In April 2008 Christian signed on to design a fifteen piece collection for Puma.
In May 2008 he designed virtual promwear for Gala Online's virtual prom.
On December 4, 2008 it was announced that Siriano signed up with Payless to design a line of low-cost shoes and handbags.
He has made "fierce" and "hot tranny mess" highly popular slang catchphrases.
The openly gay and fiery designer has tattoos of a squid and an octopus on his right arm that he says may be removed one day.
