Andrew Garfield is the handsome American-British up and coming actor who may become a household name now that he has appeared in 2010 hit movie The Social Network and will star in Spider-Man.

Andrew was born in Los Angeles to a British mother and an American father from California. When he was three years old, he moved to England.

Garfield is Jewish and was raised in Surrey, England and was a gymnast when he was young.

Andrew attended the City of London Freeman's School and graduated in 2004 after training at the Central School of Speech and Drama.

He began taking acting classes when he was 15. He later began working primarily as a stage actor. Garfield appeard in Vogue's December issue, modeling alongside Lily Cole. Well, he's hot enough to be a model and he was great in The Social Network, for which he has received a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role.
