Trashtastic reality stars Spencer and Stephanie Pratt have had a tumultuous relationship which went to complete shambles over the last couple seasons of 'The Hills'. Spencer always treated Stephanie like a red-headed step child and the two are still on the outs.

Stephanie was asked about her relationship with Spencer at the two- year anniversary party of Palazzo Las Vegas's Lavo, and she admits she hasn't spoken with her bro in almost a year.

I couldn't imagine having a brother who never had my back and constantly tried to make me feel bad about myself. He's the one with the real issues! He'll come around when nobody wants anything to do with him and Stephanie's the one who's still walking the red carpet and doing interviews. There's no way he can handle his sister ever being more famous than he is.

Did I just say Spencer Pratt's famous? WTF am I thinking?

It can't be The Hills unless you have a little bit of Spencer Pratt drama. The attention whore can't keep himself away and did his best to get into the after show party disguised as an old pedophile. Look at that beard. It's like he glued old man pubic hair onto his face.

Spencer's reservation was cancelled at The Roosevelt hotel yesterday so he had a buddy book a room for him. According to People, he snuck in wearing a black suit, a handle bar mustache and slicked back hair. Once he got to their room he declared he was 'in the zone baby!' and did a touchdown dance. Okay, so I threw the touchdown dance in myself. Anyway, he was convinced by that zany cool guy Perez Hilton to dress as an old man to avoid being further harassed by security.

Before making it over to the Hills shindig, Spencer made an appearance at the Inception movie premiere.

“He greeted fans and took photos with people who were waiting outside of the premiere,” an eyewitness says. “He told hassling security that he knew the laws, and that what he was doing was legal and there was nothing they could do.”

I wish the paparazzi would stop taking his picture and just let him go away. He's like a bad case of hemorrhoids that flares up every few months. It painful to deal with him and you can't wait till he's gone!

So it goes like this: Until PETA starts featuring overweight celebrities that are "going nude for animals," this ad campaign is a despicable joke. The organization is only selling sex and failing to come up with anything effective or informative with its repetitive crap, but I digress.

Stephanie Pratt, 24, of the canceled reality show The Hills took it off for a new PETA iPhone app called "Be Nice to Bunnies."

The app lists products that aren't tested on animals. Unlike Peta, who uses celebrities for publicity, Apple doesn't need a Z-lister like Stephanie to promote its products. Apple considers the picture too risque and Steph will be fully clothed on iPhones. "I want to help consumers be informed and keep them compassionate," says Pratt of her decision to take it off.

If you're anything like me, you're calling your therapist and depleting a box of tissues with tears and snot over this shocking news that 'The Hills' is over! Honestly, I couldn't care less because the show got ridiculously stupid and was too scripted for my taste.

'The Hills' creator Adam DiVello tells Entertainment Weekly that the show has run its course and it's time to close the curtain.

“I think we’ve told the story of struggle and of finding yourself in L.A.. A lot of these kids have found themselves and have certainly embarked on different careers and different paths."

Although this is the last season, it sounds like it may be the most interesting one they've had! It will focus mainly on crap that has gone on with the cast in the tabloids such as Heidi's new faux face and Kristin's drug problem.

"We pick right up where Heidi goes and sees her parents. And our cameras are there that minute the mother opens the door and sees her daughter for the first time. When Kristin was in Miami for the Super Bowl, there was definitely some late nights for her and some speculation that she might be partying a little too hard. So we’re definitely going to cover that part of Kristin."

I won't be crying over 'The Hills' ending, but I may do a couple of cart wheels! Not having to see Spencer Pratt's horse teeth on TV every week is just fine by me. 

Stephanie Pratt needs to be thrown in jail for life with no chance of parole. Why? I haven't figured that part out yet, but it would be nice to get rid of her, along with her a-hole brother Spencer.

Stephanie received "three years informal probation, completion of a 12-week alcohol education program, as well as three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week for eight weeks, and will pay a fine." The DUI charges were dropped in exchange for a no contest plea to a misdemeanor of "exhibition of speed," which I guess just means she got a speeding ticket? I'm half short bus, so things have to be explained in simple Snarky terms for me to understand.

I'm going to send bottles of Patrón and Jager Stephanie's way as a congratulatory gift for her probation.

Former trainwreck and sibling of Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt is the quintessential underdog. I want to root for her.

Stephanie says that she can "die happy" now that she was able to pretend that she's hot (my words). Steph tells Us Weekly: "Maxim has always been the one magazine to me that, if you're in it, you can die happy. If you think about who's in Maxim, it's everybody I've ever had a poster of on my wall. Growing up, all my idols were women."

I give her an A for effort. She just looks too much like Spencer Pratt and he gives me hemorrhoids.

Stephanie Pratt was formally charged with a DUI today stemming from an arrest on October 18. She was apparently leaving Holly Montag's birthday party when she was pulled over by the cops at 3:45 am.

Had Stephanie waited about another hour or so, she probably wouldn't have been charged with a DUI considering she was just barely over the legal limit.

"Pratt's two breathalyzer tests registered .08 and .09 -- the legal limit is .08 -- so she was arrested and held on $5,000 bail. If convicted, Pratt could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine."

I want to see the mugshot so bring it on! I'm interested to see if her inflated lips take up half her face like they did at the MTV VMAs. What the hell did she do to herself? I noticed she's starting to look like a bad plastic surgery victim on this season of The Hills.
