Miley Cyrus' tour bus driver was apparently killed when the bus he was driving drifted off the road and flipped in Virginia. Sources say Miley usually rides in that bus but was not aboard at the time of the crash.

Officials are investigating whether the driver died before the crash or after -- which could explain why the bus drifted off the road. A rep from Dinwiddie Fire and EMS tells us the bus had been carrying Miley's concert production crew -- the rep also tells us there were 14 passengers on-board.

Miley's manager said it was one of their tour buses but not Miley's. It was a bus that transports their lighting crew. Thank God Miley wasn't on the bus or tweens would be causing riots and throwing themselves over cliffs had she died in that crash.

R.I.P. bus driver dude.

You can leave it to Family Guy to be offensive and controversial. The hit Fox show had an episode that aired late last year that included a joke about Laura Bush killing "a guy" when she was only 17 years old.

Laura was allegedly driving a car that hit another car at a nearby stop sign. The man in the other car was Michael Douglas, 17, who was Laura's boyfriend at the time. After spending days at Midland Memorial Hospital, Michael died due to neck breakage.

Michael was a popular athlete at Laura's high school. At the time of the accident, Laura was allegedly driving 50 MPH although the speed limit was 55 MPH. Some speculated that she was drinking at the time of the accident. However, police agencies said that Laura was not driving.

According to Police report that released in 2000, Laura was not held responsible for killing the man.

While talking to Associated Press in 2000, Laura admitted, “It was terrible and much terrible accident.” I can realize it being a mother.

Michael Jackson's song "This Is It" was originally written in the 90s, but never officially released. The song will be played at the end of MJ's This Is It documentary which opens in theaters October 28th.

The King of Pop's brothers are singing in the background. The track will be a part of a new 2-disc CD set. Michael fans are bound to eat this one up. I love how emotional it is, it just breaks my heart for too many reasons to mention.

Kandi Burruss has lost two dear people in her life within a short span of time. Her uncle Ralph passed away, she attended his funeral on Sunday, and the night before, on Saturday, her fiance Ashley Jewell died after a fight in a parking lot.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's newest member and fan favorite by many, Kandi Burruss reminds us all that we need to tell people how much we love them because we never know what's going to happen.

TIME

Why is it that every TIME something great is happening in your life it seems like its accompanied by something tragic? I have lost two very important men in my life in one week. The 1st was my Uncle Ralph, the 2nd is A.J.

My Uncle Ralph was one of my favorite people in the whole wide world. He was the type that could make you laugh even when you were pissed off and make you smile as soon as he walked in the room. My Uncle was one of my biggest supporters & he would do anything for me or the rest of my family. Even though he didn’t have any money he was always trying to give me little gifts. Which I thought was cute because he was just trying to show how much he cared event hough he knew I didn’t need it.

Uncle Ralph was gay & always lived his life loud & proud. He partied like a rock star growing up & still enjoyed life as an older man. We first found out about his cancer at least two years ago. It went into remission for a while & eventually came back to claim his life slowly until TIME came for him to go to GOD.

Kandi Buruss has issued no formal statement regarding the untimely murder of her ex-fiance AJ Jewell, but as we all could assume, she is devastated. She did, however, update her Twitter page with the following messages.

Kandi said:

• im just in one of those moods where i dont wanna talk, i dont wanna b held & told its gonna b ok. i just wanna cry myself 2 sleep, alone.

• I could never n a million years imagine this happening. please pray for AJ's children. that's who im the most concerned 4.

• im bout 2 giv my swollen eyes sum rest now. i just wanted to say thanks 2 every1 for their prayers. i gotta get up & go 2 my uncle's funeral

TreMedia has issued the following statement:

"Kandi is devastated as she is also mourning the death of her uncle, Ralph Leslie, and is attending his funeral today. She has no statement to make at this time and asks for privacy."

Police have also made an arrest in AJ's murder! Ashley Jewell was 34 years young.

The adorable, sweet and talented Kandi Burruss of the Real Housewives of Atlanta's ex-fiance Ashley Jewell has died.

AJ was killed Friday night after sustaining fatal injuries to the head in a fight at Atlanta club Body Tap. AJ was not there to party, he was a partial owner of the club.

He suffered a severe blow to the head and was rushed from the club to Piedmont hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Police are still searching for suspects in the death and possible murder of Ashley Jewell.

So senseless, and this must be extremely hard on Kandi considering the way that he died. AJ will always be associated with violence. AJ was so much more than that tragic incident and he's the father of six children. I also researched to find AJ's age, but I couldn't find it anywhere. He had to be around Kandi's age. She's 33.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Kandi and all of AJ's friends and family.

Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein's death has been ruled an accidental drug overdose.

The New York City Medical Examiner's office spokeswoman Ellen Borakove said,

"We've done the testing and investigation in conjunction with the NYPD and in our opinion this was an accidental overdose rather than suicide."

Adam was found in the bedroom of his New York City apartment on Aug. 28.

The drugs in his system included cocaine (she could not specify whether it was crack cocaine or powder cocaine), Levamisole (an drug commonly used to cut cocaine), oxycodone (the active ingredient in OxyContin), hydrocodone (a powerful pain reliever), and Ativan, Klonapin and Xanax, all anti-anxiety drugs. Borakove could not say whether Goldstein held a prescription for any of the drugs in his system.

I don't get it. I don't understand how you take SO many drugs and you don't know that you may off yourself in the process, especially when "eight OxyContin pills" are found in one's stomach and a ninth was found in DJ's mouth. A crack pipe was also found near his body. I think that the examiner's office doesn't wanna say it was suicide, but when you mix that many narcotics together in a short span of time, that doesn't sound very accidental to me. Just my opinion.

Beyonce was performing in Sydney, Australia, when her 8 year-old fan Chelsea was brought on stage. Chelsea is suffering from Leukemia, so Sasha Fierce got down on her knees and sang a powerful, personalized version of her hit song, "Halo."

Jessica Simpson is still hoping her pup Daisy will be found alive and well. Daisy has been missing since she was snatched by a coyote Monday night.

A dog finding service has been calling 1000 of Jessica's neighbors, seeing if they have seen her missing mutt, but Daisy hasn't turned up yet. Jess posted the tweet above last night about the search for Daisy.

I was one of those 'my dog is my kid' people before I had my baby, so I understand how she feels. I don't blame her for keeping the search going although Daisy probably isn't alive anymore. I have friends in Cali who have had their dogs or cats taken by coyotes and it's never a happy ending.

Jessica Simpson? You wouldn't wanna be her. The failed country singer can not keep a man to save her life, and she can not keep a dog, either. Sadly Jessica's beloved and adorable dog Daisy has reportedly been taken by a coyote.

Jessica's dog was snatched right in front of her and she posted the following plea with the picture above yesterday on her Twitter account:

“My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”

This sounds like a disaster!!! Can you imagine?
