Greyson has only had three years of piano lessons and he has been playing the piano since he was 8 years old. His rendition of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" has received more than 36 million views on YouTube.

Greyson's debut single is "Waiting Outside the Lines," which debuted in October 2010.

Greyson has an older brother, Tanner, and an older sister named Alexa.
