Joy Pierce is the mistress of "Survivor" producer Bruce Beresford-Redman. Joy Pierce and Bruce Beresford-Redman had a six-month affair which began in 2009.

She is an adorable casting director and founder of Joy Joy Casting. Bruce's now murdered wife Monica Beresford-Redman reportedly found out about the affair in early 2010. Her body was found in Mexico on April 8, 2010.

Joy and Bruce began working together on NBC reality show "The Contender" in 2005 and were photographed together as recently as in the summer of 2009.
