Simon Cowell is no stranger to retooling staff on his popular talent competition shows, and rumors have circulated for months that The X Factor host Steve Jones' head was on the chopping block. Now, as expected, Jones has been fired. Surprisingly, it seems he'll be joined on the unemployment line by popular judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul.

Late last night, producer Nigel Lythgoe tweeted, "Shocked to see Simon has fired Paula Abdul, Nicole and Steve from the X-Factor," confirming not only that the three stars won't be coming back for a second season, but also that it wasn't their choice. The show performed well for Fox, but fell far short of the goal of 20 million viewers per episode that Cowell predicted at the outset. Clearly, the mega-producer feels the show's on-air talent is to blame.

Cowell began slashing staff before a single episode of The X Factor aired stateside, firing British host Cheryl Cole before the season even began. At this time, only Simon himself and co-judge LA Reid are set to return for the show's sophomore season, and while there is no word as to who will fill the newly vacant host and judge slots, Mariah Carey has been rumored to be an early candidate for a seat next to Simon.

WHAT?! Tim Gunn of Project Runway fame reveals that he hasn't sexed in nearly three decades. Tim will appear on ABC's new show The Revolution, which airs tonight, and the white haired critic said that he hasn't "had sex in 29 years."

Tim is an openly gay man and he said that he doesn't feel like "less of a person" because he's not having sex.

"I'm a perfectly fulfilled person, but it's very physiological. I'm happy to be healthy and alive, frankly."

Gunn fought back tears as he explained that his former partner of six years "was impatient with my sexual performance," which prompted him to become abstinent.

It's always a shame whenever people allow one bad experience to define them and impact their choices for the rest of their lives. I thought Tim was fighting the menz away with a bat! I'm not going to mock him. If Tim has learned to live with his decision, and is comfortable with it, than good for him. But that's one hell of a bombshell to drop on network TV. Doesn't he know that people are going to question him for the rest of his life about this jizz?

OH SH!T! Cynthia Nixon of Sex and the City fame just upset at least half of her fans by saying that she chose to be a lesbian. Cynthia came out of the closet in 2004. She used to be married to a man that she had two biological children with.

Cynthia tells The New York Times that she gave an empowerment speech to a gay audience and her speech included the line "I’ve been straight and I’ve been gay, and gay is better." She was told to change the sentence because it implies that homosexuality can be a choice, but she refused. "For me, it is a choice. I understand that for many people it’s not, but for me it’s a choice, and you don’t get to define my gayness for me."

The actress continued "... I say it doesn’t matter if we flew here or we swam here, it matters that we are here and we are one group and let us stop trying to make a litmus test for who is considered gay and who is not."

But that's not all: "Why can’t it be a choice? Why is that any less legitimate? It seems we’re just ceding this point to bigots who are demanding it, and I don’t think that they should define the terms of the debate.

Alicia Keys' husband Swizz Beatz is the CEO of Hong Kong-based file sharing website Megaupload.com. The Feds shut down his website today and the rapper-producer may be in big trouble!

Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, 33, is listed as the company's CEO. The Washington Post reports that an indictment has been issued which accuses the company of costing copyright holders more than $500 million in lost revenue from pirated films and other content!

The indictment was unsealed today, one day after websites had a self-imposed blackout in protest of two congressional proposals intended to thwart the online piracy of copyrighted movies and TV programs.

Megaupload is the world's largest file sharing website. Swizz's celebrity friends like Diddy, Kanye West, Floyd Mayweather, Serena Williams, Kim Kardashian and Alicia Keys have all endorsed his site.

There's been a huge Kimmy K scandal brewing since last week. Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner filmed a fake scene at a studio in Los Angeles in December. Kim pretended to be in Dubai in October, and questioning her divorce. Kim has tried to make Kris Humphries look like an a-hole all season, so naturally complaining about how she isn't happy in her marriage is supposed to make her look like the poor victim.

Kim was spotted wearing the same outfit above on December 6 as she exited a studio!!!! In the video below, Kim tells Kris "There’s something in my relationship that I feel isn’t right. I’m learning a lot of things about him that I didn’t really know before... And married life isn’t what I thought it would be with him.” Kim says all this months AFTER she had already filed for divorce. Meanwhile no cars are passing by and the SUV's windows are completely blacked out! Kimmy K did this fake scene to gain sympathy from fans, but it backfired!!!!!!!

Lady Gaga is singing the lyrics of her hit song "Judas" on this recording and I guess you could say that her vocals were not up to par. Stefani Germanotta is out of breath and she has no range, she's off key, and she sounds like sh!t.

This recording could have been doctored, natch, cause Gaga always sounds great live. But let's be real, it's not like Gaga is into sobriety either. A sober Gaga wouldn't sound like this, so I'm not even trippin'. Gaga's voice on a day to day basis is impressive, even with her insane tour schedule. Click HERE to make your ears bleed.

Of course, Jan Ashley could just be seeking some publicity or a nice payday. The claim would be easy to dismiss if it weren't for the fact that Robert's widow (Jeez, how many times did this dude get married?) has also spoken out about the question of Khloe's paternity."Khloe brought it up all the time," she said. Like a good little attention whore, Amber Rose is not letting her Kim Kardashian affair story die. We always knew that Amber was fierce! Amber Rose gave Star magazine an exclusive interview last week in which she says that Kim was sleeping with Kanye West while Kim was with Reggie Bush and while Amber was dating Kanye.

TMZ interviewed Amber on the street the other day and she apologized for calling Kimmy K a homewrecker. Then today Amber called into TMZ Live and said that she has "proof" that Kim was having sex with her then-boyfriend, Yeezy.
