Carrie Prejean is suing the Miss California USA organization for "religious discrimination, defamation, public disclosure of private facts, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress."

Carrie was dethroned nearly two months after she said she does not believe in gay marriage. The attention whore claims the Miss USA reps "conspired to get rid of her."

Keith Lewis said:

"I would guess Carrie sees it as a chance to get publicity for her upcoming book because in the interviews I have seen, she talks about the suit and the book in the same breath. We have no problem with her selling lots of books - considering in the current situation we could stand to profit from every copy she sells.

For us, it has never been about her beliefs and we have always just wanted to move on..."

Shanna Moakler's rep said:

"... Ms. Prejean's lawsuit is without merit. Ms. Prejean's unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered. Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law."

And I say Carrie better be prepared to waste a lot of money and time suing the people who are connected to The Donald over something fabricated.

Impulsive hypocritical idiot Shanna Moakler says that her faith in the Miss Universe Organization "has been restored." You know the restoration process began after Carrie Prejean got fired! 

Shanna also says that she saw this coming. Yep. That's why she resigned, right?!

Shanna Moakler said, "First and foremost, my faith has been restored in the Miss Universe Organization and with [pageant owner] Donald Trump. I believed eventually what I intimately knew would come to fruition," continues Moakler.

Shanna really needs some meds and I take solace knowing that she regrets resigning from her position. I hope the pageant doesn't allow her to return. I wanna see Shanna competing on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! like right now. She's so useless, but she does love her Snuggie.

Talk about the Playboy model calling the topless model a skank! One week after Shanna Moakler impulsively resigned from the Miss USA Organization, she's back again, this time slamming Carrie Prejean for basically being everything that she is herself, only prettier.

Shanna Moakler is so bitter and jealous and ugly inside. Shanna is the whore who threw herself a divorce party, insults just about everyone on her MySpace blogs, and keeps trying to sleep her way to the top.

A lil background info: Shanna said that the Miss USA organization paid for Carrie Prejean's implants because she doesn't agree with Carrie's stance on gay marriage. Before Shanna put Carrie on blast, no one knew that Carrie had implants. Shanna's evil! Shanna says that she doesn't "have a vendetta" against Carrie. Oh, really? And that she apologized to Carrie for telling the media that Carrie got implants.

In retaliation, Miss California sent Shanna "hurtful emails" after the press conference, saying that Moakler "should be thanking [Prejean] for extending [her] fifteen minutes." Carrie's right! The emails also included bible passages that Shanna "felt were inappropriate."

It's not like Carrie's going to say anything about Shanna now, so Shanna's fighting back, like the mature adult that she always is, saying,

"Carrie is very, very nice when she wants something. And when it's her turn to do her end of the deal, it's very complicated. She's late, she doesn't show up. It's always a problem. I can deal with difficult, but I can't deal with nasty and she was getting nasty."

I would like to preface this post by saying that Shanna Moakler is a horrible mother, jealous skank and overall idiot!

An attention whore who rather tear people like Lindsay Lohan down would have extreme difficulty forgiving anyone. Let's face it, forgiveness and maturity are two things that Shanna knows nothing about!

In a stark contrast from what Shanna Moakler told People magazine yesterday about wanting to "start fresh" with Carrie Prejean Shanna said, "Our issue was never about her opinions about same-sex marriage or the pictures. Our issue was with her complying with our agreement. When you sign the contract, we ask you to show us everything you are being offered. 

"She's part of our family. We care about her. But she's only 21 and we felt like she was being exploited.

Today Shanna has resigned. Shanna has issued the following statement:

"Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign from the Miss California USA organization.

"I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth. I want to be a role model for young woman with high hopes of pageantry, but now feel it more important to be a role model for my children. I am sorry and hope I have not let any young supporters down but wish them the best of luck in fulfilling their dreams."

Shanna doesn't give a crap about the kids that she doesn't spend much time with.

I hope Carrie doesn't feel guilty about this. Shanna is one of the most juvenille sluts in Hollywood. If she weren't such a jealous attention whore than I might be able to co-sign on this, but she's just trying to make herself look good and she's failed. This is an impulsive move of hers! Well done, has been. Well done.

Say what you will about Carrie Prejean, but she is a very passionate and engaging speaker! I am so impressed.

