When the story first broke over the weekend about Dr. Phil visiting Britney Spears in the hospital and walking her to her car, (as was originally reported), I thought the whole thing was cute. Sweet. I guessed Britney wanted to rub his bald head for good luck. I thought it was adorable and kind hearted of a passionate medical professional.

Boy was I wrong! Shortly after it was reported that Dr. Phil counseled Britney in the hospital, he leaked the following statement that I thought was very backstabber-ish:

"My meeting with Britney and some of her family members this morning in her room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever that she is in dire need of both medical and psychological intervention.

She was released moments before my arrival and was packing when I entered the room. We visited for about an hour before I walked with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."

Then the truth came out. Dr. Phil is trying to exploit Britney Spears so he can claim he's the martyr who saved her from herself. TMZ reported the folowing:

Dr. Phil's visit with Britney Spears was not exactly as advertised.

People on the 7th floor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center say the doctor arrived about 7:30 AM Saturday. Britney did not invite him in; she didn't even know he was coming. It was Brit's parents who told Dr. Phil to go to the hospital. When he walked into her room, a blindsided Britney walked out -- and eventually came back.

Phil tried speaking with Spears for about 15 minutes -- not an hour as Dr. Phil's press release states -- but she wanted none of it. Phil was doing almost all the talking. As for walking with her to the car on her way out -- again, as his release states -- we're told if he was walking behind her, that's news to her. She absolutely was not accompanied by him.

Sources say Dr. Phil somehow convinced Brit's mom and dad to be on his show, which will tape Monday and air Tuesday (it was just moved up a day), but as one person put it, "Based on the interaction between Dr. Phil and Britney this morning, it'll be a cold day in hell before Britney goes on his show." We're told she absolutely will not appear on the program.

Sources say Dr. Phil wants to do a television intervention, something that isn't sitting well with some of the people who have known for a while that Britney has a very serious mental condition -- likely a bipolar disorder that is now in the red zone.

I'm so happy doctors are lashing out at Dr. Phil. He's such a pig.

Britney had no idea Dr. Phil was coming to her room and indeed when he walked in she became agitated and walked out. She eventually came back in and he pretty much did all the talking for around 15 minutes.

One psychiatrist called it "intrusive and inappropriate." Another shrink told us the hospital "is supposed to be a safe place. If the patient doesn't want to see someone, that person doesn't get in -- period."

Another shrink, who said he was "outraged and disgusted," added, "It is incredible that the hospital allowed Dr. Phil in her room. It's a total violation of her rights."

• The LAPD said, "We aren't charging her with anything at this time. She is at the (hospital) for her own health and welfare."

• Federsperm is in court right now. He's at an emergency hearing with his shark lawyer, reportedly asking for Britney's visitation to be pulled. K-Fed's midget lawyer and Britney's lawyer met this morning and may meet again this afternoon. Federsperm may testify today also.

• Gossip/PR news show Access Hollywood talked to Britney's mother Lynne Spears and she was bawling. She told them, "Just say prayers." Britney's pregnant sister is also at the hospital with Britney and their father.

• Britney Spears will be held at Cedars-Sinai hospital for 72 hours for evaluation. She will be booked for unnamed offensives after 24 hours.

• Britney's father, Jamie, arrived at the hospital shortly after 1 a.m. He hasn't seen Britney in eight months. He's reportedly still with her. No word on whether her mom and pregnant sister will show up. Britney's new bodyguard also arrived at the hospital last night.

• Us magazine never gives it a rest. They're reporting that none of the hospital staff wanted to monitor Britney last night. The source said, "So we got a call to go have someone sit with her. None of us wanted to go sit with her."

• Kevin's midget-asshole lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is going to court in a few minutes, requesting that Britney be stripped of all her visitation rights. Britney will also have a representative from the same group of lawyers that tried to be dismissed from her case earlier this week.

• TMZ is reporting that Britney's meltdown had nothing to do with drugs or alcohol. Police say she hasn't slept or eaten for days. Her meltdown last night "was not unexpected." Britney was also laughing non-stop all the way to the hospital.

Britney Spears went "completely psycho" as she was rushed to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Thursday, a source tells Usmagazine.com.

"They had to strap her down like a mental patient and she was going between laughing and hysterics," the source adds, calling it "a total psychotic breakdown. She just went crazy."

Britney Spears gave the kids to Kevin Federline at 10:50 p.m., the L.A. news reported. Ambulances and fire trucks arrived at her home. She was under the influence.

Britney Spears was just wheeled out of her home on a gurney by paramedics! We're told Britney is being taken to a local hospital on a "medical hold" -- essentially a mental evaluation. Cops found her earlier this evening at her home under the influence of an "unknown substance."

This is all so incredibly sad. Britney finally showed up for her first deposition yesterday, then she takes "an unknown substance" hours later while her children are in her care!!!! This custody battle is completely over. Kevin Federline will receive primary custody. But what does that all mean? It means Britney will continue to spiral out of control.

