TMZ has obtained the 911 call made after it was discovered that Fantasia Barrino had ingested some pills and overdosed. The person who called 911 said an individual took a bottle of aspirin and she is slowly losing consciousness.

The caller also said she was in the shower because the family had put her in there to try and keep her awake until the paramedics arrived. This must have been a big no-no because the 911 operator immediately told the caller to get her out of the shower and turn the water off.

Fantasia seemed to be blindsided by the fact her boyfriend Antwaun Cook was still married although he told Fantasia he split with his wife during the summer last year. Her name was mentioned in divorced papers filed by Paula Cook who claims Fantasia is a home wrecker and Fantasia was so overwhelmed by the shocking news that it apparently drove her to the edge. I'm glad she's recovering and her father Joseph Barrino says she's doing fine.

More information has been obtained by TMZ on Fantasia Barrino's overdose, and her relationship with Antwaun Cook. Fantasia was hospitalized for overdosing on a sleep aid which hasn't been named, and aspirin. She is stable and is expected to be released from the hospital soon.

Fantasia's rep issued a statement regarding her overdose and also gave more information regarding her f*ckship with Antwaun Cook. It appears he had lied to Fantasia about his relationship with his wife and gave her the impression he had split with Paula during the summer last year.

Fantasia believed Mr. Cook when he told her he was not happy in his marriage and his heart was not in it. She believed him when he told her he and Mrs. Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr. Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere. He even took her there. One of Mr. Cook’s most redeeming qualities was his complete devotion to his children. Fantasia fell in love with Mr. Cook and believed that he loved her.

Fantasia and Mr. Cook dated on and off for about eleven months. The pressure of the constant media attention was hard on their relationship. Fantasia gave inconsistent interviews about the status of her relationship with Mr. Cook because sometimes they were on and sometimes they were off.

Fantasia Barrino was rushed to Carolinas Medical Center last night for a medication overdose, according to WCNC.com. Sources say she arrived at the hospital around 8:55 PM Monday and doctors noted that Fantasia's condition was not life threatening.

The source also did not know what type of medication was involved or whether the overdose was accidental or intentional. This hospitalization comes just days after Paula Cook accused Fantasia of having an affair with her husband Antwaun Cook and claims they also videotaped their sex romps.

Fantasia claims she's not responsible for the deterioration of Antwaun and Paula's marriage but didn't confirm or deny the sex tape. 

Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott is in the Intensive Care Unit at a Los Angeles area hospital after a dirt bike accident. Dean was unable to move and was bleeding heavily from his right side with a puncture wound. They later discovered Dean had a punctured and collapsed lung, but he is expected to make a full recovery.

Tori spoke with People about the accident and how she received the news of his latest crash.

"His friend called me and said he was in the ER. He didn't want to to scare me so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him."

"At first I was mad. I was pissed that he was out biking and crashed. But when I showed up and saw him lying there, and they told me they were admitting him to ICU with a collapsed lung, my heart dropped. My biggest fear had come true."

Dean had fractured his shoulder in a motorcycle accident earlier this year and the couple have had an ongoing disagreement about his riding hobby. He initially said he would only ride recreationally after the first accident, but now he has promised Tori he will never ride again.

"When I first saw him he just softly said 'I'm so sorry. I just held his hand and cried. That's when he said, 'I'll never do this again. You and the kids mean everything to me.' "

Here's to wishing Dean a speedy recovery and hoping he doesn't get hooked on the OxyContin he'll be taking for pain!

It's a damn shame that someone who impacted our lives so much as kids is being exploited by his ex-wife by selling photos of his last moments alive to The Globe magazine for $10,000. That's not how I want to remember him and instead of posting the death photos which we absolutely will not do, I'm posting a photo of Gary Coleman from his Diff'rent Strokes days.

A source who has seen the images told Pop Eater that the photos "are going to sell a crazy amount of magazines. Yes, it's an ugly decision to run pictures of a man in his hospital bed minutes before he died, but dead celebrities sell."

Gary's Diff'rent Strokes co-star Todd Bridges let it be known how he feels about the photo leak on Twitter yesterday.

