Gabrielle Union is a former model and has been actress who famously starred in Bad Boys II. Gabrielle Union grew up in a wealthy, mostly all white school community of Pleasanton, California.
In high school, Gabrielle played soccer, basketball and track. She also dated Dallas Mavericks point guard Jason Kidd when she was in high school.
Gabrielle wanted to be a physicial and attended the University of Nebraska before eventually transferring to UCLA where she earned a degree in Sociology.
When Gabrielle was 19, she was attacked, beaten and raped at her part-time job in a shoestore. Her attacker turned himself in and she has since become an advocate for victims of sexual assault.
