Remember the days when Lindsay Lohan was hot?! Well, that lasted for like all of 3 years and now the has been actress is looking worse than she's ever looked before. It's frightening to consider what her future face will look like if this is what the 25 year-old version is up to.

Just days after Lindsay denied that Ali Lohan had plastic surgery, she was spotted at New York fashion week shows looking orange, bloated, wrinkled, freckled, and bald (you know what's left of her hair is now thin and fried).

New York magazine described the chaos that erupted when everyone was shocked to see LiLo at fashion week: Right before the lights went down, a platinum-and-orange waif in tiny trousers, massive shades, and hypnotically puffy lips burst forth from backstage, hustling to a front-row seat with ruthless efficiency (and several security guards).

Everyone "thought this walking creamsicle had to be Donatella Versace." When journalist realized it was Lohan, they began using four-letter expletives as they were both "excited" and "disbelieving." Photographers then began to take photos and people were snapping pics on their cellphones like crazy.

The room applauded, led by Lindsay herself, as she settled into her seat between a shell-shocked-seeming Leigh Lezark — we feel you, Leigh — and Lindsay’s companion, who is either a Johnny Depp superfan or an actual pirate.

At least Lohan can score a role playing an older character who is dying of skin cancer while battling a plastic surgery addiction.

Lindsay Lohan was out of the spotlight for a while yesterday, as the world looked in horror at what had become of her once naturally pretty 17 year-old sister, Ali. Never one to shy away from controversy (or, as she calls it, her career) Lindsay came to her sister's defense, issuing a statement that says exactly what you'd expect.

"She has never!" Linds said in an official statement that blew the case wide open and ended the controversy once and for all. Mom Dina was probably expecting LiLo to be a bit more eloquent in her defense, so she sent out a spokesperson from Ali Lohan's modeling agency to help clear her name.

“As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent," said a model for Next Model Management who obviously hasn't seen Ali's before-and-after shots. Slight changes are one thing; stepping out with a totally different face than you had a few months ago is gonna get people talking. Ali seems to be following in big sis' famewhore footsteps, only in her case it's much more tragic. Coming from the massively effed-up Lohan clan, the kid never had a chance.

We haven't been spending 24 hours a day with Ali Lohan over the past few years to confirm that she has had plastic surgery, but we can speculate and assume that she did. Lindsay Lohan's 17 year-old sister appears to have had a nose job, cheek implants, a possible eye lift and plumped up lips.

What's most interesting is that Ali's mother, Dina Lohan, would have had to sign off on the procedures because Ali is underage.

Ali was always thin to begin with, but she has dropped so much weight, she looks sickly. She was signed to NEXT model management last month, and her sister is Lindsay and her mother is Dina, so we take it that Ali's in the beginning stages of some kind of unhealthy transformation. She's only getting started. With a sister like Linds, you know it's only downhill for this b!tch. I had already blogged about the potential for Lindsay to tell her sister she could drop weight with coke. Lindsay will tell Ali she looks amazing, Dina will tell Ali she looks amazing, folks at her modeling agency will tell her she looks great... She'll be encouraged to be underweight, emaciated, and unhappy.

Lindsay: Ali, you look good today.

Ali: Thanks.

Lindsay: Let's count our ribs to see if more of mine are sticking out than yours.

Ali: You used to beat me, but I've been catching up!

Ella Nolan was originally on "The Bachelor," Jake Pavelka's season, but also made her run for the money on the first season of "Bachelor Pad". After seeing herself on TV, she realized the camera really magnifies your flaws and it bothered her so she did what everyone does with their flaws these days... Made a trip to the plastic surgeon.

Ella says her boobs were fabulous before she was pregnant with her son Ethan 10 years ago but "they haven't been the same since". Surgeon Dr. Franklin rose took Ella from a small B to a large C-small D cup. He says he also removed "3 liters of fat from her hips, thighs and lower abdomen. That should bring her down at least four dress sizes."

Ella is thrilled with the results telling Life & Style "I got everything I wanted. I feel incredible. I can't stop touching my new boobs!"

She had her nose done and it looks like there was some Botox thrown into her face too but she looks great!

Jersey Shore's JWoww is a walking contradiction. She claims to be confident and tough, but she stayed with her verbally abusive ex-boyfriend until her current boyfriend Roger came along. She also "wrote" a dating self-help guide with plenty of superficial and passive advice for women. We never knew that being confident meant repeat visits to the plastic surgeon to alter your looks. This is not a woman that anyone fan should take advice from.

