Crystal Harris Bio
Crystal Harris is the 25 year-old former Playboy Playmate of the Month who, until recently, was engaged to the magazine's 85 year-old founder, Hugh Hefner. Crystal gained national attention as well as a reputation as a back-stabber, when she unceremoniously dumped Hef just five days before the wedding, and proceeded to tell the world about the legendary ladies man's shortcomings in the bedroom.
Prior to their surprise breakup, Crystal and Hugh seemed to enjoy a happy, if somewhat unusual, relationship. Aside from their massive age difference, Crystal joined a four-way relationship following the departure of Holly Madison, sharing Hef with a pair of twins and earning a spot on the E! reality series, The Girls Next Door. Crystal broke off the engagement so close to the planned wedding day that copies of the July 2011 issue of Playboy, which featured Crystal on the cover under the headline, "Introducing Mrs. Crystal Hefner," had already hit newsstands. Some believe this was no accident, and was instead a calculated career move on Crystal's part.
And Crystal's number one concern certainly seems to be her career. She signed a record deal shortly before calling off her engagement and has given a series of shockingly revealing interviews post-breakup with the goal of increasing her visibility. Hopefully, this shameless famewhore's 15 minutes will soon be over.
