British mogul Simon Cowell is trying to promote his new show "The X Factor USA" by being an obnoxious, delusional douchebag. Simon has never held back when it comes to slamming other stars. In 2008 he told Esquire magazine: "Beyonce's not sexy, she hasn’t got a great body and she’s not a great singer.” B!tch, please!

Simon Scowl is at it again, this time throwing Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Beyonce under the bus.

Simon tells The Mirror: "If you only ever heard Lady GaGa, she’s the most boring singer in the world. Same with Beyoncé. Or Katy Perry."

Cowell is losing his credibility and folks aren't even tuning into his X Factor show in the States. Can someone explain to me why these chicks still appear on his shows to perform? Isn't that like still going to your ex's house to cook and clean? Gaga, Beyonce and Katy Perry should boycott.

Simon Cowell revealed that he pays his ex-girlfriends. He thinks that it's the right thing to do. Mr. Cowell allowed his ex Terri Seymour to move into one of his LA apartments post-breakup, and it is rumored that Simon pays his former girlfriends so they won't talk about his "quirks."

Simon said: "You can’t have somebody in your life who’s become accustomed to a certain thing, and just because you don’t want to be in the relationship any more, now everything is cut off. It’s not alimony. It’s doing the right thing."

Isn't it more effed up to not be with someone yet still have reminders of that person all up in your retinas? Come on. Now you're sending me sh!t too just to remind me of what your new ho is getting? That's counterproductive to moving on. Ya gotta cut the exes off eventually, preferably the sooner, the better.

Simon Cowell has been busting his butt to make the American version of The X Factor into the next big thing, but the show premiere didn't rank nearly as well as expected. In fact, The X Factor rating of 6.7 is only half of what the tenth season of American Idol raked in at 16.4. Even the weekly episodes of Idol received better ratings than 'X' did for their premiere. Ouch.

Not only did The X Factor ratings suck, it was beat out by Modern Family and Criminal Minds. Maybe the ratings reflect people realizing we have enough talent show competitions as it is, and there's nothing extravagant about this one that makes it stick out more than the rest. Simon and Paula Abdul's names can only take the show so far.

The US version of X-Factor had its judging lineup all set up, but then...surprise! Another eleventh hour change! Cheryl Cole has been nixed from the judging panel of the American reboot and will be replaced by Pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzinger. Nicole was slated to host the show along with Steve Jones, but will instead join Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and LA Reid on the other side of the table.

Cheryl Cole was dropped from the judging panel on “X-Factor" largely because producers were concerned her English accent would be too difficult for an American audience to understand.

Okay. Isn’t this something they should have dealt with a while ago if it was really that big of an issue? And besides, Americans LOVE British accents. We eat that shiz up. Even if they’re thick. Gerard Butler’s Scottish accent is sometimes a little hard to understand, but we still go, “It’s okay if I can’t understand you. I just like listening to you talk.”

Apparently there was also a “lack of chemistry” between Cheryl and Paula, and Ms. Cole was the more expendable party. Dude, I’d be pissed!

To be booted because of your accent and bested by a 48-year-old crazy eyes judge who couldn’t keep her American Idol gig and was only added onto the judging panel at the last minute--that sucks a big one. X-Factor needs to get it together. 

Ever since Paula Abdul was ousted from judging American Idol, there has been a tiny, drunken void in our reality TV singing competition lives. But now we can all breathe easy because Paula is back and I’m sure she’ll be as sweetly “What the f**k is she on?” as always.

Abdul will join the American incarnation of X-Factor, joining Simon Cowell, Brit pop star Cheryl Cole, and music mogul Antonio “L.A.” Reid on the judging panel. After her major fail Live to Dance show was canceled on CBS, Paula was free to join the new Fox show just in time for filming.

Personally, I can’t wait for the Cowell-Abdul reunion. They love-hate each other in a way that Randy Jackson could never compare.

The show will debut this September.

Simon Cowell is determined to take down American Idol with his show "X Factor." He already has super producer LA Reid signed on to judge the competition, and now the woman with the 7-octave voice has been added to the roster.

"I think Mariah will have a role on the TV live shows," Cowell confirmed. "I met her recently and she was on great form. And her idea was to be the judge of the judges, which only Mariah could come up with. She'll be involved in some form. I literally adore her. I love her to bits."

Mariah Carey is currently eight months pregnant, and naked.

Stars such as Nicki Minaj, Jessica Simpson, Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul have all been named as potential judges, most of those rumors were untrue.

It's a frustrating situation for fans, but one that Cowell admits is being dragged out on purpose. "The media have got it because our company leaks any information -- if we meet anybody, the whole world knows about it. But I don't have a problem with that," Cowell told the Huffington Post in March.

Who finds all of the speculation "frustrating"?!

The business of making untalented people cry is really a profitable one. Remind me to get into that.

Simon Cowell, known best as the "mean judge" on American Idol, no longer tells wannabe singers their dreams are dead (for the hit show, at least), but he can still probably make you cry. Just look at how much moolah he rakes in.

Simon is reportedly earning £128,000 a day, which is roughly $208K in American dollars. Basically take the average American income yearly, multiple it by four, and that's how much he makes in ONE day.

He now owns all of his musical and television assets, including the UK and US versions of 'The X Factor' and the contracts of his superstar artists such as Leona Lewis. Simon earns 50 percent of everything the company makes, rather than a percentage of the profits.

I swear, some people are just sh!tting money. Let's all try to feel good about our lives now. (It’s really hard, I know.)

Rebecca Black, the talentless YouTube sensation that has taken the online world by storm, has at least one fan and it's none other than Simon Cowell.

Simon told People magazine, “I love her, the fact that she’s gotten so much publicity. People are so upset about the song, but I think it’s hysterical. I want to meet her. Anyone who can create this much controversy within a week, I want to meet. I love people like that.”

Simon just wants to get her in a room so he can stare at her in bewilderment. We think there's no need to. The Rebecca Black hype just may die out by next Friday, Friday.

Who knew that dating one of the wealthiest men in the entertainment industry had its perks?

Simon Cowell's fiance Mezhgan Hussainy has access to the finer things in life. Simon treated her to a "private his-and-hers Swedish massage" recently, surprising her at their London hotel suite. Yeah, but were hot midget strippers there to serve tequila shots and give lap dances as Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On" played from speakers underneath the mattress? If not, Simon should consider stepping his game up at some point.

The American Idol judge also buys her "romantic gifts" every single day including joint beauty treatment. “Red roses, French lingerie, Prada bags, you name it. He gives her something new practically every day."

A source added, “Mezhgan’s really enjoying Simon’s world.” Simon, you're making every other dude look like a loser. Stop it.

Simon Cowell was all smiles and jokes during his appearance on the Tonight Show With Chinny Leno. Simon said that he'll be getting married "in the next 10 years." His fiance Mezhgan Hussainy was also watching Simon in the background when Chinny Leno called her to the stage.

Mezhgan shared a seat with Simon as the American Idol judge looked so happy with her. Simon says that he's "torn" about having kids because he believes that he's "a bit too old to have kids." Uh Simon, that's why Mezhgan will be having them! Relax. We'd love to see little Simons around, too.

Simon also said that he loves Crystal Bowersox and that Adam Lambert should have won last year. Jay Leno sucked with his Idol trivia, only naming Jennifer Hudson and Adam Lambert as the more successful "losers" of the show. Um, hello, Chris Frickin' Daughtry is successful, JayJay!