"To find out pics of Gary Coleman in his last days got out, I hope someone burns in hell for this one ... Only one person could be behind this and this is so dang sick to say you love someone and do this -- yeah right."

It's absolutely horrible that The Globe purchased these photos, but it's more horrific that Gary's ex-wife is shameless enough to sell them. I still think she had something to do with his death by the way she reacted during the 911 call after Gary supposedly fell.

Gary Coleman's death is under investigation and Shannon Price's possible involvement should be considered.

Gary Coleman's trailer trash ex-wife Shannon Price didn't help him when he tripped and blood was pouring outta his head, now TMZ reports that she'll be making five figures off of Gary Coleman's "death photos."

Shannon Price had a production company shoot the photos -- it's the same production company that did the interview with her hours after Gary died. Shannon is featured in one of the photos. The photos show the actor in the hospital, bloodied, with tubes sticking out of his body ... and there's also a photo taken after he died.

The photos are being shopped around for five-figures ... and Shannon is set to get a cut of the profits.

Even if every last snaggle tooth but one has fallen outta your gums and you don't have any money for dental work or to buy an article of clothing from this century, how could you do that to your ex-husband? Gary should not be remembered this way. SO low.

Rue McClanahan, 76, of the Golden Girls fame has passed away after having a massive stroke this morning. She was best known for playing Blanche Deveraux on the hit series, which aired from 1985 to 1992.

She had triple bypass surgery last November and a minor stroke in January.

The actress, who was born in Healdton, Okla., has been wed six times, and is survived by one son, Mark Bish, from her first marriage.

Golden Girl costar Estelle Getty died in 2008. Betty White hosted Saturday Night Live last month at the age of 88.

Joran van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the Natalee Holloway disappearance in Aruba, is now wanted for the murder of 21 year-old Stephany Flores Ramirez. Stephany is believed to have been brutally stabbed and wrapped in a blanket by van der Sloot before he checked out on Sunday. Her body was discovered in the hotel room today. He may have gotten away with murder once, but it doesn't look like he's getting away with it this time. First, they have to find the little f*cker!

Joran flew to Peru from Colombia to play in a poker tournament at the Atlantic City Casino in Lima and checked into the Milaflores Hotel on May 14. Cesar Guardia, the head of the criminal investigation unit of the Lima police, said there is 'incriminating evidence' that links van der Sloot to Stephany's murder. Guaria says they also have surveillance video that shows Joran and Stephany together in the casino Saturday night.

The couple was last seen entering Joran's hotel room around 5 a.m. and he checked out of the hotel alone around 9 a.m.. Joran was last seen catching a bus to Chile on Monday. Stephany's murder comes exactly five years after Natalee Holloway disappeared on May 30, 2005.

I believe there's more to Gary Coleman's death than simply falling and hitting his head. Gary's wife Shannon Price was the person who called 911 but she doesn't sound too upset and at one point refuses to give him the help that the operator is asking her to perform.

Shannon says she "doesn't know what happened. I had my husband go make me some food downstairs, he just got home and I heard this big bang. His head is bloody. There’s blood all over the floor. Send someone quick because I don’t know if he’s going to, like, be alive.”

At one point, she says Gary's lethargic, and she can't really help him, "I just can't be here with the blood. I can't." She also says she couldn't drive him to the hospital because she has seizures, and she's been sick.

I think she had no problem just letting him lay there and bleed out. I've never heard someone so calm on a 911 call when they have walked in to find their loved one bleeding all over the floor and 'bubbling at the mouth'.

I also thought it was interesting she would have them pull the plug when he had been in a coma for only 2 days, unless the doctor told her there was absolutely no hope for him to survive. They have been divorced since August of 2008, so she may not have had the authority to take him off life support.

According to Radar Online, his death is currently under investigation.

Gary Coleman has died of injuries after suffering from an intracranial hemorrhage. He died at 12:05 PM today. Gary's wife, Shannon, decided to pull life support early this morning.

Family members and close friends were at Coleman's side when life support was pulled.

He was 42.

Coleman was rushed to a hospital in Utah after he fell and hurt his head. He was on life support since Thursday. There will be a press conference at the hospital at 3:00 PM PT.

Life is so precious. May Gary finally get some peace now. Sad.
