Tila Tequila tried to block her ex-boyfriend from releasing her sex tape. Tila's lawyer argued that the tape was an invasion of Tequila's privacy and a misappropriation of her image. But the LA County Superior Court judge wasn't buying it, saying, "Tila exploits her sexuality" - here's some proof.

Dr. Drew is a thinner version of Dr. Phil - both men are more concerned with ratings than improving the lives of the people they exploit. I went all tabloid journalist on Dr. Drew cause I wanted to hear what he had to say about Tila Tequila. I now have him on record saying that he'll help her, which we all know is NOT true because it's not like he actually wants to. I look forward to reposting this video whenever Tila has future suicide attempts and fake miscarriages after she appears on Celebrity Rehab 4.

I stopped filming much too early and you can not detect how quickly Dr. Drew took off! He walked away from me really fast and proceeded to spend at least 5 minutes with every other reporter. My favorite fame whore is back at it again! Tila Tequila announced on her blog earlier this week that she's heading to VH-1's Celebrity Rehab 4. She apparently has an addiction to Ambien, but Radar Online says her ex-girlfriend Courtenay Semel is calling bullsh*t on Tila admitting she has an addiction. She believes Tila's only doing it for the money. Really? I'm shocked! Courtenay expressed her anger on her Facebook page and Twitter.

“Hey Dr. Drew, don’t you find it interesting that once you offered Tila Tequila a paycheck and a camera crew she finally admitted to her drug problemo? What a joke.” She wrote on her Facebook.

Semel also tweeted, “Wow! Tila has FINALLY admitted she has a drug problem. More like Celeb Rehab is her ONLY option left for a camera op. Desperate much?! Totally think Dr. Drew is amazing at what he does but he shouldn’t allow someone on that show that’s doing it for the sole purpose of press. Wonder why she never admitted to this problem before? Oh ya, money talks.”

Hell yeah Courtenay, call it like you see it! Some of the folks that go on Celebrity Rehab genuinely want to get help and sober up, but it's obvious some of them go on because they're getting paid to do so. Courtenay's right...
