Ashley Rodriguez, aka Ashley Makailah, is the Latina beauty with the powerful, soulful voice. Ashley Rodriguez is an American Idol contestant from Boston, Massachusetts.

Ashley was awarded a full four-year tuition scholarship at Berklee College of Music. She has travelled around the world with gospel group Overjoyed. She reminds me of Jordin Sparks and if she can belt out Alicia Keys' "If I Ain't Got You" with such ease, she definitely has some mad skills.
