If you've been living under a rock or just don't care about silly politician scandals, than you may have missed this big story yesterday but I'll give you a recap. Congressman Christopher Lee was put on blast by Gawker yesterday when they revealed a shirtless picture of Chris that he had emailed to a chick he met on Craigslist. Not only was he dumb enough to do something like send a topless pic of himself, he also lied about his marriage. Whoopsy!

The conversation he had with the anonymous Craigslist chick went like this:

Chick: Thanks...so do you always send shirtless pics to women from cl?

Chris: Sorry. Its all I had. So when was your last date. And how did it go

Chick: A few weeks ago with a coworker's cousin..and it didn't go . I wanted to leave after 10 min...yours?

Chris: Lol. last Monday.. She was not as advertised. Lol.. how do people think you aren't going to figure it out once you see them in person.

Chick: They're hoping you'll let it slide. Are you divorced?

Chris: Yes.. one child.. You?

What.an.idiot! So he didn't only deny he's married, he also admits he's dating. This guy is a class act. Shortly after the story broke on Gawker, Chris resigned and released a statement which says, "I regret the harm that my actions have caused my family, my staff and my constituents. I deeply and sincerely apologize to them all."

I think in the future Chris will keep his shirtless Old Spice audition photo on lock down.

This chick totally screwed up. 17-year-old Eliza Kruger was ready to spout off at the mouth about Mark Sanchez as we've learned she put on her Facebook page "Mark F***ing Sanchez just texted me!" and went as far as to tell her love story to Deadspin.com.

Eliza contacted Deadspin claiming she had heard from someone that they were planning to write a story about Mark picking up a girl around New Year's. Not wanting her story to be completely taken out of context, Eliza personally contacted them and gave them the dirty on her relationship with Mark Sanchez.

Eliza says she was hanging out at Manahattan nightclub Lavo when she ran into Sanchez. She gave him her Blackberry number and flirted a bit.

"You know I'm 17, right?" she remembers saying. Sanchez kept his cool. "Well, we can still talk, but I can't see you until you're 18," he said. "Actually," E.K. replied, "17 is legal in New York."

Mark later gave her tickets to their final regular season game against the Bills and made a date to go out to dinner later that week. When asked if she 'hooked up' with Mark, Eliza replied "Yeah. We went back to his place in Jersey after dinner. He lives on a golf course. There was a big storm."

In case you're feeling freaky about reading this, the legal age of consent in New York is 17, but even younger at the age of 16 in New Jersey where Mark lives. Okay, it's still creepy! How can you not feel like a pedophile when you send your teen lover a text asking if they're out that night and they reply with "I have school tomorrow."

Eliza was quick to spout off at the mouth to Deadspin but quickly decided she didn't want her named involved and practically went into denial about the entire situation. She not only gave them a story, she also gave them pictures of Mark's bedroom (check 'em out below) as proof she was there!

Honey, it was too little too late! You already dug your gave when you admitted you hooked up with him.

Michelle Money is the annoying, naggy contestant who is vying for the love of Brad Womack on 'Bachelor' that all the women seem to hate, and she has a dirty little secret in her past. Michelle has admitted to Life & Style magazine that she had an affair with NBA player Carlos Boozer while he was still married to his wife Cece.

"Yes, I was in a relationship with Carlos while he was still married. What I did was wrong."

The 30-year-old hair stylist says she was recently divorced when she met Carlos. Michelle claims Carlos led her to believe he had separated from his wife before he and Michelle were involved, though he didn't file for divorce until March 2009.

"I should never have been so naive to assume what I was told was true. I'm not trying to shy away from the fact that he was still married. I don't put that on Carlos. I don't put that on anyone but myself. I feel terrible for Cece for that pain she's had to go through and that I am a part of it."

The relationship only lasted a couple of months, and Michelle says she has learned from her mistake.

"All I can do is try to do better with my life. I screwed up. But I can only try to do the best I can."

Either Carlos never went through with the separation back in 2009, or he got back with his wife after his affair with Michelle, because the Salt Lake Tribune reports Carlos's divorce proceedings began August 13, 2010.

Brett Favre may have thought he was out of the woods after somehow keeping his family and career somewhat intact following the Jenn Sterger scandal. But apparently, the Vikings QB was spreading his pervy, middle-aged desperation all over New York during his one year with the Jets. Christina Scavo and Shannon O'Toole, two massage therapists who worked for the team while Brett was there, claim that Favre tried everything in his playbook to get a hand-off from both of them.

Scavo and O'Toole have filed sexual harrassment lawsuits against Favre, the Jets, and the woman who they claim fired them when they complained about Brett's creepy texts. The best part about the suit is that it provides further evidence of the fact that despite being a famous millionaire, Brett Favre has all the game of a pimply 13 year-old at his first school dance.

