Usher has finally filed a response to his ex-wife Tameka Foster's claims that he isn't a good father, travels with their kids without her permission, hires nannies without her approval and canceled her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card.

Usher says that he's a good father who deserves to see his two sons. He asked a judge to reject Tameka's request for full custody, on grounds her allegations are false.

Tameka has also repeatedly tried to get the judge to force Usher to get drug tested, all to no avail. A trial date has been set for February 27.

Tameka is so bitter and immature, and she's in her 40s. SMH. Hopefully the new year will bring Usher less drama.

Tameka Foster has found another way to get her name in the gossip blogs again. She filed documents in a Georgia court asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their two young sons. Tameka says that Usher doesn't ask for permission to travel outside the state with the kids, which he's legally obligated to do.

Usher's ex-wife also says that he closed her Saks 5th Avenue card, which he promised her he never would, and she can no longer take advantage of the "special benefits the card offers.

When news broke that Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster's sex tape was for sale to the highest bidder, Tameka immediately verified the tape's existence, which made sense because she's a Z-list no-namer who only stood to benefit from the tape's release. But now she claims she had no idea her ex filmed their sexy time and - surprise! - she's suing everyone in sight.

Tameka's attorney issued a statement yesterday saying, "Ms. Foster has not seen the alleged video and had no knowledge that such a video existed. She is certainly unhappy about it." Apparently, Tameka hasn't read the manual on how to make your sex tape work for you, because reacting like it's no big deal then pulling a complete 180 and pretending to be all shocked doesn't really work. Plus, I'm having a hard time believing that Usher has access to James Bond-style spy cameras and was able to film a sex session without his wife knowing.

This whole scandal just broke a couple days ago and Tameka is already getting on my nerves. In protest, I'm only gonna watch the tape a couple dozen times or so. 

Tameka Foster is becoming impatient with her ex-hubby Usher, and wants him to hurry up and sign the divorce papers. The paperwork has been finished for about a month and the ho must want him to sign off so she can get her loot.

Instead of finalizing the big D, Usher released a new song titled 'Papers' where he apparently speaks about his relationship with Tameka. One of the lines in the song speaks pretty clear about his marriage with Tameka: "I can't deny how much I loved you / I done gave up everything I had too / As hard as it is I'm afraid I've gotta say, I'm ready to sign them papers."

Well then sign them already and get rid of the b*tch! Nobody liked Tameka from the beginning and she claims Usher's people were running a 'smear campaign' against her. I think she just wants this divorce finished to start getting some baby daddy money thrown in her account so she can buy some new wigs.

"The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them, and she's the one that wants to move on with her life."

He may be stalling just to upset her, but why would he want to deal with her any more than he has to? If everything is on point, sign off on that shiz and be on your merry way.

Tameka Foster is a woman with no self respect! Weeks after Usher filed for divorce from his husband Tammy, she has come out and put him on blast.

Usher's sources allege that Usher and Tameka Foster have been separated for a year now, but Tameka's saying something different.

According to newly released court documents, Tameka's lawyer claims that she “had every reason to believe her marriage was intact” and that two were “intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6.” FYI, Usher filed for divorce on June 11.

I don't get it. This is why I'm a blogger, of course, but I don't see what Tameka's point is or how much weight the "we f*cked" revelation serves in a court of law. Married people have sex and people who aren't married have sex, it doesn't mean that two people will remain together just because they made f*ck. Tameka has no class and she needs to STFU.

Usher filed for divorce two weeks ago, claiming the marriage is “irretrievably broken.” With a broad like Tammy, I'm guessing that it would be.

Usher and Tameka Foster's split is messy, ugly and scandalous. But this story makes a lot of sense.

Usher and Tameka Foster separated a long time ago, yet Tameka Foster got pregnant with Usher's second son during their turmoil. Who da baby daddy?!

Usher's first son Usher Raymond V is 18 months old. His youngest son Naviyd is only 6 months old. Usher is seeking a paternity test, according to the National Enquirer.

“The first thing Usher said was, ‘How did this happen?’ - because he was gone a lot, and their sex life was very, very limited,” revealed a friend of the star. People have been telling him that around the time the little boy was conceived, Tameka got together with another man.”

Usher also reportedly plans to fight for custody of his children. Of course! He doesn't wanna pay Tammy stacks in child support, but he probably will have to anyway. I hope Usher's not scorned by all this. He should have found a cute lil wifey, not an older masculine hubby with three sons from different baby daddies and a fraudulent record. It's not Tammy's fault that she saw a golden opportunity and ran with it.

Usher has remained quiet since he filed for divorce from his husband Tameka Foster last Friday. But he spoke with Entertainment Tonight, about it cause, well, I guess you can say he has a lot on his chest right now.

Usher said,

"I'd hate for [people] to assume that. If there's any turmoil, I think it's managing all of it, but having an incredible team that helps me do that it makes it very easy, or easier than it would normally be attempting to do it myself.

"What I do is, I try to get [my work] done and get home on the weekends if possible ... but when I'm with my boys it's just all about them."

Tameka Foster is contesting the divorce and has yet to respond to the petition! Her attorney says she has been a "faithful wife and loving mother" during their marriage. But what the attorney doesn't mention is that Tameka was allegedly "alienating and controlling, and [Usher] was unhappy" from the beginning.

The couple is due in court on July 15. Gimme more deets!

Some said that Tameka Foster did voodoo on Usher, others thought he was just pussy whipped and even dickmatized, heh, but one thing's for sure, Usher don't wanna make love in Tameka's club no more!

Usher and Tameka Foster were only together for the first 11 months out of their two-year marriage. They had been separated for a while, but it was on the hush hush.

According to Usher's divorce papers, the singer is seeking Tameka's tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations!

On the more personal—and potentially acrimonious—side of things, he's also seeking copies of "notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes" or other evidence that reflects on Usher's conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either "surveillance or investigation" of her onetime better half.

The latter request seemingly brings credence to rumors that Raymond had hired a private detective to trail Usher during their time apart.

Usher is also seeking copies of "any and all diaries or personal notes kept…during the course of the marriage." Dude needs to relax! Usher is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two sons, Usher V and Navivd Ely.

It's gettin' ugly up in here!

From the beginning of his relationship with Tameka Foster, 38, Usher's friends and family have told the talented singer and dancer that she's not right for him. His mama even boycotted their planned August 2007 wedding after Tameka tried to have her fired from her post as Usher's manager.

Tameka Foster also threatened to ban her very own mother from her wedding ceremony because her mom had lost her false teeth. Hahahaha! Good reasoning. No, seriously. Radar reports,

The ceremony in question never took place. A week after the scheduled date, Usher and Foster exchanged vows in an attorney’s office in Atlanta, GA. It’s been downhill ever since. A shady criminal past on Foster’s part skewed their trust–she’s been busted for petty theft and even welfare fraud when in her teens and early twenties.

Even recently, when the singer “traveled to Cleveland for basketball play-offs last month, Tameka followed him. You had the farcical situation of Tameka running around town trying to find him and Usher ordering friends not to tell her where he was staying.”

Friends were all happy to oblige in concealing his whereabouts. It remains unseen how they feel about his new, and older, lady love.

Usher's taste in "women" is weird to say the least. Of course his new chick is older. Again. There's nothing wrong with that, but hopefully she won't feel like she has to go international to get her tummy tuck like Tammy did.

People magazine is reporting that Usher made his ex-con wife sign a pre-nup. Usher should just focus on his music and being a good father and hold off on getting married again for at least half a decade.
