Wanda Sykes appears on Monday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show where she makes a shocking revelation. The 47-year-old comedienne said that she had breast cancer. Wanda likes to keep things in, no one knew that she was a lesbian until she revealed her sexuality at a marriage equality event, and no one knew that she had breast cancer.

But the cancer wasn't the only shocker; the shocker is that Wanda had a DOUBLE masectomy. She had a breast reduction in February, saying: "I had real big boobs and I just got tired of knocking over stuff. Every time I eat -- oh lord. I'd carry a Tide stick everywhere I go."

It was when she had the breast reduction that cancer was found. Sykes was in "stage-zero cancer." Wanda says "I was very lucky... cancer is cancer."

Wanda didn't want to go in for an MRI and mammogram everymonth, so she had both of her breasts removed. "Now I have zero chance of having breast cancer," she says.

Wanda added: "I was like, I don't know, should I talk about it or what? How many things could I have? I'm black, then Lesbian. I can't be the poster child for everything."

Funny lady Wanda Sykes and her mystery wife named Alex welcomed twins on April 27. Daughter Olivia Lou weighed in at 6 lbs, 7 oz and son Lucas Claude weighed in at 7 lbs, 9 oz.

Wanda married her wife on Oct. 25, 2008 and Alex is the one who delivered the babies.

Sykes' rep says that "all are happy and healthy and at home."

I don't think Wanda said anything that Rush wouldn't say about someone else. Therefore, her jokes were not only fair game, but they received more immediate and national coverage than his typical slanderous allegations.

Rush Limbaugh said this administration fails. He just wants the country to fail. To me that’s treason. He’s not saying anything different than what Osama Bin… You might want to look into this, sir, because I think Rush Limbaugh was the 20th hijacker but he was just so strung out on Oxycontin he missed his flight… Rush Limbaugh, I hope the country fails, I hopehis kidneys fail, how about that? He needs a good waterboarding, that’s what he needs.”