It's amazing how Britney was once on the top, a successful world icon with a glamorous life. Today, her life couldn't possibly be any worse. Did she try to kill herself? Did she simply overdo it? Of course the tabloids are gonna say she attempted suicide, that's typical. There's really nothing to poke fun of in this situation. At least I won't do it. Britney, get better!!! Tragic.

Britney has arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We're told as she was brought out of the ambulance, she flipped off the waiting paparazzi.

Pamela Anderson filed for divorce from Rick Solomon. Again.

Pamela Anderson had divorce papers personally served to Rick Salomon on Dec. 28.The papers were served two weeks after Anderson first filed for divorce from Salomon, a decision she rescinded just a few hours later with a blog post that they were "working things out."

Seen alone on New Year's Eve, Anderson recently blogged on her site: "2007 was an interesting year for me. What's the definition of insanity? This is the year I do everything I wanted to do �" my way... I'm going to be proud of every single day �" and make sure I do not veer from the path."

Anderson, 40, stated in her divorce request that she and Salomon were married from Oct. 6 to Dec. 13.

Salomon, the father of two daughters from a previous marriage, is best known for producing and starring in a 2003 sex tape with Paris Hilton.

*** I wonder who Pam Anderson will get married to next? She obviously feels like she has to be a Mrs. and she's not satisfied with dating outside of marriage.

The LAPD is at Britney Spears' house right now. She refuses to give the kids to Federsperm.

LAPD has been called to Britney Spears' house in Beverly Hills for what we're being told is a "family custody dispute."

The call came in around 8:00 PM PT this evening. Several more police cars, fire trucks, an ambulance and a police chopper have now all descended on the popwreck's humble abode.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan was at Britney's home earlier, but has since left.

Spears, who was nearly two hours late for today's scheduled deposition in her custody case, was reportedly scheduled to have her sons tonight until 7:00 PM.

K-Fed's bodyguards went to pick up Sean and Jayden at Britney's home this evening after her scheduled visitation, but Spears refused to turn the kids over. Police were then called. Britney's soon-to-be ex- attorney Sorrell Trope told the mag, "In a normal case when someone shows up with a certified court order saying the kids need to be somewhere else, the police see to it that the order is obeyed. But that is in a normal case."

Britney Spears finally decided to show up to her deposition this afternoon, after missing her 2nd re-scheduled deposition yesterday.... Only because K-Fed's lawyers were going to throw her ass in jail if she didn't!

Just a day after her lawyers deemed her "impossible," Britney Spears has put on her cooperative face and appeared at her long-awaited deposition.What finally got the 26-year-old mom of two to K-Fed lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan's office? Sources tell PageSix.com that Kaplan was planning to ask Judge Scott Gordon to hold the singer in civil contempt for failing to show at multiple depositions, which would have put the pop tart behind bars.
Brit, who was scared away from her last scheduled deposition by swarms of cameras at Kaplan's office, arrived at 10.15am PST with ever-present friend Sam Lutfi by her side.

The moment TMZ has probably been living for, they scored footage of Lindsay Lohan hittin' the bottle! The clues were already here. She's gone back to her whore roots, too. Can she stay outta trouble in 2008?

It was a cool, crisp night in Hollyweird when our dear, elegant Britney Spears stopped at a gas station to take a piss. She also called her new bodyguard and got into a spat on her cell. After dat, she tried to book space in a recording studio for the night but was told all the spots were filled. Brit then made two more bathroom stops, then asked a pap named Phillipe to get in her Mercedes. He did just that, and they drove to a Malibu restaurant. Brit then went inside, released her nips, removed her bra and put on a red shirt.

Britney then asked Phillipe to call his fellow pap, Adnan. A few months ago, Brit Brit said on tape that she thinks Adnan is cute.

Adnan then rushed to the dirty weave trainwreck, they met up and drove for about an hour. Brit then changed into a pink wig and leopard dress before heading to The Peninsula Hotel where she could give it to her new dude.

Adnan came out an hour later then went back into the hotel where he stayed until 10 a.m. After dat, Adnan went to Brit's crib where he stayed most of Sunday.

A source said, "He and Brit have been flirting for months now. He's always the one to pump her gas, or hold her car door open for her, or run crowd-control to help her out. He always puts himself in the position of being the knight in shining armor."

This is proof chivalry's not dead. Open a bitch's door and she'll let you eff her. Awwww. But you know Adnan did all the work. Just by looking at lazy, classy Britney and imagining the stench emitting from her weaves, you can just tell she falls asleep while giving oral unless she's had a few fraps.

I really wonder what Britney would do if the paps didn't take her picture everywhere she goes? She looks so thrilled she's able to garner so much attention.

Brit Brit leads the paps on high-speed chase, stopping twice to "use the bathroom." Britney then cussed the paps out, claiming she couldn't see due to all their flashing cameras and getting upset that they wouldn't stand still and let her take pictures of them.

To top it all off she grabs one of the paps, announces that they're "dating" and takes him to The Peninsula Hotel where he doesn't emerge until 4 a.m.!

I guess a whore's gotta do what a whore's gotta do. Who knows, the paparazzi may be good in bed. They sure are persistent at getting a job done.
