules have changed, I believe there should be something to make up for the fact that I was humiliated needlessly."

Should Frenchie let it go?! I say no. She's pretending like she's pissed so she can give interviews. It's working. Keep at it, start a boycott, then sell some shirts on eBay.
