Beyonce Knowles is a R&B singer-songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, model and actress.
Knowles has always been connected to the arts, attending various performing arts schools and competing in singing and dancing competitions as a child.
Being the lead singer of all-female group Destiny's Child catapulted her fame and how could it not? Destiny's Child has sold more than 50 million records worldwide.
In 2003, Beyonce released her debut solo album Dangerously in Love and it was a huge success. The first single, "Crazy in Love," featured a booty shake that strippers at strip clubs began mimicking and the subsequent singles also performed well on the charts. It became one of the most successful albums of that year, earned Ms. Knowles five Grammy Awards, and gave her industry cred as a solo artist.
In 2006 she released her second solo disc B'Day. On April 4, 2008 Beyonce and Jay-Z got married in an intimate ceremony at a hotel in New York City, later that year, in November 2008, I Am... Sasha Fierce was released.
The singer/actress has a clothing line named House of Dereon, two Golden Globe nominations, and has engaged in endorsements for Pepsi, Tommy Hilfiger and L'Oreal.
Beyonce has starred in various films including Austin Powers Goldmember, The Pink Panther, Dreamgirls and thriller Obsessed.
She has performed at President Barack Obama's inauguration ball and her resume just keeps growing. Beyonce is one of the hardest working pop singers in the industry with an inconceivable drive.

I am a big fan of beyonce but i ask myself all the time is she preganant? I look up to her as a big role model in my life as if we could trade places for one day i would be happy.... I wish me and beyonce could just have some one on one time i have big dreams as i know she once did.... If i ever met her i would ask her can she help me get to my dream... Im a young girl that is growing up aroung alot of bad influence and im trying hard to be successful so i once oneday can be like beyonce.... I admire her so much these rumors that people post i ignore them because if it didnt come from her then how do i know its true.... She is a normal person like i am and she might have started off like i am at this point but im trying to be the very best i can to get my self to a good place like her.....