According to the suit, Favre treated the girls like "hanging slabs of meat" and despite his difficulty with getting just one girl to fumble his balls, Brett was going hard for the threesome. "Brett here, you and Crissy want to get together? I'm all alone," Favre allegedly wrote in one text. "Kinda lonely tonight, I guess I have bad intentions," said another.

At least Tiger Woods actually got laid from his sleazy texts! Sounds like Favre just got shot down by half the chicks in New York, but he still tried for the three-way. Word of advice, Brett: Work on getting the first down before you try for 3rd and long. Football puns!

Brett Favre was fined $50,000 by the NFL today for failure to cooperate in their investigation into the penis picture scandal involving super hottie and former NY Jets reporter Jenn Sterger. The NFL released a statement saying "The forensic analysis could not establish that Favre sent the objectionable photographs to Sterger." In other words, they can't confirm that the photos are of Brett's wang.

Jenn claims she's "extremely disappointed, but not surprised" with the ruling because the NFL is sexist! Her lawyer released a statement saying "Our evidence and the personal testimony of Ms. Sterger clearly showed a pattern of lewd and offensive behavior by Mr. Favre that lasted all of the 2008 season. Our evidence clearly showed that the photos were sent by Favre."

"Today’s decision is an affront to all females and shows once again that, despite tough talk, the NFL remains the good old boys’ league."

It's the NFL, which is comprised of nothing but big men, beer, balls, and hot chicks in little cheerleading outfits. Do you really expect more out of them? I love that they spent so much time and money on lawyers and 'forensic analysis' over Brett Favre's penis. I hope this is over, because his penis is giving me a headache. I've got a feeling this isn't the end because Jenn has said in the past that if the NFL suspends him, she won't sue, so something tells me that she will.

I'm not all hot and bothered thinking about Kelsey Grammer getting it on in a sex tape, but you know me. I'll still watch it! His marriage to Camille Grammer may be over, but the drama isn't. Somehow, knowing that the Miley Cyrus publicity machine sent middle-aged men to college campuses trying to buy up all the copies of the infamous Miley bong video just makes the whole thing way creepier.

TMZ reported today, "A college student who came into possession of the video contacted one of Miley's reps shortly after Thanksgiving, asking if the rep wanted his copy. Sources say Miley's camp sent a man in his 40s to the student's college campus in the San Luis Obispo area. The student gave the man his MacBook Pro which contained the 'bong' video...in return the man gave the student a new MacBook Pro."

Apparently, dude made the same deal with yet another student who had a copy of the tape, but it was too little, too late. It had been copied several times and someone finally decided, why settle for a new laptop when there's serious cash to be made from this shiz.

So, it turns out Miley's people knew about this video several weeks before it was released, which has led to speculation that they took that time to come up with the unlikely "salvia" story. I've always suspected that Miley was actually smoking weed in the video and I don't know why her reps ever bothered to claim otherwise. The girl's 18 and she likes to party. Videos of her doing far worse things with her mouth are almost certainly on their way.

Writer and actress Carrie Fisher - who played Princess Leia in the Star Wars films - has known John Travolta for decades, and she now says the only people who are still in the dark about the fact that he's gayer than Adam Lambert riding a rainbow unicorn are his wife and the fans who are still dumb enough to believe his press releases.

Controversial website Gawker is facing legal action from Travolta after publishing scandalous specifics about his gay love life last week - such as claims that he's a "bottom" who goes for "dark, swarthy men." When The Advocate magazine interviewed Carrie Fisher recently, they asked what she thought about her longtime friend getting all prickly about the fact that he's obviously gay. "My feeling about John has always been that we know and we don't care," Carrie said. "Look, I'm sorry that he's uncomfortable with it, and that's all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss."

Just last week, I wrote an opinion piece about how we should all stop falsely accusing male stars of being gay. However, in cases like this where all signs point to flaming, and lifelong friends are even saying it, I think the only thing John can do stop the speculation would be to step out of the closet he's been sharing with Tom Cruise and be done with it. I mean, have you seen Saturday Night Fever? No straight man can dance like that.

Miley Cyrus smoked salvia in a shocking new video and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency says that it's a "drug of concern." The agency says that the Mexican herb can "evoke hallucinogenic effects," which one would assume is the whole point.

In fact, the DEA states, "Psychic effects include perceptions of bright lights, vivid colors and shapes, as well as body movements and body or object distortions." Other effects include uncontrolled laughter and overlapping realities. Negative physical effects may include incoordination, dizziness, and slurred speech.

According to Scientific American Magazine, the DEA is currently "looking into the drug" to determine if it should be considered "on par" with LSD and heroin.

In the video, Miley begins laughing and she just can't stop. She also raps some Nicki Minaj and it's hysterical! Hannah Montana also, like, totally swears to God that she sees her ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth across the room. Miley's "friend," who recorded the video, tells her "You need to do more.
