The Real Housewives of New York City's most certifiably insane cast member, Kelly Bensimon has made a PSA about systematic bullying. Kelly posted the video after 2.6 million people tuned in for her nervous breakdown.

Kelly has been posting multiple YouTube videos/day recently. Sad. The problem that I have with Kelly's video is EVERYTHING, but specifically, Kelly is defining "systematic bullying" as something that takes place when someone is outnumbered, as though one-on-one bullying is totally fine.

Kelly says, “The most important thing that happened is one thing that I realized, systematic bullying is never okay, four against one is never okay. Whether you’re a 4-year-old or 10-year-old or 40-year-old woman, being bullied or ganged up on is never okay.”

Why isn't Kelly mentioning that she was "bullying" Bethenny Frankel, Alex McCord and Ramona?!!! And since Bravo recorded and aired her meltdown, wouldn't she figure out that Bravo's camera crew members are "systematic" bullies cause they didn't intervene sooner - Bravo was so freaked out by Kelly that they bought her a plane ticket to leave a few hours after her breakdown. And why is a 42 year-old woman making a video about "being bullied"? If Kelly has a problem, she should just write it down on her complaint pad "like we all did in the 4th grade."

WHAT SHOULD BRAVO DO WITH KELLY BENSIMON?

Lindsay Lohan screwed around with the court system one too many times and now she's going to pay the price for it. After being a no-show to her court hearing this morning because she supposedly lost her passport and was unable to get home on time, E! online says Judge Marsha Revel has issued a bench warrant for Lindsay's arrest.

The judge doesn't care if Lindsay lost her passport in Cannes. She says Lindsay didn't have to go there in the first place.

"She has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments. I couldn't be more clear about the priority of this case and getting things done. She should have made sure she either didn't go to Cannes or, if she went there, she should be back two days early. If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court she could have been here...She's not here. There's really no valid excuse."

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said Lindsay had every intention to show up to the alcohol program and the court hearing but Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers wasn't buying it.

"I'd like to see the ticket that she purchased. I'd like to see some good-faith evidence that she was going to be here."

Lindsay's bail has been set at $10,000 and there's a possibility she could be cuffed and taken into custody, as soon as she shows up in L.A... She'll make sure to look hot for her mugshot close up.

It wouldn't hurt Lindsay Lohan to do a little time in the clink and there's a good chance she's going to end up in there! Lindsay is due to show up in court tomorrow morning for a progress hearing and TMZ reports that if her hung over self isn't there by 8:30 a.m., Judge Marsha Revel will issue an arrest warrant.

The problem is Lindsay may not be able to make it back from Cannes in time to show up in court. She claims she lost her Passport and was unable to catch a flight back to L.A..... What a coincidence!

Lindsay claims she actually went to the airport yesterday trying to get on a flight without a passport but was denied boarding.  We're told she had a reservation on the flight, so she could make it back to L.A. for tomorrow's mandatory court hearing.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, "I was on the phone with Lindsay's assistant the entire night, and we're doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A."

Supposedly, Lindsay's distraught because she wanted to get back early to do more alcohol ed classes and appear in court, but I say she's only upset because she's leaving the Cannes party early. I hope she can't make it back and does some time in the pokey. It's what she needs. 

When I feel like my house is out of control, I watch Hoarders and realize I'm a clean freak in comparison to these people. I never thought I would get that same feeling after looking at a picture of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's house! There's movie scripts, crystals, and crap littered across the house. This could turn into a Hoarders episode real fast!

You mean to tell me they can't afford to hire a cleaning service to come in and tidy up a bit for them?

According to Life & Style magazine, the house is a wreck and Heidi is being held hostage! They say she has only left the house three times since April, and Spencer Pratt has a friend/former marine living there with them!

It's true, I do have a Marine in the house," Spencer tells Life & Style. "He's helping me write a script. And yes, we've been out of the house only three times this month, but that's because I'm busy working on several business ventures."

Just because Spencer's working on a script doesn't mean Heidi can't leave the house! Or as an insider told the mag, Heidi spends a lot of time cleaning up dog sh*t.

"Their four dogs aren't housebroken. They go to the bathroom all over the house. Heidi is sometimes near tears at the dogs' mess, but Spencer just orders her to pick it up."

Heidi should get rid of Spencer, the crystals and the dogs, and move back home with her parents for a few months. She's letting her life go to shambles!

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation which could land the has been in jail. LiLo is on probation for DUI and she has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement that the judge has given her.

Lindsay must attend alcohol ed courses once every 7 days. The only exception -- if she was in inpatient rehab.  And the judge was explicit ... if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she was going to jail.

Linds would attend classes every 21 days, which is in compliance with state law, but the judge told her she had to show up every 7 days.

