Elle Fanning Looks Up To Her Big Sis Dakota Fanning ()

Elle Fanning is well known as the younger sister of Dakota Fanning, but she is well on her way to making a name for herself. Elle and Dakota obviously have some serious stage parents! Born in Georgia, Mary Elle Fanning is German and Irish and she grew up in the church as a Southern Baptist.
Elle's first big screen roll was playing a younger version of Dakota's character in I Am Sam as well as a mini-series named Taken. At the young age of four, Elle scored her first role independent of her sister, in the comedy Daddy Day Care.
By 2006, Elle began receiving lead roles in movies such as Reservation Road where she acted alongside Joaquin Phoenix and Jennifer Connelly.
Elle already has a fairly strong fanbase as she continues to gain recognition. Her upcoming roles scheduled for 2011 are highly anticipated. We wish her well. Dakota's a major talent, we're hoping that Elle is also talented.
