Kandi Burruss is the petite, Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kandi is the CEO and founder of Kandi Koated Entertainment, an independent recording label.
Kandi broke out as a young teenager, singing in the popular group Xscape.
But it's her personality that is winning over audiences of Real Housewives. Kandi smiles so much, you wonder if her jaw hurts! She's a doll.
After Xscape, Kandi wrote songs for TLC, Mariah Carey, Destiny's Child, Alicia Keys, Pink, Whitney HOuston, 'N Sync, Usher, Mya, Boyz II Men and more!
Kandi won a Grammy for penning the irresistibly catchy "No Scrubs" for TLC.
She also wrote Destiny's Child's "Bills Bills Bills" and "Bug a Boo."
Kandi's embarking on a solo career right now and we wish her nothing but the best.
