Mel Gibson's ex Russian whore is more scandalous than I thought! According to TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva's ex-bodyguard says they have been intimate since May and he's writing a tell-all book which he says will rock the case! In other words, she was f*cking the help. I wonder if he experienced any of Oksana's 'soulgasms' that Mel has spoken of?

Kristian Herzog -- who was recently ordered to stay away from Lucia because of a criminal record involving guns -- is telling people connected with the case he was Oksana's boyfriend for months and still communicates with her on a daily basis.

Herzog is saying he has more than 1,000 text messages and more than 1,000 emails in which he communicates with Oksana about every detail of the case -- Mel Gibson, evidence, witnesses, legal strategy and major conflicts between the players.

Herzog certainly had access -- we know he was present during virtually every meeting Oksana had with her lawyers.

He's able to pull off the tell-all book because he apparently never signed a non-disclosure agreement. This could be made into a movie about a woman who's being harassed by a crazy so they hire a bodyguard to watch over her and she eventually falls in love with him! Oh wait. They already did that with Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner. Damn!

After hearing about this bodyguard f*cking nonsense, I bet Mel would like to knock out Oksana's teeth again. 

Oh yeah, we've got another nude photo scandal on our plate! According to Radar Online, naked photos of Kanye West do exist and they're up for sale!

One image shows a nude Kanye from the chest up, wearing sunglasses and a gold chain, while the second photo shows the singer's genitals provocatively exposed from his boxer briefs.

"These pics have been floating around since he hit so many girls up on MySpace," according to the source of the images. "He probably sent them to many, many women."

Don't be surprised Kanye has nude photos floating around in cyber space. In a recent magazine interview Kanye admitted he has contemplated posing naked as part of his desire to "break every rule of hip-hop."

"It's like Björk," he said, "if she wanted to pose naked, you'd be like, 'Oh, that's Björk.' But if I wanted to pose naked, people would draw all type of things into it. I definitely feel like, in the next however many years, if I work out for two months, that I'll pose naked."

Since his naked penis is on the Internet, I think it's time for him to pony up and totally drop the drawers. Give me Kanye's penis, or give me death!

Teen Mom's Amber Portwood went on a date with a guy named Chris that she met in a Walmart parking lot on this week's episode of Teen Mom, and during the date Chris admitted he has spent time in jail but didn't specify for what.

A POTP commenter posted a link to an Indiana crime watch website for a man named Chris Hossman and you'll never believe what he did time for... Child molestation! According to the website he was charged with the crime on March 21, 2005, and was released on October 6, 2006. He is now a registered sex offender.

What do you think? Is this the same dude she met at Walmart? It surely looks like him, and if it is, kudos to commenter SMB for the scoop!

A couple of months ago we posted a story about a hot chick named Jenn Sterger who claimed Brett Favre sent her pictures of his penis via text and I've been wondering if those photos would ever see the light of day. Our wait is over!

According to Deadspin.com, the photos (along with voice mail messages who are supposedly Brett) were obtained by a third party, not Jenn Sterger herself. There isn't 100% evidence this is Brett, but the cell number had a Mississippi area code, and it surely sounds like Brett's twangy voice.

How did I miss this news yesterday?!? Comedian Greg Giraldo died at the age of 44. According to TMZ, he had apparently overdosed on prescription pills last weekend and passed away yesterday, five days after he was hospitalized. He was best known for his appearances on the Comedy Central celebrity roasts, and had also been a judge on 'Last Comic Standing'. He was surrounded by loved ones when he died.

"Greg passed away today at the hospital in New Brunswick as a result of an accidental overdose. His family was by his side."

What a bummer! I though Greg was a great comedian, and an awesome roaster. He died far too soon, but those damn pills can eventually wreak havoc and take you out.

RIP Greg. 

Chef Joseph Cerniglia appeared on the Gordon Ramsay show 'Kitchen Nightmares' back in 2007 when his restaurant was one of the eatery's chosen to appear on the show where Gordon steps in and helps the struggling restaurants get back on their feet before they go completely under. Joe's restaurant Campania was in dire need of help and Ramsay commented during the episode that the italian restaurant was about to 'f*cking swim down the Hudson'. Here we are three years later and Joseph Cerniglia's body was found floating in the Hudson river Friday after committing suicide by jumping off of the George Washington Bridge.

Sources say his restaurant has been doing well since appearing on the reality show but love my have something to do with his suicide. According to the NY Post, Joseph who is married with three children, was allegedly having an affair with his pastry chef Jessica Marotta. She apparently has been a wreck since finding out about his death.

Just when you thought it was safe to push a baby stroller down Hollywood Boulevard, Lindsay Lohan is back on the street and probably doing 90 on the way to her coke dealer's as we speak.

Despite being sentenced to a month in the clink just yesterday, LiLo was back on the streets in time for last call, freed on $300,000 bail. At this point, we all know she's above the law. I think the only surprising part is that Lindsay Lohan has 300 grand. My only guess is that the Mean Girls royalties are still rolling in and she's been clipping coupons to support her blow habit, because b*tch ain't seen a seven-figure paycheck since The Parent Trap.

The good news is, Linds has to rock the SCRAM bracelet again, but she probably dumped a pitcher of margaritas down her leg as soon as she got home, just to prove she can get away with anything.

Lindsay's lawyers (who make OJ's guys look like retarded law school drop-outs) convinced a new judge that the 30 day sentence was "unusually harsh" and that the coke-fueled freckle monster should be released back into the wild. Here's hoping the original judge gets back on the case and just, I dunno, shoots her right there in the courtroom. Obviously that's the only thing that's gonna work.

Back in June we reported a story about Fernando Flores who worked as one of Britney's bodyguards for a short period of time, and claimed he quit the job because she was always giving him the 'come on' and would constantly parade around the house naked and yell at staff. Well he's not letting this shiz go and TMZ has obtained the lawsuit Flores has filed claiming sexual harassment, and also says Britney abused her kids.

Fernando believes Britney Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him and on one account she allegedly showed his vag to him.

"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress.  She walked over close by [Fernando Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]."  The lawsuit goes on, "The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."

The lawsuit also says Britney engaged in "numerous sex acts in front of Flores" and on one occasion she was "loudly having sexual relations" in a hotel room where her kids were present.

Let the media frenzy begin! Spencer Pratt is allegedly trying to sell a sex tape he made with Heidi Montag. There's no word on when this homemade porn tape was made, meaning Heidi's pre-Barbie Doll  makeover, or post-Barbie Doll makeover. First Spencer's writing a tell-all book about Heidi, and now this?

Steve Hirsch. the co-CEO of Vivid Entertainment said earlier today that he "just got off the phone with Spencer Pratt about a sex tape with Heidi Montag. We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal."

Spencer told Us exclusively "I've been making films since I was in the 7th grade. I'm looking forward to people seeing my directorial debut!"

Come on, you saw this coming ever since they filed for divorce! I've got a warm fuzzy feeling that tells me we'll be seeing a lot more of Spencer and Heidi Montag in the news in the upcoming weeks.

The man who performed 10 plastic surgery procedures on Heidi Montag in one day, has died. Radar Online reports plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan was killed in a car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in California, yesterday afternoon.

The doctor's automobile, a Jeep, tipped over the side of Pacific Coast Highway, according to police, at around 4:30 pm. Excavation efforts failed, and the Hollywood doctor was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Just prior to his death, Ryan sent out a pair of Tweets: "After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!... Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune."

The photo of his dog Jill checking out PCH from the top of the sand dune is below. She was injured in the accident, but survived. RIP Dr. Ryan.