Carrie's voice cracked a few times as she began to tear up, but she held it together, proving that she is indeed the "strong woman" that she proclaims to be. Carrie has been thrust into the spotlight and thrown under the bus by "Judge Number Eight" - I love it! Carrie didn't mention Perez's name, and she did not deserve all the backlash that she has received.

Whether you agree with Carrie's stance on gay marriage or not is irrelevant. If Carrie were fired, what would that say about freedom of speech? Over the past few weeks Miss California's life and her actions have been under the microscope simply because she doesn't support gay marriage. We should be able to agree to disagree and we should respect each other.

I am elated that Perez asked the question that he did and that Carrie spoke from her heart. I've always been in love with honesty, and that's what Carrie was when she was up on the Miss USA stage. I rather have someone talk shit to my face than behind my back. There are many reasons why this woman should be applauded. She is courageous!

Carrie won me over with her press conference today, and like her, I'm not afraid to speak the truth by saying so.

Look closely, all, you can see the steam pouring out of Keith Lewis' ears! This. Was. Hawt. I didn't even care to watch this press conference live, but someone in my crib turned the channel to it and I was glad. This was a bloody word battle and Keith Lewis won. Keith and Shanna Moakler are visibly upset about all this.

Keith alleges that the President of the National Organization of Marriage keeps 42% of supporters' donations! He also said that the homophobic organization thew Carrie Prejean under the bus to further their cause because they knew she was violating her contract. This press conference made me feel sorry for Carrie. She is completely being exploited.

The Donald will announce Carrie's fate tomorrow at 2 p.m. Eastern. Also noteworthy is that Tami Farrell will be making Miss California appearances in Carrie's place since Keith says that Carrie has been unreachable because she has so many handlers now and has yet to return their phone calls.

I'm no fan of Carrie Prejean, but I do not think that she should lose her crown over one grainy photo of her clenching her pancake tits. However, pageant directors Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler have been in closed-door meetings all day yesterday deciding Carrie's fate. Her topless photo is not the reason why she may lose her crown. The hypocritical Christian may be stripped of her title for many reasons.

Carrie had signed a 12-page contract that prohibits Miss California from making personal appearances, giving interviews or making commercials without permission from pageant officials. In other words, Carrie has done everything that she was not supposed to do!

In the last two weeks, Prejean, 21, has made televised appearances at her local church in San Diego and on behalf of the National Organization for Marriage, a group opposed to same-sex marriage.

The contract also contains a clause asking participants to acknowledge whether they have conducted themselves "in accordance with the highest ethical and moral standards." As an example, it asks if they have ever been photographed nude or partially nude.

"As you can see from the contract, she violated multiple items," Neal said in a statement to the Associated Press.

Prejean, however, insisted the pics were just modeling shots and that she was only 17 years old -- a minor -- when they were taken.

Shanna Moakler has short-term memory because she's the dumb b*tch who has posted blog after blog about how she's hurting after splitting from Travis Barker, only to go back out with him and flirt with Gerard Butler. The former Playboy playmate has also promoted and thrown herself a divorce party - celebrating what, honey?

What disturbs me the most about this is that Shanna is the mother of three children. I would not want this slut to be my mom. She has so much growing up to do. How the hell did Travis ever think she was wifey material?

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have split. The couple first divorced in 2004 but got back together again and broke up a few times after that. They had a bad fight last night and the police were called.

Shanna reportedly "started freaking out and acting irrational." Travis' friend speaks fluent Frat Boy. Translation: "Bitch is crazy!" Yeah, so crazy that NO charges were filed.

Details: Travis confronted Shanna about having an alleged affair with Gerard Butler while he was recovering. Pics of Shanna and Gerard at a Korean BBQ had surfaced last October while Travis was hospitalized.

I imagine that Travis wasn't accepting Shanna's denials and the argument continued, resulting in F-bombs and the subsequent vow to part ways. Both of their reps have confirmed the breakup.

In February Travis said that he "couldn't be happier" about reuniting with Shanna and Ms. Moakler was spotted wearing her wedding band.

Travis' friend continued to give his biased opinion adding,

"The babies are the most important thing right now. Shanna cheated on him and then told everyone they were in love again while she was having an affair and he was recovering from the accident."

Shanna's rep denies that Shanna has cheated and I'm denying that they won't get back together again and split.
