The natural reaction to that headline is "Oh, it's probably just some girl who looks like Miley," or, "She's probably just going down on a glass dildo." Nope. I've seen the tape. It's definitely Miley Cyrus, and she's definitely smoking a bong. The only remaining question is: What's in the bong?

TMZ obtained footage from what may or may not be Miley's 18th birthday party, and in the video, Ms. Cyrus is shown clearly hitting a two-footer like a seasoned champ. However, Miley's peeps claim that's not weed she's smoking, but "a natural herb called salvia," which is legal in California. Oh, good. Wait a minute; marijuana is also a natural herb that's basically legal in California, so who the hell cares what she's smoking? Besides, it's not like salvia doesn't get you totally effed-up. It does. Or, so I've heard.

Anyway, Miley's legal now, and she looks like she's having some pretty innocent fun in the video. People are always expecting these Disney stars to go off the rails at some point, but I actually think Miley's got a pretty good head on her shoulders and just likes to party. If she had never become famous, I think she'd be in rural Tennessee right now, smoking dirty trailer park weed and crushing Miller High Life cans against her forehead. Some people are just born trashy cool.

Yesterday we posted some hot, half naked photos of Christina Aguilera standing in her closet in different attire. With the bruises on her legs it looked more like police evidence pictures, but hey, Christina can't be perfect all of the time!

According to Christina's rep, the photos were "taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera's home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist."

"We find the actions of the hackers and the press who purchased and/or obtained these photos to be irresponsible and actionable."

According to the rep, they are now "attempting to determine the identity of the hackers and will pursue them aggressively."

Is it common practice to take pictures of yourself when you look like you just walked out of a meth lab, and send them to your stylist? Maybe looking dead is the new black right now. I think Jordan Bratman is behind this. He has to be p!ssed that Xtina has moved on to a new man so quickly, so to get some revenge, he had a buddy hack the photos and post them online. Smart!

J.Lo hasn't always been the up tight broad that we know her as today. Back in the day when she was married to Ojai Noa (who? exactly.) Noa and his rep Ed Meyer are producing and marketing a feature film about Jennifer's first marriage to Noa who is a Cuban immigrant, model and chef. Ojai Noa reportedly has over 21 hours of footage of J.Lo from back in the day, and Jennifer claims Ojai and Ed Meyer are violating an injunction blocking the release on the basis that the hours of footage are private and personal. This may be a tough case to win considering in the footage, Jen gives Ojai her full consent to taping her.

Most of the time when famous dudes get caught cheating, it's a result of sheer dumb-@ssery. They text dick pics to girls who clearly aren't interested in seeing their wangs, a la Brett Favre, or they exchange racy messages with every skank in a 1,000 mile radius like Tiger Woods. Years of having gotten away with murder because they know how to put a ball in a hole go to their heads so they do whatever they damn well please without a single thought about the consequences.

That's not the case with Tony Parker. Frenchy went to great lengths to conceal his affair with Erin Barry from his wife, Eva Longoria. Unfortunately for T-Parks, he was married to a 3 foot Latina leprechaun with magical ways of finding out where he's putting his magic Johnson (Get it? Because he plays basketball!).

"Tony had Erin's personal information saved in an electronic program that only he could access," a source close to the couple says. "But one day he forgot to close the program and that's when Eva found it. It was a double shot for her because not only did she find all the information, but Eva also realized immediately that Tony had taken steps to hide it from her." That is a harsh way to find out, but I don't think the fact that he tried to hide it makes matters worse. It's not like a full-page ad in Variety with a picture of Erin and a caption that says, "I'm f*cking this chick. Love, Tony" would have been any easier.

The source also details how Eva took her "revenge" on Tony by filing for divorce unexpectedly and going public with news of the racy texts, something he didn't think she would reveal. Umm...that's her revenge? A real Latin chick would've slashed his balls so he had nothing to dribble with. Sigh. Look, basketball puns are hard, OK?

I'm not so sure Brent Barry was in the dark up until now about his wife Erin Barry sexting Eva Longoria's husband Tony Parker. According to TMZ, Barry filed for divorce on October 29.

In documents filed in Bexar County, Texas, Tony says the marriage "has become insupportable because of discord or conflict or personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Now Tony and Erin can be together and skip through sunflower fields and fart bubbles with each other. They're both officially out of their marriages and able to do their own thang.

