We don't hear from Tila Tequila much these days, but every time we do, it seems she's raised the WTF?! bar a little higher.

Tila was reportedly released from the hospital today, having melted down to 78 pounds, following a week-long stay resulting from a bizarre health scare. According to her own account, Tila suffered a brain aneurysm which caused her to "think irrationally." In her confusion, she swallowed two bottles of prescription medication, resulting in an overdose.

A source close to the situation says, "Tila threw up all over her bed after overdosing and felt like she was dying..."She was screaming for help, and in desperation, broke her bedroom window and attempted to jump out." Eventually, a friend who was concerned by a nonsensical text he received from Tila found her in her bedroom and took her to the hospital.

Tila's had a shaky relationship with truth in the past, so I'm not quite sure what to believe here, but hopefully she gets the help she needs so that she can get back to doing whatever the hell made her famous in the first place.

Tila Tequila tried to block her ex-boyfriend from releasing her sex tape. Tila's lawyer argued that the tape was an invasion of Tequila's privacy and a misappropriation of her image. But the LA County Superior Court judge wasn't buying it, saying, "Tila exploits her sexuality" - here's some proof.

She went on to say: "These people were trying to kill me.  So then after the last blow to my head with the firecracker they threw at me exploded, my bodygaurd and the other security grabbed me and ran as fast as they could to the shitty trailor.  Since their security SUCKS, the 2 thousand people ran after us, trying to kill me.  They almost got me so they finally reach the trailor, blood all over myself, cant stop bleeding, then all of a sudden, all 2 thousand people surround the trailor and busts the windows!!!  Even the guys INSIDE with me were shaking!  Their hands were shaking cuz they were so scared!  So 3 guys inside the trailor had to grab a table and push it over the broken windows and grabbed all the chairs they could find so hold the people from outside back.  It was scary as hell!"

However, he is extremely intelligent and is probably a brilliant, effective doctor when the cameras aren't rolling.

Dr. Drew is a thinner version of Dr. Phil - both men are more concerned with ratings than improving the lives of the people they exploit. I went all tabloid journalist on Dr. Drew cause I wanted to hear what he had to say about Tila Tequila. I now have him on record saying that he'll help her, which we all know is NOT true because it's not like he actually wants to. I look forward to reposting this video whenever Tila has future suicide attempts and fake miscarriages after she appears on Celebrity Rehab 4.

I stopped filming much too early and you can not detect how quickly Dr. Drew took off! He walked away from me really fast and proceeded to spend at least 5 minutes with every other reporter. Tila Tequila claims that one of her multiple personalities by the name of "Jane" attacked her.

Tila Tequila wrote about it on her new site, saying: "People don't believe I have multiple personalities but this morning the last thing I remember was falling asleep cuz I was so tired. I blacked out and now that I just woke up from excruciating pains all over my body, there was blood and dope everywhere! She is evil" -and so are you, b*tch!

The platinum blonde Vietnamese chick also posted a video on her site which features her bloody arm and alleged suicide attempt. The stunt caused many concerned people to call authorities as they were concerned the ex reality star harmed herself. A rescue ambulance transported the troubled reality-TV star to a local hospital.

A series of calls were placed to 911 from distraught readers of Tila’s website on Saturday after she posted the video. Several police, paramedics and fire rescue personnel searched for almost five hours until they found Tila and took her to the hospital for further evaluation.

After the drama, Tila posted the following tweets on her Twitter: “Peace out u ignorant f---. Not my #TilaArmy but whomever said I'm commiting suicide! F--- OFF! Why would I??? I got mad $$$ & LOVE! STFU,”

Tila also said she was going to kill herself in October. No comment, y'all. I just don't have the energy.