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay -- no more chances.  If probation is violated, she's going to jail ... and probation was repeatedly violated.

Michael Lohan to the rescue?

Why is Lindsay Lohan famous again? She's the quintessential has been whose diva attitude makes her feel a sense of entitlement at all times, no matter where she goes.

She even wants people to feel sympathy for her because non-famous people actually had the audacity to approach her or talk to her.

Linds hit up Hollywood hot spot Trousdale and security guards wouldn't allow her to get in. She had to wait in line for 15 minutes while the paps took her picture. A private party was being held when LiLo was outside, therefore she was denied entrance. An angry Linds took to her twitter to post the following messages:

Apparently no one cares about who Lindsay was "simply going to say hi" to when there are rules, created by randoms, that actually apply to her coked up a*s. There's plenty of room for her in New York and Europe, but she'll stay in LA so she can keep stalking Samantha Ronson.

After reading the following Tweet from Tila this morning which said: Tila Tequila Clearing Up Rumors & Is Taking a Month Off from Hollywood & Tweeting!-Retweet, I decided to click on the link and check out what crap she's come up with today.

Here are some excerpts from her recent blog post. Tila's words appear in bullet point, my words are below hers.

• Also there has been rumors that I said I had a MISCARRIAGE! I NEVER EVER EVER SAID I HAD A MISCARRIAGE!  THE BLOGGERS ARE THE ONES SAYING THAT!

The "bloggers" are the ones saying Tila Tequila had a miscarriage because Tila Tweeted that she's not pregnant and she told a fake magazine editor that she is not with child.

• I may even tell you who my baby daddy is!!!!!!!!!! hehe...

B*tch, you already did. Your baby daddy is the Game, right? Or maybe it's Shawne Merriman.

• First, the world now knows that my Case with Shawne Merriman has been settled, and it has all been resolved.  You see?  I don't lie and that's why I just let God do his job because at the end of the day, the truth always prevails, but I have no animosity towards anyone.

"I don't lie"? Tila should not be saying "the truth always prevails" because that indicates that she's in the right and Shawne actually beat her like she says he did. Their case is supposed to be settled and confidential which is her legal cue to STFU.

• Secondly, I cannot wait to adopt my baby boy from Russia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm going to be the best Mommy in the whole entire world!!!!

Why is Tila adopting a child from Haiti, one from Russia, and having her own child at the same time?

• Some of you may have noticed that I have stopped speaking about Casey.  That is because it hurts too much and now I feel like that is something that is VERY private and personal.  I will always and forever love her and keep her locked deep inside my heart, but you will NEVER EVER hear me speak of her again. That is because it's something that belongs to me and not the public!

Er, how long did Tila plan on talking about Casey anyway? We all know that she still will. Tila had to stop mentioning the pain she's suffering from Casey's loss at some point, especially when she's tweeting about having sex with her baby daddy and possibly getting married to him. You can't mourn and f*ck at the same time, makes us suspicious. Good thing she's realized that now.

It's good to see that Tila Tequila is letting us know of her plans ahead of time: She may get rid of the baby she isn't carrying right now. Talk about convenience! Whew! And some of you were concerned that Tila was indeed preggers.

Tila Tequila says that rapper The Game is her baby daddy, but The Game told TMZ that he wouldn't hit that. The Game said: "I am not the father. I was in the studio... my son's mother is pregnant and I guess she took it and ran with it. Tila was in the studio to mess with my boy, Avante. I wouldn't use 50's stick [on Tila]."

Lindsay Lohan's friend has sold her out, claiming that the has been actress is still a cutter.

When Lindz headed to a Golden Globes pre-party with Dina Lohan on Saturday, it was obvious that her arm was a bit sliced up.

Lindsay's friend says, "Why is Dina out partying with Lindsay when it's clear she's still cutting herself? Dina should be getting Lindsay help, not following her to parties."

... And by 'Lindsay's friend,' I mean Michael Lohan. How suspect does that quote sound? This story was posted on Radaronline, the trashy site that is BFFLs with Mikey.

Can you imagine having Tila Tequila as a client? The crazy recharges itself and before you can even figure out how to refute a story, a new rumor, nude rant video, or blow job tape leaks.

Tila's publicist Jessica Cohen says "Some matters need to remain private and away from media attention ... I realized we need to part ways while she deals with the loss of her fiancee."

I spoke with Jessica a few months ago when I was offered an opportunity to interview Tila Tequila. She's professional and one of the kinder publicists. I wish her all the best. I'm sure she's probably celebrating right now. Working with Tila is horrible for your street cred. Tila's going down! Yep, even more than where she's at right now as she continues to dig her own hole.
