Amy Smart is an actress and former fashion model.
Inspired by a friend, Amy enrolled in acting classes when she was 16 but she began her career as a fashion model. Amy has gone international, working in Italy, France, Mexico, and Tahiti.
Her first silver screen role was in Campfire Tales. She also appeared in Varsity Blues, the hilarious Road Trip and The Butterfly Effect.
The statuesque Plain Jane meets sexy actress was ranked #27 in Stuff magazine's"100 Sexiest Women in the World." In edition to being one of the "sexiest," Ms. Smart received "Best Kiss" nomination at the 2004 MTV Movie Awards for her role in Starsky & Hutch.
In 2005, Smart shared camera time with Ryan Reynolds in the romantic comedy Just Friends.
Smart also had a small role in the American sitcom Scrubs, playing Jamie Moyer, one of main character J.D.'s love interests. Since then Amy has done voice over work and is currently filming a pilot for a TV show.