Bruce Beresford-Redman was finally arrested for extradition to Mexico in the murder of his wife Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman who was found in a sewer at the Moon Palace Hotel in Cancun earlier this year. Monica was staying with Bruce in Mexico to work on mending their marriage in the wake of his affair with Joy Pierce.

Joy and Bruce had worked on shows together such as 'The Contender' and 'Crash Course' but there was much more going on after working hours. After the death of his wife Monica, the relationship didn't exactly slow down, and Joy is allegedly living in one of Bruce's homes.

"Joy has been spotted as recently as last week at a house that Bruce owns. Bruce's parents had been living in the house prior to moving into Bruce and Monica's Palos Verdes Estates home. David and Juanita lived at the other house for years."

"The fact that Joy had been living in the house is a slap in the face to Monica's family."

Monica's sisters Jeane and Carla Burgos are requesting Joy be deposed regarding Monica's murder.

"The sisters are trying to get Joy served for a videotaped deposition that could be admitted for use in court. They are adamant that both Bruce and Joy know something about what happened to Monica and they just want closure."

Bruce and Joy wanted to live happily ever after with their affair and Monica found out and screwed it all up. Bruce was more interested in dumping Monica in a sewer than getting a divorce, and now he's a psycho murderer with a mistress who isn't going to stick around and wait for him to get out of prison. What an idiot. Have fun in Mexican prison Bruce, and I'll make sure I get the word to Jorge the butt tickler so he can pay you a visit in the shower room.

Latina women don't take being d!cked over by their man lightly, and Eva Longoria was damn sure to get her revenge on Tony after finding out he had been sexting Erin Barry. Eva was devastated and furious when she found out Tony was having cell sex with Erin, and they had decided weeks ago to get divorced and were going to file and keep it simple, but Eva had a better plan. 

“They were working out the details about who was going to file and when. They didn’t want it to become a messy divorce. Then Eva got a little revenge and didn’t tell Tony she was filing and dropped the papers on him, catching him off balance for the media blitz.”

“They were discussing how to proceed for a while. Suddenly, Eva not only filed the papers but then went public with Tony’s relationship with Erin. He was surprised, to say the least.”

Kudos Eva! Why should she be considerate when he pretty much ripped her heart out and stomped on it with a stiletto heel? He obviously wasn't considerate of Eva's feelings!

Alexandria Mills, the first woman from the United States to be crowned as Miss World, is caught up in her own nude photo scandal. Two weeks ago I was proud we finally had an American ho crowned as Miss World, and today I find out she's just as scandalous as the rest of the pageant queens. Great.

The 18-year-old took a nude photograph of herself over the summer -- taken in what appears to be her bathroom -- and sent it to her boyfriend at the time.

Mel Gibson's ex Russian whore is more scandalous than I thought! According to TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva's ex-bodyguard says they have been intimate since May and he's writing a tell-all book which he says will rock the case! In other words, she was f*cking the help. I wonder if he experienced any of Oksana's 'soulgasms' that Mel has spoken of?

Kristian Herzog -- who was recently ordered to stay away from Lucia because of a criminal record involving guns -- is telling people connected with the case he was Oksana's boyfriend for months and still communicates with her on a daily basis.

Herzog is saying he has more than 1,000 text messages and more than 1,000 emails in which he communicates with Oksana about every detail of the case -- Mel Gibson, evidence, witnesses, legal strategy and major conflicts between the players.

Herzog certainly had access -- we know he was present during virtually every meeting Oksana had with her lawyers.

He's able to pull off the tell-all book because he apparently never signed a non-disclosure agreement. This could be made into a movie about a woman who's being harassed by a crazy so they hire a bodyguard to watch over her and she eventually falls in love with him! Oh wait. They already did that with Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner. Damn!

After hearing about this bodyguard f*cking nonsense, I bet Mel would like to knock out Oksana's teeth again. 

Brett Favre, I kind of love you! The Minessota Vikings quarterback is an idiot and he reminds me of why men are dumber than women - sorry men.

Brett didn't only send dick shots to Jenn Sterger, he also sent sext messages to two team massage therapists, one of whom was married. See, that's dumb!