When Jenni Farley got work done in the past, she was proud of it and she even said that Kim Kardashian shouldn't deny getting work done. But now that Jenni is apparently morphing into the Cat Lady, presumably against her will, she no longer wants to take ownership for f*cking up her face. She's all over the Internet denying that she's had anything done, but since when has losing weight made anyone look like cracking a full smile would be painful?

Deena Nicole Cortese got a nose job, Snooki dropped pounds, Sammi put in hair extensions... These chicks are cracking under pressure. JWoww and Deena looked far better in their natural state than they do with these typical Hollywood adjustments.

Jonah Hill has been overweight for God knows how long, but now that he's lost the extra pounds, folks are saying that he's too thin. Jonah presented an award at last night's MTV Video Music Awards, which may have been the televised debut of Skinny Jonah.

I don't understand why he looks so much older than he actually is. Losing weight tends to make people look much younger, and those that lose too much may look sick, but looking at least a decade older than your real age is uncommon. I don't think Jonah's choice of attire is doing him any favors and his haircut also looks dated. Bring back the double chins, the Betty Back Fat figure, and the A-cup breasts. Fat Jonah is hotter than Skinny Jonah.

Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger has always been about as masculine as it gets. She's tall, she looks like she should have an Adam's apple, her facial features aren't like Justin Bieber's, and she's borderline heartless. She's 50 years old and she has a reality show. It's understandable why Patti would want to look her very best. But on last week's season 5 premiere of Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti was looking more like Joan Rivers than ever. The skin on her face looked stretched to its limits.

Patti's new face highlights how disproportionate her face is. Her left eye is larger and higher up on her face than her right eye, and her mouth is so slanted. On the premiere, Patti told some women that she had put in hair extensions. Keep in mind that this woman's natural hair couldn't be any thicker; she is the last person on this earth that could use a weave.

After Patti dated her ex-fiance for like 7 years, he finally put a ring on it and she dumped him because he didn't want children. Patti's 50 years old... So yeah, I understand why she got plastic surgery. I just think she looks like sh!t with it, at least she did on last week's episode. Luckily, by the looks of more recent photos, Patti isn't looking so stretched out and she actually looks much hotter than she did years ago!

Jonah Hill is an attractive looking guy, or should I say he used to be? Years ago, Jonah burst onto the scene looking like he could burst open many of his snug shirts. He reportedly lost weight for a movie role, but like his friend and former co-star Seth Rogen, we doubt he'll gain it back.

Only difference is that skinny Seth looks great and Jonah looks haggard. Jonah's weight loss ages him by around 20 years. When it comes to body types, one size does not fit all.

I hope he doesn't morph into a manorexic. Jonah has continued to drop weight even though he's been thin for months. Our funny little round guy now looks like sh!t!

Deena Nicole Cortese is letting everyone know that, yes, she went under the knife. Even if, post-op, she remains the least hump-worthy cast member of the Jersey Shore.

When the New York Post asked her about the J-Woww nip/tuck rumors, Deena took it as an opportunity to talk about herself. She responded, “If she did, more power to you. I actually had a nose job.”

Way to slip that in, Deena! Now we have to care.

But my favorite part of the discussion is when Deena helpfully defines what ‘class’ means to her--and how you too can make any situation Deena Nicole-level classy.

"Anything is classy, as long as you do it with your pinky up; I was taught that...When I fall, I put my pinky up, and that just makes my fall classy, ya know?”

Actually, I don’t know. Because I still can’t get the image of her tongue-stabbing Pauly D out of my mind. And now I keep imagining her with some creepy, wart-ridden, pre-op witch nose doing that unspeakable act. As a result, I’m so mentally effed up that trying to fit ‘classy’ and ‘Deena Nicole’ in one sentence--I can’t even wrap my mind around it right now. Pinky up? No thanks.

Unlike most people who exist, Kris Jenner is upset that nobody noticed she had plastic surgery. The 55-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has earned her PhD in pimping out her kids, but she also has a correlate in pimping out herself. So even though Kris got a facelift in June and no one cared or realized, she’s now talking about it anyway in August.

Kris told Extra TV that she went under the knife in June in preparation for her daughter Kim Kardashian’s wedding later this month, but it didn’t really do much good.

“I mean, it pretty much looks the same. I didn’t have anything done to my eyes, nose or mouth. Nobody notices the difference. I’m waiting for somebody to say something.”

Here’s a hint: if you don’t notice a difference, nobody else will either.

And since she has no filter, Kris also revealed that, at first, she intended to nip and tuck and engorge an entirely different part of her body.

“I went in actually to get my boobs done. I thought I’ll do this and completely changed gears at the last minute.”

If she had gotten a boob job, we definitely would have noticed. Obviously, she made the wrong attention-grubbing choice here. Lesson learned.
