Ashton Kutcher is a television and film actor, model and executive producer. His production company, Katalyst Films, is behind television and online projects.
Ashton is also the creative force behind MTV's Punk'd as well as Beauty and the Geek, Miss Guided and much more - his resume keeps growing.
Motivated to find a cure for his twin brother's heart ailment, Kutcher attended the University of Iowa, where he majored in biochemical engineering.
A member of the Delta Chi fraternity, Ashton admits that he partied like a rockstar, adding, "I am amazed I am not dead." At least he got it outta his system.
The struggling student was not a rich b*tch either. He even donated blood for money sometimes!
He rose to the A-list by playing Michael Kelso on the hilarious series That '70s Show. While working on Fox's TV hit he began branching out into films such as Reindeer Games and Dude, Where's My Car?
Ashton has successfully crossed over into films now and has starred in The Butterfly Effect, The Guardian, What Happens in Vegas and he's currently filming a romantic comedy with diva Katherine Heigl.
In 2001 tragedy struck Kutcher. His former girlfriend, Ashley Ellerin, a 22-year-old fashion model, was found stabbed to death in her Hollywood Hills apartment in February 2001. Hours before she was found dead, Ashton visited her home to pick her up for the 43rd Grammy Awards, but no one answered the door.
He looked inside her apartment through a back window and saw what he thought were red wine stains on the carpet, then left.
Ellerin's body was found later in the day by her roommate, and after hearing of the news, Kutcher went to the police to offer any help in the investigation. In August 2008, police announced that they had traced Ellerin's murder to suspected serial killer who is charged in the stabbing deaths of at least three women.
In 2005 Ashton married the love of his life, Demi Moore.
