Lindsay Lohan and Ryan Seacrest met in Hollywood on Thursday night to talk business.

Ryan Seacrest let everyone know what was going on via his Tweet on Twitter:

"Met with Lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her…it helps people and gives others a second shot! Still putting it all together."

Lindsay also gave more details on her Twitter on Friday: "Working on a really great project for television -- I am excited!" she wrote. "Something meaningful like Extreme Home Makeover on ABC… :)"

TMZ says the potential reality show will feature real people who are on the wrong track and looking for a second chance are given $1 million to make it happen. Linds would likely serve on a panel of judges.

This is one of the dumbest ideas that I've ever heard cause Lindsay Lohan needs to be an applicant herself! What does she know about being on the right track and being responsible with money?

And as far as her "serious actress" aspirations go, this is a move in the wrong direction. If this show gets picked up, I hope it gets cancelled within the first three episodes and I hope Linds is high as a cloud while she's judging.

I am actually a HUGE Ryan Seacrest fan. I think he kind of sucks at hosting American Idol and bores me to tears while I'm listening to his radio show in the morning, but he is one of the most driven celebrities of our lifetime.

Ryan Seacrest has always dreamed big and it is his ambition, creativity and drive that has brought him all of his success. Losers and haters, stand back!

I remember listening to Ryan on the radio and hearing him talk about how he was fat while he was growing up. He claimed that that's why he loves to work out today and keep it tight.

Anyway, Ryan was really cute. Dontcha wanna pinch his cheeks? All those idiots who were making fun of Ryan for his weight wish they could be him today. Success will always be the best revenge, it's so sugary sweet.

Ryan Seacrest is dating Jasmine Waltz, a sexy bartender that he met while clubbin'.

Ryan is clearly very into his Megan Fox lookalike. He even took time off from hosting his radio show for a romantic trip with her to Paris where they reportedly had a lot of tongue f*cking action going on.

But, uh oh! Jasmine is an aspiring actress! She has worked at other L.A. hotspots including Les Deux and Italian restaurant Bella where she probably flirted and tried to bang her way into Hollyweird.

"They've been together for a few months now," says the source.

This is a rarity! Ryan doesn't share his mogul d*ck with anyone. I'm impressed that he's making himself more available to possibilities and I wouldn't mind if this Jasmine chick pulled a Carson Daly and got herself knocked up. Too bad Ryan pulls out and aims for a Simon Cowell pic when it's time for the jizz.

Is Ryan Seacrest rockin' a Steve Sanders shirt? That really looks like old blond curly headed Steve Sanders from 90210! Any guy that wears a shirt with Ian Ziering / 90210 Steve Sanders on it, is pretty much forcing me to believe he's gay. I don't care if he is supposedly dating Holly Huddleston! You know he's just using her as his beard.
